Resolved Virtual casino 6 months waiting

I deposited with virtual casino back in early July and it was a no play through no max cash out bonus. I ended up hitting a jackpot of roughly $12,000. I then proceeded to place 4 withdrawals of $2,500. I spread them out 1 week at a time since that’s their max weekly cash out.
next came 4 months of endless back and forth with them because nothing was being approved. Finally back in late October I had 1 approved followed by a second around 2 weeks later. Since then nothing has happened. My longest withdrawal is now 6 months old (July 23rd I believe). I keep asking in chat every 4-5 days and I keep gettin the same runaround.
I get told it’s being escalated, then nothing happens, then I get told again it’s being escalated, and nothing happens. I now have $5750 total waiting for approval. $5000 of that has been pending approval since mid July. I don’t know how much longer I can remain calm while speaking with them on chat. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you tawni. It does appear that my withdraw is no longer pending and has gone through the approval portion. In the past it's taken 10 days to show in my account, hopefully it's a little faster this time, but I will update as soon as it makes it into my account.
 
Tawni has been around for awhile and is a helpful lady. Unfortunately the Virtual brand is now beyond repair. Meanwhile RTG seems to be going downhill imho.

The payment was sent off to our processor, Friday: 1/15 Paid $2500 + no Service Fees for transaction 69813044. I would expect you'll find the funds in your account before the end of this week.
