Err, scouring my memory banks and not wanting to muddle up my stories through cross-examination and rose-tinted recollections, my two best wins that were fairly similar in nature would have to be......
1)
Stan James - playing DOA at 18p bets from a £20 deposit, getting seemingly nowhere fast, when at the £14 mark I hit a wildline to propel my balance to £350+. Thought I'd play on because I was 'in the zone', hit another wildline not much later to take me to around £1350!
I count it as one win really, as they were a hair's breadth apart. I also remember having Happy Days playing in the background, the episode where the Fonz had no one to spend Christmas with. I felt bad for him, soon got over it
2)
BGO - turned wine into water by starting out on some shite pyramid-ey Netent game, before strolling over to Netent's Invisible Man, where coppers bumped into each other, with the bonus jam-packed to leave me with a nice £20-odd war chest.
Migrated to DOA and, well, you can guess the rest. £1500 off a 36p bet, Bob's your uncle. No Happy Days playing in the background but certainly a happy day. And whilst not in Bamber's league of Mammonism, it was a great return to a poor-roller like me!
Worth noting both casinos are now defunct, but still
