I made a deposit of 1000$ on the end of July and won 5223$

They emailed me many questions about my playing habits and explained they have a large fraud case from Israel ,Last week they sent an email they won't pay my winnings. I am not connected to any fraud and all I know they just took my deposit of 1000$!!! and stole 4223$ winnings with no reason.

I have wagered the full amount for the bonus I received and never abused they terms and I don't know of what fraud the accuse me.

This is the email I received from the manager of Pharaohs casino:

    Netali Berger,
Recently a large fraud was detected in our casino. As a result the casino
management has started an investigation in cooperation with Bossmedia and
WebDollar. The outcome of this investigation irrefutably shows fraudulent
    gaming behavior in your account.

Our terms & conditions for wagering and bonuses published at
You must register/login in order to see the link. specifically forbid the use of
more than one account. In the rules it is also clearly stated that it is not
allowed to claim multiple bonuses from a shared computer environment.

According to our information you have abused our system and tried to
manipulated the detection systems, therefore your account will remain closed
and any winnings on all accounts will be null and void. All cash-ins are
    being cancelled.

Please note that complaints will be made and the local authorities will be
    contacted.

    Sincerely,
    David Silverman
    Pharaoh's Casino manager

I received a prepared email which probably was sent to all Israelis which had a pending csahin with them lately

They decided to steal my deposit of 1000$ and not to pay winnings of 4000$

They are the one to commit a fraud and not me

No one seems to care about the fact that Israeli players were stiffed for thousands in Boss Media casinos

I care but not sure what players can do.

I am scared of Boss media these days myself. I wished I knew of someone to recommend to help sort this out but I can't think of anyone. You might try Gambling Grumbles.

I miss the old days when players banded together more.

I am always ready to stand up for and stick together with my fellow players but I am just as ready and willing to stick up for casinos who are the victims of player fraud. Just because a player screams foul on the boards does not mean that it is always true and that a casino has done something wrong. There are a lot of shady characters out there who are operating online casinos but there are just as many shady people out there who will try and defraud an online casino from the players end. As the casinomeister stated in the thread I linked to, there is an ongoing investigation. I cannot comment on who is right or wrong as I do not know all the details. I just stated that the two posts were identical.

Regardless of all that, things have changed much since a couple of years ago. Players where much more active than now. And much less likely to let things drop.

In this particular case, I am always skeptical when winnings are denied.
If the player wagered and they accepted the wager they should pay the winnings. Just as they would not refund losses on accepted wagers. I would be less skeptical of the casino position if they were just denying a bonus.

But more than winnings, there appears to be a deposit that is not refunded. So... if you are ready to stand with the players, seems now would be the time. But I have no idea what you could do. Or what I could do. Like I said... I miss the old days.

    imho,
    Stanford

Im not sure what to make of this. I think that winnings should be paid unless the casino can prove that these guys are committing fraud. If they cant prove it, then they have no right to make assumptions and deny payouts.

Id like to hear a boss's explanation on why they are doing this. rather than an email that seems to be copied, pasted and sent to israeli players. if boss cant produce an explanation, then i suggest avoiding boss sites until they can.

I just checked Pharaohs T&C. I have never seen the following bit in a T&C before and it might be a pointer as to what is happening:

    # Unfair gaming practices
No-risk wagers (such as wagering on red and black simultaneously) and transference of bonuses into another player account through opposite wagers on certain games will be considered as an attempt to abuse the promotional bonus, and result in the immediate closure of players account as well as forfeiture of all funds.

In any case, it would explain why this is hitting players winning thousands and why all funds are forfeited.

Also Israeli players are barred from all promotions but don't know when that was added to the T&C.

    What is fraud?

I would like to know, and maybe that will be my next mission...

"What is fraud?!" By who's standard is it measured? I know being in breach of the terms and conditions could be viewed as fraud, and using the same 'computer environment' too... but realistically, families share computers, net-cafe's share computers.... etc etc etc! Also, if I sign up with my e-mail, which is going thru my own server, same as my husbands, off the same computer as him... I now have committed fraud?

I do not blame the casino's for clamping down. There are gambling-hooligans out there that really make it hard for casinos to operate, and then we are not even talking about the politics, legistlation and the such!

Where oh where will we find a balance? Is there ANY casino 'PitBoss' who would like to suggest that maybe THEY have a balance?

--- just wondering --- out loud---

I had to think about this for a minute, then it occurred to me that Boss allows multiplayer games like BJ, craps, etc. I imagine that you & I could theoretically get together and open our separate new accounts at the same casino and get our respective bonuses. Then, play a multiplayer game that meets whatever wagering requirements they place on it, but we play it cooperatively. So for instance, if we play craps, I bet $10 on pass, you bet $10 on don't pass. One of us wins, one loses. Or red/black in roulette, etc. In the end, when the wagering is done and withdrawls complete, we split the winnings. That's how I could see this happening.

Easy fix, don't allow wagering on multiplayer games with a bonus. DUH! :what:

Fraud would be along the lines of someone opening multiple accounts and claiming multiple first time bonuses.

    Thanks JPM;
I understand what you are saying BUT, I thought these games didn't
qualify for wagering requirements (correct me if wrong) and still these are not no risk moves, the 12 can be rolled in craps, the 0 (or 00) will show up in roulette.

DeMango: You are wrong. No games are excluded at Pharaohs (read the T&C - just as fast as posting here). And if one players looses all in a game where the other win at the same time, one player get TWICE the bonus with HALF the wagering requirement... After playthrough they split the money.

If it was impossible then the casinos probably wouldn't bother to make rules about it!

Actually the term being discussed has been there for some time - I noticed it at least 9 months ago if not previously.

Anyway it sounds as if DeManga didn't play any of the games that it's possible to do it on (or did you?).

Blackjack cetainly isn't one of them - so if they played that it certainly rules it out.

Dunno, I never play at Boss casinos. I don't like the software. From what trick says, they aren't banned games, though they would be at MG, etc. casinos. If they want to fix the problem, its so simple. No multiplayer games allowed for wagering requirements.

    From their T&C:
    -------------------------
    Excluded games
Play at Single Deck Blackjack does not count towards the wagering requirements. With the way the bonus system works you can play the game with you own deposit. If you still would like to play this games without bonus money, please contact our Support department before you wager and we will remove the bonus from your account. We will not accept a request once you begin play.
    -------------------------

That is the only game excluded...

Thanks Trick. Surprising really that they would still allow roulette & craps. I think I'd take my chances with one of those if I was trying to meet w/r with the least risk. Especially if they have french roulette so the 0 still returns half my field bet.
