The Murrah Federal Building and The World Trade Center Building 7 ?? ;)

Nope, although very, very sad beyond belief but nothing to do with the connection between the two buildings...

I don't want to tell you all the connections and cover ups just yet until lots0, bryand and win have chimed in here...one of them will maybe venture a correct guess...more likely to be lotso or win though since I am still having to work on bryand about the real inner workings of our government and how low they will actually go in their atrocities against their own citizens in their quest for power and money...;)

well i sure would like them to chime in soon as im on the edge of my seat, i have a hard time thinking that our goverment would do something so evil, my money is on lots0 having the answer, mousey is another one that knows alot about our goverment B.S imo wins prolly spinning a slot someplace:D but does know his stuff too ,the eye thing was just an ole saying meant with luv, you know it, i hope;)..........laurie
 
The Timeline........

On September 11, 2001, 5:20 PM, 47-story Building 7 of the World Trade Center (WTC 7) collapsed in about seven seconds. To this day there is no official explanation of why it collapsed.

The collapse of the nine-story Murrah Federal Building in downtown Oklahoma City on April 19, 1995 was repeatedly shown on television, and initially blamed on Muslim terrorists. Videos of the collapse of the 47-story WTC 7, while readily available on alternative news sites, have generally not been shown to the public after September 11 by major news media.

Buildings 5 and 6, which stood between the twin towers and Building 7, sustained much greater damage than Building 7, but they did not collapse in the way that the twin towers, and Building 7 collapsed.

Larry Silverstein, the World Trade Center leaseholder, was shown on television saying: "I remember getting a call from the ER, Fire Department Commander, telling me that they were not sure they were gonna be able to contain the fire, and I said, 'We've had such terrible loss of life, maybe the smartest thing to do is pull it.' And they made the decision to pull and we watched the building collapse." :what::what:

to think that we were able to drill hundreds of thousands of holes and properly install explosives and remove key support structures and hide miles upon miles of wires in 3 buildings simaltaneously whlile tens of thousands of people were working around us is insane. does anyone actually know what it takes to implode a building? any covert operation also needs a high degree of secrecy. you would have needed thousands of people to work on a job so big. even if it was possible. which it wasnt. a cover up only works if a select few are involved. believe what you want but it is not possible. did our government stage the attacks? possibly. we may never know but if they did they flew the planes and physics did the rest. they did not pull off the worlds most perfect demolition job.

1819, don't jump to conclusions yet...this is just getting started...like I asked...just try your best to keep an open mind here, dropping or imploding buildings is only a flee on a dogs back in the bigger scheme of things in this discussion and to answer your question about "does anyone actually know what it takes to implode a building?"...yes I am very familiar with all the inner workings and schematics of implosion as I have spent my life in the construction industry in both commercial and residential...32 years now...;)

then you should know it is not possible....as far as everything else i do not believe any thing i read or see on tv. from either side. i form my own conclusions from being out in the world. i absolutely agree with you that our own government does things that the average person would find dispicable. pearl harbor anyone? sadly, or by the grace of god, i dont think any of us average folk will ever know the truth about our government. there is no way of us actually knowing. probably best that way. cold war actions, experiments, assasinations, deals with the mob. i believe alot of those things occured. as far as today i'm sure an underhanded society is alive and well. the only thing that leads me to believe we did not have a huge part in 9/11 is motive. pearl harbor was a no brainer. we let it be attacked to bring us into a world war that we were itching to get into. that allowed big industry to prosper and it only cost us a few thousand soldiers. same as always trading soldiers for big business. to bomb a few buildings just to "rally" a country makes no sense. the agenda that the elite follow could have been followed without the bombings.

The key word Laurie is "keep" an open mind, this is just getting started here and you can not only read what I am writing but you will also need to watch the short videos that I will be posting in order to get the big picture clearly...there are a lot of interesting actors in these videos too, names like the Clinton's, Bushes, Saudis, China, Cantor Fitzgerald, Countrywide Mortgage, KPMG, Enron, DOJ, Halliburton and a lot more...:D

First rule of thumb 1819 is the fact that anything is possible concerning the governments of the world and all of their covert accomplices...;)

They and the "powers that be" behind the scenes have had generations of time to practice and cloak their ways of diverting attention away from what is truly going on in this world...:)

i dont think any of us average folk will ever know the truth about our government. there is no way of us actually knowing.

Maybe or maybe not, but as long as we can get the average folks to listen and keep an open mind to the questions and facts surrounding these issues then we as a nation will be a lot better off in the end even if we are only able to enlighten a few to the real corruption that is and has been going on behind the scenes of our government for a hell of a long time now...

Sometimes people see something and they don't think it through. If they did, they'd come to a very scary realization.

The first video of the trilogy that Robwin posted showed an excerpt from BBC news on that 9-11 day. A female reporter and captions on the lower part of the screen mentions the collapse of WTC 7 but you can see that the WTC 7 building was STILL STANDING in the NYC skyline background shown live!!! Then we see the BBC anchor in Britain talking with the BBC reporter in New York. What happens next is the screen in which the BBC reporter was in starts to distort as if the transmission is being blocked. It is as if some people realized the collapse was being reported too early and therefore interfered with the transmission. Who in the hell has the technical know how and equipment powerful enough to block television/satellite transmissions and mind you, specific transmissions? I doubt men in Afghan caves do. WTC 7 fell five minutes later. It looks the hell scripted to me.

it was a simple mistake. the capital building was also reported to have been blown to pieces. obviously a mistake. what the explosives failed to detonate in the capital? lol...... p.s. it is not that hard to fake a bbc broadcast if need be. do not forget that folks with a conspiracy agenda are not stupid. they have technology and resources too. just like you cannot believe everything the government says you sure as hell cant believe everything conspiracy theorists say.

so, FWIW my opinion (you knew I'd have one :D) the shit started when Saddam Hussein tried to off Bush Sr. That failed but pissed off Bush Jr. He was roaring for a way to even that score................

So then we hear about WMDs and even get someone so respected (Colin Powell) to chant against that evil. Well. that wasn't enough for the Brits, so Tony Blair was brought in to take care of that problem, then voila! WMDs exist! Blair said so!

So as things happen, Hussein hides from us even after blustering about how we'll never get him (Dubya must have been chomping at the bit by then) and miracle of miracles, we find the dude hiding in an underground bunker! How Hollywood!

So after a fair (?) trial, Hussein is found guilty of despicable things and sentenced to die.............which he does.

So now the con has gone too far and there's no way to skip out of Iraq without exposing the truth, so the "war against terror" has to continue. Saddam's revenge? He gets to watch the American symbols of democracy crumble under the weight of one man's greed for revenge.

Bin Ladin must be laughing in his cave........................;)
 
i could have given two hoots in hell about saddam, what i wanted to see was bin laddin executed, drug thru the streets, throat slit, like nick berg(remember him) the screaming on t.v? i cant forget that sound to this day:mad: God forgive me for saying so, but its how i feel. i voted for bush twice and his dad too, im still a republican but those two didnt do crap for this nation( the people) or the republican party..........laurie

To be honest, I have no idea of any connection between the two terrorist attacks.

I used to sit at my desk with the TV in my office turned to CNN as I worked, I remember watching 9/11 all unfold as it happened... I had a few questions at the time.

My main question was... How did CNN know to have a camera running and focused on the first Tower building... Before the first attack?

I remember the CNN announcer saying they had "Breaking News" and then they cut away to show the first tower BEFORE the first plane hit! I actually watched the first plane fly into the building "live".

I have always wondered about that.
 
Ive been watching several conspiracy videos lately and I know one thing for sure. I truly believe that the pentagon was NOT hit by a plane but rather a missle. You can see the obvious signs like the size of the hole the debris (or lack of). Also, the airport hotel had the whole thing on video and to this day we havnt seen it and neither have the victims families

Building 7..That was absolutely imploded. It was planned and not only that, several fire fighters heard the explosions. Not only that one of the wtc buildings (the 2nd one that fell) fell like a pancake perfectly and they slowed down the video and you can visibly see tiny explosions before it fell. Its a brand new video out on this conspiracy and its worth the watch.

The other thing, The PA plane (93) there was no way in hell all of those ppl could call from their cellphones while the plane was in the air. Do you know how many times Ive tried to use my cell phone at take off or just before landing and they were even higher than that. I got too much to say so Ill leave it at that. Ohhh I am not being cold because we lost our cousin Brendon in the South Tower.

Are you talking about the evidence that they needed to get rid of? They were doing some wrong things with ppl's money and some of it was (whats that word when you take from the company). They needed to get rid of it and thats why the building was imploded

I watched it two weeks ago, its about a group that walked across American to hand out free cd's about the facts they found on ALL rescue teams (police, fired, volunteers) and how ppl are dying from resp conditions and how alot of them lost medical benefits. They confronted ALL major politicians on camera, infact do you remember when that heckler taunted bill clinton at the speech he made and Clinton yelled back at him? That was the group he was yelling at and its on this tape (what you didnt see on the news) . Ill do my best to find it

The History Channel ran an in-depth documentary on this and other conspiracy theories surrounding 9/11 and (FWIW) I was convinced by the explanation by independent structural engineers that it was indeed a commercial passenger plane.

I thought it was common knowledge that Silverstein gave approval to take it down because the city was worried that it may fall eventually and injure rescue workers.

@ rob - BTW, of the many 'misstatements' in the 9/11 trilogy was that the Rockefeller family still owns the ground upon which WTC is built and leased to Larry Silverstein. ALL of the land was deeded to The Port Authority for New York and New Jersey by multiple deeds in the 1960's. (I was one of several contractors hired to conduct due diligence on the WTC property prior to Silverstein's re-negotiation of the leases in 2006.)

All but 2 or 3 of the calls were made from Airfones located on seat backs.

Absolutely, as you say you have to see both sides of the argument, research what is stated as fact and make up your own mind.
I can tell you though that the BBC footage was not faked and what you have here is either Three strange coincidences or a conspiracy.

Coincidence One/ a building is reported collapsed but is actually clearly visible still standing in the report footage.

Coincidence Two/ The very same building (not one of the other badly damaged buildings) that is reported to have collapsed, collapses.

Coincidence Three/ As all this is happening the satellite link that was clearly showing the building still standing begins to break up and goes down.

Of course this is just one small part of a wider conspiracy theory and the more you look the more strange coincidences you will find.

I agree with you though that we will never know the complete truth but we should at least keep our eyes and minds open, less we blindly walk into a totalitarian state. (Israeli connection there :rolleyes:)
Of course some would argue that Totalitarian state already exists.

It is common knowledge in the conspiratorial world about Silverstein's statement there Bryan...but if you know anything at all about imploding buildings then you also know that a 47 story building Can Not and I repeat Can Not be totally wired to be taken down to fall within its own footprint within a matter of hours and also with fires going on in the building too...are you kidding me ??

This type of implosion would take at a minimum of three to four days at best to wire up by a super large crew of demolition experts in this field !! And the City of New York or Silverstein just happened to have one of these expert demolition companies on standby waiting to go in there and wire it up at a moments notice...right ??

When I saw the BBC clip (and keeping an open mind as instructed) I immediately thought the woman simply said 'Building 7' rather than correctly saying 'Building 2'. She had been reporting on several buildings, including Building 7 which was burning but still standing. The man in the studio clearly says "a second building has fallen" which was true at that moment.

the problem, and it is the main problem, is that we, as regular "joe citizen" have absolutely no way of doing any real research. you can not go by what the history channel says or some clown on youtube says...that goes for both sides of the arguement. we are at the mercy of the media. all of a sudden folks take as law everything they see on tv or read on the internet. you must consider the source especially when the source has a specific agenda. hell you can still find thousands of pages of text swearing that we faked the moon landing or bigfoot roams the woods.

You seem to be saying that one can't trust anything written or spoken. The only way a human can learn and grow is to read and listen. Are we not intelligent enough to weigh each piece of information based on our confidence in the source? I disagree with your theory that the average citizen does not have access to the truth. Otherwise we would all become paranoid sociopaths (no offense intended Rob :p).

This Film was shown as a debunk to a BBC debunk of 9/11 conspiracy theories.
At 40.40 it talks about this incident but whole film is worth watching although it lasts over an Hour :eek:

you cant trust anything. that is the real world. we, society, are liars. it is our nature. we manipulate "truth" to suit our own needs. dont you scratch your head when watching the news? why even ask the questions? "did you take that kickback"? "no". "did you cheat on your wife"? "no". "were you drinking before the accident?" "no".... it's insane. courtrooms? what a joke..."he did it!" "no i didnt". reading, listening are very important learning tools. what are we reading though? yes the truth is out there but it is buried and twisted and spun around so many times that it is usually impossible to figure out. as ive stated before we are a society that demands answers even if there are none. terrible way to look at things? yes it is but it is the truth. people say that there is good in all people and that may be true but there is also alot of bad in people. look at the horrific world we live in. i'm not talking about main street, with folks bitchin about the price of gas or milk. i'm talking about people starving to death because they cant eat. slaughter in countries like haiti where generations of families are wiped out in a weekend. take a walk in nyc and see people eating out of dumpsters while folks in suites moan about the freedom tower not going up on time. real world. not paranoia, realism. dog eat dog. get mine, screw everyone else. basic human instinct. protect me and mine at all costs. i just cant understand how people dont see that. the world we live in is a terrible place for most. intelligent you ask? how can such an intelligent race be so cruel to one another and pretend they are not?
