I always send blood/ semen samples in advance, that way I'm always 'one step ahead' when it comes to verification and SoW requests
A pubic hair is more practical as it fits in the envelope better.

Send me some :D

The £50 minimum withdrawl is a no no from me. With a better SUB and a lower minimum withdrawl limit I'd be willing to give them a go.

But shouldn’t you send in your docs as soon as you signed up...you know they will ask you for docs.

Not thrilled to hear about the run around. Was it a big cash out.

Yes, in hindsight i should have. But as every deposit went south fast, and i had not had a scrap of luck on any of said deposits until i won, i guess each time i just logged out for another day.

Wasn't a massive cashout, around £1500, but this side of xmas, would have been nice. I blame myself however mainly, but Volt really really did not help. if at all.

Sign up bonus needs to be more than pennies for me to join up as per the vast majority of other casinos. The points system is neither here nor there for most players and pretty universal anyway.

Moved the EKJR posts to here:
Self exclusion refunds

Will probably have to split that thread as well. Please do not hijack threads here. This is Volt's BBF thread where we are asking for critiques criticisms etc.. If you have a bona fide complaint, then by all means start your own thread. Thank you.

Hello.
I played in this casino, I liked the design and the pleasant support service, unfortunately it was not possible to verify the payments.
I put a solid 4 out of 5 points.
The representative sent a couple of ideas in private messages!

Hi all,

Thank you for your valued feedback, we have taken all of your comments on board.

Please remember also, that the winnings from the free spins are cash and come with no wagering requirements.

I'd also like to make you aware of our rewards programme 'Volt points' - 1 Volt point is accrued for every £1 bet in the casino.

Your points are then exchangeable for our wager free rewards in the 'Volt Zone'.

Volt points can also be earned by completing our missions.

Many thanks,

Connor

Why do you have to register to see what Live Casino Games you have on the live casino tab, when you're allowed to browse the Casino, Sportsbook, Missions and Volt Shop without registering first. ?

Limited input from me - just made my first withdrawal so will see long long the KYC takes as well (forgot to do it when i opened). Minimum 20 withdrawal, which is fine.

Least a secure upload portal is available, unlike the ones who tell you to email in. Message centre is available within the site so it means you don't need to scrabble looking for correspondence in your own personal email.

Edit - payment was processed so was around 2.5hrs to do so. Hopefully that's indicative of the times and the next, if there is one, isn't going to be 72 hrs :)

Hey,

I'll look into this for you and let you know as soon as I have heard back from the casino team.

Many thanks,

Connor

Hey,

We appreciate your feedback and are pleased that you're happy with our service.

Many thanks,

Connor

Seems like we have forgotten about this BBF - no posts for over two months?
Maybe due to the lack of decent SUBs these days.
What's the incentive for experienced players, with many many other accounts, to signup to yet another casino, in order to give any feedback?
After all, it is our own money that we're using to test out these new sites.

We do have a different take on our sign up bonuses, upon signing up depending on your deposit amounts, you receive Volt points - which you can exchange in the Volt Shop for wager-free spins.

For every £/€ that you wager, you receive 1 point on Casino and for every €/£1 on sports you receive 2 points.

We have a variety of games you can choose to play your spins on, as well as missions where you can earn Volt Points more quickly!

Please try us out and let us know your feedback.

Many thanks,

Connor

Sorry, but a few 10p free spins (wager-free or not), on relatively unknown games. Isn't a particularly big incentive to join a new site.

You should be happy about the situation. The fewer CM members who signup to your site, the less chance there is of criticism, and therefore the smoother the BBF process:rolleyes:

The value of our spins vary depending on the game you choose to take them on, allowing flexibility and the games we have selected are some of the most popular on our site :).

We're always happy to receive feedback, positive or negative.

Many thanks,

Connor

My initial post wasn't necessarily a criticism of your particular casino.
Do what's best for your site, and what you think will bring you the most new customers.

It was meant more generally, in response to Bryan's post. As a possible reason as to why there is so little feedback on this and a lot of other BBF threads these days.

Of course, it wasn't taken in that way, just wanted to let you know we are always happy to receive feedback, whether it be on our welcome offering, or whatever it may be :).

Maybe one day we'll see you playing with us :)

Many thanks,

Connor

Ok - as far as I am concerned they have passed the BBF. Any naysayers? If so, please speak your piece.
