Hi

I really need some advice. I'm quite new to this, and already I'm having problems with a casino. I joined a casino called Oshi. Made a deposit for 100 euros, got a bonus and lost it all, then made another deposit for 100 euros and got another small bonus. I played slots for a while and then I won 1200 euros on a 3 euro bet on Piggy Ritches, played a bit more and then decided to withdraw.

After a while my withdrawal was discarded and I got a message saying that:
"Unfortunately, you have breached our max bet rule. It is clearly stated in our Bonus Terms & Conditions that "19. (Legal English) The maximum bet that can be placed is €5 or currency equivalent for other real (FIAT) money currencies we accept. For Bitcoin players the maximum bet is 25 mBTC (0.025 BTC).". Please, find the full instructions here:

For that reason, all your winnings are confiscated and your initial deposit reinstated. Please, keep this in mind for future in order to play fairly. "

I didn't read the rules that well, I didn't seven see that. And yes, I played few bets that were more than 5 euros. But still, my big win was on 3 euro bet. Is the casino doing right in confiscating my winnings? What should I do?

And one extra thing - now I have 100 euros on my acc, and I'm pissed off wth them. Want to cash out at least that 100 euros but the only withdrawal option they offer me is bank transfer and the minimum limit is 700 euros.

Hi as hard as it will be to hear you got no chance. As you said you didn't read the rules. But agree with it or not it is in the terms & conditions and you admitted you bet over the max allowed. It don't matter if it was just 1 spin at over the max amount, for many casinos this is enough to deny winnings. Harsh lesson to learn I know .... but you should always read the T&CS ... some casinos will show a certain amount of leniency but not many. It don't matter the big win comes from a bet under 5 euros or even if you won squat on those bets over 5 euros. So I don't think you stand much chance of being paid out on this one.

FYI this subject comes up often here as you can see by searching through the forum. Bonus terms these days can be complex so thats why to ensure we don't get tripped up , always read the T&Cs and try stick to accredited casinos here. Of which they are some great ones.

FYI all accredited casinos listed here > Link Outdated / Removed

Probably a unlucky incident.

I have been playing in oshi for a couple of years now. Nothing like that has ever happened to me. Cashouts have always fast and secure. You can read it about the *snip* that I wrote about my experience there.

To make such a first post shilling for a casino and including a link is a good way of getting banned from here. That's stupid since you probably could learn a thing or two.

Yes, Oschi is an ok casino but we can find that out our own way without your help thank you!
