hi
just want to warn you from players club casino who doesn't want to pay me.
(and i understood i m not the only one)
i opened an account, asked for the sign up bonus and wagerd enough to cash out, unfortunally i earn too much money....
their manager claims that there is some investigation about a big fraud that has been discovered, so they are locking some winners accounts meanwhile.
i m a bit suspicious about this excuse, and anyway i advise you to stay away from that site till they will finish their "investigation". otherwise if you win some big money like me (2200$) , your account will be locked.
i also wrote a letter at the pitch a bitch about that issue.

they owe me money too

I deposited 200$ for the weekly bonus of 50$ and reached 3263$ in Players club

They don't pay me for almost two month after I sent the verification documents they asked from webdollar. they say there is an investigation after they also locked my account.

I am very worried, it seems to be problems for Israeli players only after the casino manager email me that my fellows in Israel show suspecious activities which I translate to big winnings that they don't want or don't have to pay

It is webdollar so I hope the will finally pay me my winnings but I have waited enough for them to investigate I am going to pitch a bitch

Any players whose accounts were locked because of suspicious activity should be hearing something soon from the casino.

Nope, suspicious activities are when your account is linked to a number of others - I'm not saying yours is, but isn't this the same problem you ran into at Golden Spur Casino? How coincidental.

I don't know what they told you but they never told me they suspect for linked account but that the Utility bill is in Hebrew and that they are not ready to translate it so they won't approve the documentation (goldenspur)

All they have told me is what they told you. But don't you think it's rather odd that this is the same problem you ran into at Goldenspur?

You have to understand that red flags go up when you are accused of "suspicious" activity by two separate casino groups within weeks of each other. What would you think?? :what:

We're informed by this Boss Media powered casino that a major investigation has been in full swing and involves several accounts. The casino manager could not be specific because the investigation is in its critical final stages but he says they hope to have it nailed down (along with those responsible) in the near future when he hopes an announcement will be made.

The reason I think they are run out of money is because many bossmedia casinos closed lately like fivestar and starclub

Before Minivegas closed they offer a weekly or monthly bonus also prouding about their operation and this remind me the same that is why I think the reason is money

Five star and starclub and many more decided to close their casino and playersclub decided not to pay in time or at all I don't know

I play in many many casinos and sometime in non reputable casinos , I play only with bonuses but I never play just for the bonus but I really gamble and put large bets and if I win I win a lot and sometimes I get into troubles getting paid like in goldenspur. I have only one account there and I am surprised to hear they think I have more than one account, they know it is not true and that is why they paid eventually.

I have the emails to show but they put large spaces so I can't copy paste them proerly and put them here, they never claimed anything about multiple account but only requiring more and more documentation which I saw after in the winneronline forum they use to delay payment from "big" winners or bonus players.

That is my opinion regarding playersclub investigation , but let them come with their results and see what is the fraud they are talking about

a new level of investigation

well, things are going on with this investigation of playersclub casino
their manager sent me an email asking me a lot of questions.
for example:
do you share your computer with other persons ?
do you play in a shared environment ?
do you have friends playing at boss media casinos?

but this is not enough, this guy asked me also if i share gaming information
in some internet sites, and he wanted to know what are they.
i answered him yes, but did not specify their names.
then ,he sent me another email demanding to know the sites names.

I think this question is rude and non-relevant.
if a player is looking for some information at internet sites and forums
this is its private buissness.
is this a new level of investigation?

He/she may be trying to alledge that you are broadcasting individual and private bonusing offers on the fora, but any casino manager that has to ask for this information is inexperienced and ignorant in my view.

This is the sort of industry knowledge (particularly regarding superior sites like this) that any competent manager has at his/her fingertips and regularly checks to keep his/her finger on the pulse.

And he/she has absolutely no right to either ask the question or "demand" an answer.

Hi Lola:

Is it possible for you to post these emails that you received from the casinos here on the Casinomeister's website. At this point the Casino/s seems to be asking a lot of questions that quite frankly are none of their business.

After the amount of time that's been allowed to go on and on ad infinitum in this matter it's high time for the Casinos to either put up or shut up and pay the money owed.

Lastly, if the casinos are in fact asking these sorts of questions at this late stage then it's obvious to me that they certainly don't have the answers and that their "investigation" has yielded absolutely squat and if that's the case it would appear as though they're (the casinos) are lumping anyone from Israel into a group of what they consider to be non-desireable players. Have a good one.

Looks like Lola banned for player fruad

Yes, I don't understand this at all. There is no discussion as to why there is player fraud or why casinos are asking the questions they are asking. I will check at Winners On Line to see if there is a discussion going on there. Obviously, Lola can't tell us here if he is banned.

Well I've emailed Lola in hopes of gaining some insight into this matter. When and if she gets that email perhaps she'll respond to my email. Have a good one.

Thanks cipher. We should consider forming a players union. Any interest?

This is strange. I suppose only Brian has the power to ban a player from here. Why didnt he post anything about these at the same time he banned the players? I suppose there really was fraudlend behavior from these players and Brian was given the proof of these but why not at least a single line saying this???

As a betting man, I bet Meister got it right. But as a player I like to hear the other side. So even though they are banned, I would like to hear their side of any allegations, prior to the banning. Some of the questions seemed very odd.

Totally agree. Except that we didnt heard any side.

These players were banned a October for player fraud. This was covered in a few other threads, my newsletter and my webcast.

I didn't comment about it in this one because I didn't think it was necessary to post a reply in every thread that had polluted with their BS.

Bottom line; Boss Media and a couple of Grand Virtual were hit up by some Isreali Players (2-5) that opened 200-500 accounts at these casinos purely abusing the bonuses for initial accounts. The players thought they were being slick in changing their IPs everytime they logged on (to include this forum and emails I received), but they failed to realize that the casino software can identify your computer. The casinos provided more than enough evidence to point out that these are fraudsters. I spoke with a Boss Media rep in person in Barcelona concerning this as well.

It's these sort of players that are screwing up this industry, who waste my time and effort with their bullshit claims, and who yank people's chains in forums like this. I pisses me off like no other when I see fraudsters duping regular posters who are only trying to do them a favor, etc.

Players Union? Yeah, I'm sure these sort of players will make a concept like this go down the tubes in a New York minute. I don't think most of you realize how complex and widespread player fraud is. Good luck.

Back on topic, I mentioned the other day that I had emailed Lola and I should advise that I've had no reply from Lola so I guess at least a part of this saga will remain a mystery or so to speak. Have a good one.
