Hi, I requested a withdrawal yesterday from Videoslots. They said they were having delays on their withdrawals and I only recieved the withdrawal email at 10.30am today.

My issue is that once I get that email, its instantly in my account but it's not there. I have been on help who have told me that its left theirs and should be in my account already. They have now told me to wait awhile.
My question is, when you get that email, is it usually instant in your account or have you waited?
This happened to me last year and 6 days later, it was due to a processor issue. I did get my money and it was resolved.

Santander, they recently changed to Mastercard.
I’ve found Mastercard pretty awful since the switchover.

They seem to have a thing for gambling transactions, even depositing a tenner you have to faff around authorising in the app or typing in an OTP. Other times it’ll flat out reject the transaction before going through on second attempt.

Doesn’t seem quite as bad now as it was when I first got the card (it must learn your spending habits) but still happens occasionally.

Bring Visa back I say!

Wow, I've been having the same issues however, I'm off the mind that it's in my best interests as I somewhat feel a bit safer.

I dont know if its the switch that's holding the withdrawal back (I had just updated my card and this was my 1st withdrawal to it) or it is indeed a processor issue.

I'm hoping the @Team.Videoslots rep gets back to me.

I wish I had of withdrawn to my bank like I've been doing for a while with no issues.

Money still not in bank and I've a feeling I'll have to go through all the hoops before Videoslots find my withdrawal.

RBS changed from VISA Debit, to MC which is the bulk of my deposits now.

Used on a few sites and never had issue with the MC Direct - perhaps is a bit slower than VISA but only talking 20mins of a difference so looks like something else for you IMO.

But yeah the OPT codes and approve in the app is a real pain the proverbial.

I believe you're right.
Them having delays in their withdrawals (that's a 1st for me and I've been with them since they opened), I just know it's an issue from their end.
I hope I don't have to go through the drama of contacting my bank and getting bank statements. Theres nothing worse than calling Santander with their almost 3 hour wait times and the dire music 🤣🤣

@jjezebel37 , We've noticed multiple threads on the same topic posted at the same time. I'm assuming that's a mistake since the Forum Rules strictly forbid this. Threads merged.

Yes @maxd d, sincere apologies!
I tried looking around to see how I could delete the other post but I couldnt see it.
I'd appreciate it if you could remove it for me.

Again sorry, just getting used to the site again. I honestly dont know how it posted twice.

Just back from support and now they are saying 3/5 working days!

Strange because the CS advisor that I spoke to previously told me that once processed on their end, it should be in my account instantly.

Guess I'll have to wait and see.

The 3 to 5 days is just the standard answer for withdrawals to Debit card tho never take that long.

At William Hill when i withdraw now to mastercard debit card the money hits bank soon as i hit withdraw. But there has been i think 2 instances in last few months that for whatever reason it never went in to the next night like it used to. But that is like 2 out of 100 withdrawals that took longer.

So guessing you just need to wait a day or two to see if it goes in bank before doing anything else. Hopefully it will go in before tho.

Millions have had their VISA cards replaced with Mastercard, and as mentioned, there are problems aplenty during the integration.

I'd imagine as these problems get ironed out, debits/ credits will move at a quicker pace as businesses adjust to the surge.

And what's with the details being on the back of the card? How dare they!

Read that we'll probably be back on Visa in a few years time as whatever has gone on behind the scenes with regards to their relationship with the banks will be ironed out. Of course, in the mean time it's us customers that are having to deal with the inconveniences.

When I got my new card, I took a pic and uploaded it to verification. It was denied. I then had to explain that these were Santanders new cards. I also sent them a link showing the new format. I also stated that they would have to do a training class on this (I was very respectful about it).
I got an email back about 2 hours later saying that theyd accepted the card and that I was fully verified again.

I don't know why some casinos haven't moved on to electronic card verification by now. Pretty simple online check which makes sure the name on the card matches the details the person has inputted on site. Saves a load of the hassle of these manual uploads.

Was it not Amazon who were for ditching VISA cards for payment? IIRC, something to do with the fees being levied but it's apparently been sorted now. Think they were the sticking point for most places so something's probably been agreed in the background.

Still find it weird to think of MC as 'Debit' - when i was on a site the other day, the wee MC logo pops up and my first thought was: I've a credit card on there?

RBS's new debit MC, some sort of weird beach picture, is a bit unsightly. Pain in the arse - all the subscriptions etc to things coming back with 'payment failed' when they changed over.

Ahh yes that was it.

So most likely once the current deal expires, we’ll be back on VISA.
