Hi Colin,

Our welcome mission is 5 spins for every £5 deposited, minimum deposit of £20. You receive 5 spins for the first £20 also, so you’d receive 25 wager free spins upon a £25 first deposit.

Hope this helps.

Many thanks,

Connor

Curacao license

- I would like to know what parts exactly are run via the Curacao license??? There is no information whatsoever and the MGA license only covers Netent, MG, and Wazdan.
- Refreshed the page a few times and would still get the error message.
Just to chime in here - I spoke with the MGA reps in Malta during the SIGMA conference a couple of weeks ago and these Curacao licenses will be dropped by 1 January by all casinos licensed by the MGA. The MGA will only allow their licensees to have valid licenses from either the EU or UK. So that is rather good news for players - bad news for Curacao.

Hi Dwyer,

Not being able to re-request a withdrawal should not be the case and we regularly have players re-requesting a withdrawal in the same day.

We will investigate to see if there were any issues at the time of your request.

With regards to the 72 hours, kindly note that this is the maximum time and we average approx 9 hours for withdrawals on verified accounts and also aim to minimise this further in the near future.

We thank you for your feedback and of will of course take it on board.

Many thanks,

Connor

I know for a fact it came up with a red cross and no way to re-request it, and asking live chat they advised me that yes, you cannot submit another until the next day. They then linked me the terms page.

I made issue with live chat and asked them to check if this really was the case, and they repeated once more, the terms on the site. Really was not helpful.

The real complaint I have on top of this is regarding verification.

I managed to get a decent win a week or so ago. I submitted a withdrawal that night, and went to sleep. I did ask live chat before hand how long it would take, and if my withdrawal will be sat pending the entire time until processed. Yes it will be sat pending im told, and to wait up to 72 hours for the finance team to look at it. However, the finance team are not in the office currently and only weekdays during working hours. OK i say.

Morning rolls round, and no communication yet. Around midday i get an email advising they want some documents. No problem.

I send in my photocard driving license, my Birth certificate, a government issued letter, and screenshots of my fully verified skrill account, from which i made my deposits. I will add here - the reason i sent in the Birth Certificate on top, is that the photo element of my driving license is indeed expired, and I do need to get it sorted, but every other casino currently over the last few months, have understood this, and been OK with Birth certificate along with government issued letter. I know that this is acceptable proof of identity in the UK - i even linked them the Government site that explains this, just so they understood why i was sending the additional docs.

It is good enough for several other UKGC casinos.....but Volt? Of course it was not good enough.

They email me a few hours later, around 3pm, to say all documents are accepted, aside from my proof of ID, as photocard expired. OK, but i then fire an email off explaining that the Birth Certificate and Government issued letter together should be sufficient. This email is ignored.

I go onto live chat and ask for confirmation of what is happening with verification of my account. After a period the agent says send in your Birth certificate. I say you already have it. Long pause. Agent comes back to say no we need photo ID im afraid.

So i try and explain again, but it feels like banging my head against a brick wall.

I wait for a few hours more, for maybe a reply to my email i sent earlier. Nothing. I ask live chat if verification is still happening.....agent simply says it has gone 5pm, the verification team have left the office. I ask if they work over the weekend. Agent says i dont know. I ask if anyone is available over the phone to speak to. No, email only.

So its the weekend, my withdrawal is near 24 hours pending, I have no idea what is happening with my account verification. At this stage I feel like im being given the run around, as every possible little action takes so long and barriers put up where possible. It felt like I was not going to get paid, and it was going to be one of those situations.

In the end, i reversed my withdrawal, and flitted it away, as im sure they wanted.

So then Monday rolls round. Funnily enough, i get an email bright and early. Your account is verified, we can do it with Birth Certificate after all. You are free to make a withdrawal it says! Great news.

Now call me old fashioned, or cynical or whatever you want, but come on. It is some coincidence that once my winnings were gone, they are happy to verify my account so rapidly.

Yes the main blame you could say is me being impatient and silly and playing it back. But I have been around the block a few times. I have been subject to little tactics to hope you reverse, or to make it difficult in every way to collect your winnings.

Volt knew exactly what they were doing. They got me i guess, mission accomplished.

It is the response to my complaint after all of this that is so stunning however. But i will not go into that at the moment.

Apologies for the long rant, but it has really got to me, at a UKGC casino, such silly little games. The response of live chat and the finance team of just blanket linking their terms and "tough luck" really does not sit well with me.

I hope so as if these suggestions were true about withdrawals then they certainly wouldn't be UKGC compliant.

thanks for replying, I don't know about others, but I read this as 5 spins for every £5 over £20

Unless others think its clear then maybe think about changing the wording slightly?

Hasnt the UKGC outlawed/due to outlaw tiered withdrawal limits e.g £5,000 a month as obtrusive and unfair?

Hey welcome to the forum and good luck. Hopefully you listen to members here and are able to make some changes.

I dont think we should be complaining about 9 hour withdrawals. Thats getting a bit silly considering most accredited casinos here pay longer aside from videoslots and maybe a couple more.

72 hours should be eliminated from the terms, there should be no reason it should even be there or be a possibility to take that long. Not even RTG accredited casinos take that long.

Your welcome bonus is probably about the worst I have seen in any casino around and I find it an incredibly weird offer. It would turn more people off than entice people so I am not sure who came up with it and approved it.

A welcome bonus is for many different things. Aside from extending play time and attracting players into the casino, its also used so people can have a good try in a new casino and see what it all offers and how the games play etc. 50 10 cent spins is really terrible ;p. I like to try new casinos but I always take a welcome bonus above the reasons mentioned. So I personally wont be depositing because of it and I am sure I am not the only one.

I hope you dont take offense to any of my post. I am just trying to be honest from a players perspective.

:D:thumbsup:

As a lowroller who usually only deposits 20 or 25 quid, I'm afraid a 50 quid minimum withdrawal is no good to me.
Sometimes I like to play a few hours over a few days and then withdraw when I have had enough, whether it be 20 quid or 300 quid

Same for me.

Hi & welcome if going by what has already been said, i would think this casino under funded & lacking in staff hence the long way around things, ditch the free spins or make them more appealing , failing that a match bonus may work better, withdrawals should be done within 2 hours period. Entice docs at first stage straight after deposit if not done so) thwn this could help with faster withdrawals.

Withdrawal cap needs sorting maybe £50k monthly limit maybe better. Vip above bigger caps.

I shall test when i get chance)

I dunno, as it seems (if 21Bet are to be believed) that the aggregator who gave them fake games has a MGA license and there are more and more newspaper allegations of organized crime moving into Malta via the gaming industry. And what will Leon do for a job if that happens?

playOJO and BGO's Power Spins have the same welcome offer. 1FS per 1$ deposited. I think playOJO has them on BoD, can't remember which game at BGO.

They are wager-free which limits the casino as to what they can offer. It is the same like the endless 5FS on the Rizk Wheel. There is little room when you do everything in cash.

But I agree, as welcome offer it is rather unattractive.

About time something is done. Having a casino with 20 game providers and only one of those under the MGA license is very misleading for players.

Hmmm

I'm 5 minutes in. Made the minimal £20 deposit to try it out.

Upon depositing the banking page just refers back to card details and looks like the deposit hasn't gone in. Yoinhave to close banking down and refresh the page for the balance to update.

Initialised the 20fs for the deposit on wild guns.

Had a few little wins during those spins, one was £1.50 and other at £1.30 but when I finished it said my total won for the free spins was £1.52. something not right there.....

I will update as I go...

Thanks for your reply but TBH I rather believe your terms and as Dwyer has experienced he was told 72 hours.

If you do them in 9 hours why not write that in the terms so players know what they can expect. We players are not dumb people, you can be open with us and let us make a decision whether to register. But that term leaves you all kinds of possibilities to delay a withdrawal and since you do not offer a "lock" function it will be easy for an addicted player to reverse and lose it all to your benefit.

I actually played there the other day for the first time. And yep its bod and yep its 10 cent spins. I only played there because I just wanted to play cash and no wager. I also got some cash back along the way too. Not much after wagering like 1k probably around $3.

People really need to be careful where they play these days to be honest. Alot of angling going around. Ive come across alot of casinos lately with 92% playngo versions, some pragmatic being 96% and other prag games being 92%. And then offering 100% bonuses on that with 50x wager.

So yeah have fun trying to beat 92% slots and 50x wager.

So make sure ALL of you are really checking terms and rtp. I did check volt casino and it seems as though their playngo is on the 96% model so good job with that I guess

Oh and btw, you offer services to Canada but do not have CAD or even USD which you are basically closing the market on us right from the start because we dont want to get the currency exchange charges on deposits and withdraw or even play in euros.

So maybe try and get CAD added. Thanks!
