Wantedwin confiscated funds

My partner won $3300NZD on wantedwin.com as soon as he withdrew the funds they confiscated them stating use of third party payment methods however all payment methods and documentation are in his name. They are refusing to pass him onto a manager and just keeps getting the same answer. They are claiming it is duplicate accounts but we have corresponded with their support team on several Occasions about this and they assured us that it was fine and they are happy for us to proceed and play as they are satisfied with the documents and believe it to be 2 seperate accounts as it is. Just 24 hours prior a withdrawal of $1200NZD was approved and received after questioning him about ONE deposit made via a paysafe voucher to which they accepted his explanation and verified his account AGAIN
