I dont think we should be complaining about 9 hour withdrawals. Thats getting a bit silly considering most accredited casinos here pay longer aside from videoslots and maybe a couple more.

72 hours should be eliminated from the terms, there should be no reason it should even be there or be a possibility to take that long. Not even RTG accredited casinos take that long.

Your welcome bonus is probably about the worst I have seen in any casino around and I find it an incredibly weird offer. It would turn more people off than entice people so I am not sure who came up with it and approved it.

As a lowroller who usually only deposits 20 or 25 quid, I'm afraid a 50 quid minimum withdrawal is no good to me.
Sometimes I like to play a few hours over a few days and then withdraw when I have had enough, whether it be 20 quid or 300 quid

Hi & welcome if going by what has already been said, i would think this casino under funded & lacking in staff hence the long way around things, ditch the free spins or make them more appealing , failing that a match bonus may work better, withdrawals should be done within 2 hours period. Entice docs at first stage straight after deposit if not done so) thwn this could help with faster withdrawals.

Withdrawal cap needs sorting maybe £50k monthly limit maybe better. Vip above bigger caps.

playOJO and BGO's Power Spins have the same welcome offer. 1FS per 1$ deposited. I think playOJO has them on BoD, can't remember which game at BGO.

I'm 5 minutes in. Made the minimal £20 deposit to try it out.

Upon depositing the banking page just refers back to card details and looks like the deposit hasn't gone in. Yoinhave to close banking down and refresh the page for the balance to update.

Initialised the 20fs for the deposit on wild guns.

Had a few little wins during those spins, one was £1.50 and other at £1.30 but when I finished it said my total won for the free spins was £1.52. something not right there.....

Thanks for your reply but TBH I rather believe your terms and as Dwyer has experienced he was told 72 hours.

If you do them in 9 hours why not write that in the terms so players know what they can expect. We players are not dumb people, you can be open with us and let us make a decision whether to register. But that term leaves you all kinds of possibilities to delay a withdrawal and since you do not offer a "lock" function it will be easy for an addicted player to reverse and lose it all to your benefit.

I actually played there the other day for the first time. And yep its bod and yep its 10 cent spins. I only played there because I just wanted to play cash and no wager. I also got some cash back along the way too. Not much after wagering like 1k probably around $3.

People really need to be careful where they play these days to be honest. Alot of angling going around. Ive come across alot of casinos lately with 92% playngo versions, some pragmatic being 96% and other prag games being 92%. And then offering 100% bonuses on that with 50x wager.

To be fair the spins are wager free, you wouldn't get that if it was a deposit match, it's not much worse than Videoslots welcome offer really, where you get a few spins and the match but its paid in increments as you meet the wagering. It's only, in effect, a 10% bonus but theres no wagering, some casinos do 25% deposit or 50% and have 40x D+B along with max cashouts, depends who the casino is targeting I suppose.

Then the run around. But i could still deposit during this time, when verification of my docs was being done. Just cant withdraw, in any way. Very bitter taste, as im sure anyone can tell here. I know there is a threshold for asking for documents with deposited amounts, but why make it so it severely annoys the player in the end?
