I hear so much about bad casino's that I thought it would be appropriate to give you some information on a GREAT casino.....

I played at Villento casino. Made a small deposit and won a couple thousand there. I made a withdrawl. A few days later I had to fax some documents over. A bit over a week later- Checks in the mail!!!! I was paid in full.

I LOVE villento...I was a vip there but then could not use my normal deposit methods anymore :mad: I am waiting for my netspend card so I can play there again........can't waittttttttttttttttttttttttttttt.:notworthy

Im with you Darsval,Villento is a dream come true for gamblers,After being burnt at JF I was very sceptical about online casinos, ,I didnt play a few months after that,then I found. Villento ,its like playing on a regular casino,you win they pay.I wish someone would tell me why they are not on the accredited list.We still have JF on the accredited list and they should have been rouged 6 months ago and VILLENTO is nowhere to be found on any list We need to start a players thread on good and bad casinos,because I feel bad for the players that checks the accredited list and goes to play at JF.:thumbsup:

same thing happened to me at villento with my master card grrrrrrrrrrrrrr, then I used allaccess visa gift cards and that died ....now waiting for my netspend visa card..got a feeling that won't last long either ..just a matter of time. Quick tender cannot take mastercard right now ...I miss playing at villento:mad:
 
I played at Villento awhile ago. I had never heard of anyone else playing there. I always enjoyed playing there but was not sure of their rep. I never had a problem and glad that they have a good reputation. Maybe I will start playing there again

Yes it is the credit card companies denying the deposits.My banks have both sent me letters that gambling is illigal and not use the cards, for gambling ,well what works most of the time is putting in an uneven amount ,instead of putting in $80 try $79.44. I just won another $2500 last night and I think I put in $63.44. Im not at all worried about getting the money.they have my utility bill and drivers licence on file.I Saw on another thread that they are defending Jackpot factory,well good luck I dont like dealing with liers Iwill never forget those 4 months full of lies.I still say they should be rogued ans VILLENTO should be approved.I think the players should know whats going on here and not walk in to the JF trap.
 
To be accredited the meister has to meet with them.

So why hasnt he met with them???I can not find one post that has been negative about them,not here or anywhere else on the net, just positives, wake up, There is a great casino floating out there take advantege of it.i tried to play there 10 min ago and my visa denied it ,Ill try in a couple of hours again,then it may work, IF i keep hammmering on it they will block the card from any purchases.Then Ill get a call from them to verify denied purchases ,then it will work again.

I have met them, and they suck!

Ha ha - just kidding. Actually they were supposed to come on board a few months ago, but we never got it together all the way. I think they didn't open an account in the forum, or we just all got too busy, or something else came up. Can't remember. Anyway, I might meet up with them in Spain next month.

It is not my bank who is declining the transactions. My MasterCard is a debit card, not a credit card. How do I know that it's not my bank? Because I asked them. They're a small-time bank, and they said they have no way of identifying gambling transactions and therefore blocking them. This was as of a month ago. My card works everywhere except for the MG casinos who use processors that choose to block all MasterCards. Villento is one such MG.
 
SW- I have heard of problems depositing with MC..... I have the same problem with my visa debit as does the other poster.... I'll try to deposit, if I get denied- I try again later and it'll usally work....

The fraud department of my bank called yesterday to verify charges.... Of course, they were charges from the casino--- The person on the phone knew it was gambling charges-- How my bank knew-- No idea but they knew... Of course he brought it up- I told him I was refusing to answer what kind of charges they were-- But- I never told my bank who these charges were from--- They already knew!

Casinomeister---- YES PLEASE meet up with this casino next month in Spain- They have been great to deal with and I would love to see them on your accredited list! I visit this forum daily and find very useful information; including which casinos are great to play at...... Have fun in Spain!
 
I've been making 2 deposits a week for about two months now and I never win anything but its an ok casino, considering its the only mg casino that I can manage to dl games (i'm still working on dial up) plus they take the netspend card with no problem and I like the fact that they seem to always have a weekend deposit bonus.

overall tho, I haven't been able to win or have a decent gaming session, most times its 30-45 minutes. it really pisses me off because before this whole USA online gaming baning thing I used to play for hours off 25 bucks. I think I keep playing online because I miss the old days of winning hundreds of dollars with very little effort, and it balances me out from when I lose at the local casinos, haha

I know i have a problem! :D
 
i've been playing in the free entry ones, with 5 minutes and dial up, i didnt stand a chance, haha and watching some of those numbers racking up it just amazes me how some people are so freaking lucky! me and my husband were taking side bets on who would win, that was more fun! haah

They send me promo offers every week too, and for some reason I do actually feel guilty for never taking one up. The reason is that here in the good old U of K there are literally dozens of better offers and there's just not enough hours in the month! :(

I'm all about the free spins and I think over the years the mg games have really got tighter with bonus games. I also notice that when I ask for a bonus on my deposit I seem to do worse. maybe its just my paranoia, haha but lately I just want to see the bonus games, its not about how much money I can rack up, because after all its just gambling! any tips would be appreciated:)
 
I played Villento some time ago. They do not use the EZ bonus system and I had to use the live email after playing a long time to get my bonus requirements. After playing all day the requirement was still hefty. I had by then with the bonus trebled my balance, I then decided to blow it all on Mega Moolah as I seem to be getting nowhere. I did not get the three monkeys when I blew it all. It is a site I am suspicious about and will not play there again. If you do visit them in Spain I would respectfully suggest you ask them to use the EZ bonus.
 
Hey darsval, I have just started playing at Villento. Haven't won yet, so not sure about their withdrawl process. Good to hear all the positive press on this place though.

When i say I was getting nowhere I was trying to find out the wagering requirements for the sign on bonus from live help which I did not find very helpful. I started with $50 plus $50 bonus and played all day, then I accumulated around$150/170 which at that time I felt I was not going to win here so I put it all on mega moolah and never got the trigger 3 monkeys. When I play 32red and Dash I will get 3 monkeys within $50. Why don't they use the EZ bonus scheme.

After reading the majority of mail, I see that I am in the minority. I have no axe to grind, it was just not the site for me.
 
The playthrough is clearly shown it is reasonable 15*bonus+deposit.
Still it went the same way as every other MG money sucking outfit

Well, it seems everybody is very happy with Villento.
I wish I could say the same.
I am waiting more than a month now for 4000 I won there.
First they required some documents. I quickly sent the m by e-mail.
Then I never received any answer.
I started to enter the online chat as they were not responding e-mails.
I heard the stupiest thing I ever heard as an excuse.
They said they have to translate my documents.
How can you translate a name or an adress??
and they keep telling they have not translated my documents yet.
It sounds to me like they do not want to pay.
I keep waiting but I havent a good feeling
 
i tried villento for a while and decided to stop after 500+ spins without a bonus on avalon (just bad luck). hitman assassinated my bankroll as well. did not really have a bad experience, just bad luck. the only thing that bothered me was that after a bunch of deposits where i used no bonus, i asked if one was available. the rep said, "sorry, no." so i deposited another couple of hundred, no big deal. of course, a few hours later the weekend bonus was available which i forgot that they had. that would have been nice to know.

anyway, when i closed my account, they gave me $50 because they reviewed my game play and stated my experience was not one they like to see. (it was pretty bad...)

ended up losing a lot there, but their customer service seems to try. when a player deposits without bonuses, loses a grand, and asks if a bonus is available, give that player the bonus a few hours early!!! don't make the player feel bad that he deposited without a bonus when one was available soon thereafter.

just little things showing that you care about your players is what keeps them there rather than going somewhere else. win or lose, make me feel important and i'll enjoy giving you my business.

other than that, they do seem to have a good reputation.

i do hope mariaoli gets that problem resolved, that would be frustrating and contrary to the good repuation that villento has, IMHO.

did they really send a basket to Pinababy when she was sick??? because that would have been very considerate and maybe i'm being too hard on them. :D
 
I gave Villento a try......

Since I read such decent reviews in the beginning of this thread. I blew my initial deposit plus the match bonus. Made a 2nd deposit of $50 & nada. As the saying goes, third time is the charm. I managed to make a $50 deposit stretch into a $3400 withdraw!:thumbsup:

Started off low rolling on the slots, got my money up to about $150 and played Power Poker, where I was dealt a natural royal. Wish I knew how to save the screen shots. :o

I will post when I receive my money. My cashout was processed on 10-2 and I immediately forwarded all the required documentation. Counting down to the check delivery......

Is it in jpg or jpeg format? jpeg is a good compression, you may want to resize it so it is within file size limits as well as making it possible for everyone to see (low monitor resolution)

They at least gave me back the $51, so that is good. They still insist that I left the game during the free spins, which is ludicrous. As I stated above, who leaves the bonus rounds?????? Anyway, it's just the attitude that you get from what seems to be too many of these sites that gets you so mad!! Anyway, I will surely be keeping a close eye on the microgaming software if and when I play again with Villento. I will say that even though I didn't like what Gerard said (not Jarrod) he did at least follow through albeit grudgingly. I guess this one will be settled as a "no fault" issue since both Villento and I will have to agree to disagree on this one.
