Firstly, give 'em chance! They've only been on here for 18 hours after CM made his post, and no doubt will change the things they can after our critical feedback. I know we are using GUTS as a benchmark for new sites, and that's a high bar to jump! 10k monthly w/d limit - won't affect most and is a pretty standard term nowadays, but can we assume it would be waived for high-rollers? -

I must admit your site worked smoothly with Chrome, but on IE 10 the site froze and the games I selected just stayed black and wouldn't load. KK is using an archaic browser and presumably doesn't like Win8/8.1 so it should still work OK?

Having said that, I will look further into the IE 10 issue and also check if there are any browser or browser versions which are incopatible with the site.

Of course, I will have to check about this with our technical guys, as this is not my area of expertise, therefore I'll get back to you shortly on this matter.

Windows XP and IE8? Good god KK have you dropped through a timewarp?

You do know XP's extended support ends in April next year and MS will stop issuing all udpates for it, even security weaknesses?

From that point onwards using XP will effectively make your computer inherently insecure, to the extent where financial institutions and suchlike could well refuse any compensation in the event of your bank accounts or anything else being hacked?

Also note that large chunks of XP's codebase and kernel were used in Vista and Win7 (and to a lesser extent Win8), so the hackers will be looking for a weakness in those newer OSes that could then be backward engineered to attack XP. MS will then patch the Vista/Win7/Win8 vulnerability, but not XP.

As for IE8, really, I have no words! :eek: (At least get Chrome or Firefox on there!)

When I bought my laptop (only 5 years ago) Vista was the standard - but I specifically bought one which I could "down-grade" to XP because Vista was crap.
My wife's laptop is Windows 7 - and that's even crappier than Vista!
I've heard later versions of windows are no better (probably worse still in fact) - so I am dreading the day I have to lose my beloved XP.
(Though I have also heard that Window 10 (is it?) can be set up to emulate XP - so maybe that will be OK).

As for the browser - pretty much the same opinion. I do use Chrome & Firefox sometimes - but I still think ie8 is more user friendly. (That could be just because it's what I've been used to using for XX-years). I haven't upgraded to the later versions for the same reason I haven't upgraded my OS - I'm expecting it to be worse. If it ain't broke - don't fix it! ;)

Weird, I have not had one call or SMS since I joined them but have been expecting them. I must've placed a cross in the opt-out. Often these opt-outs only work once I found, i.e. if you change your mind and cross the box later the original choice seems to prevail.

Crikey - Netent too? You'll only need IGT and then you'll have every game going! As I received my 864 cashout this morning, I decided to reinvest 50 quid and BDBA came up trumps again!!

Like I said before I have a £10 PAYT spare mobile for sundry purposes which I use. I have to date only received one USEFUL text to tell me my £17.50 league-table award was paid into my cash balance. I do understand the reluctance of some in case the number is passed onto spammers in a stolen database by CS staff. Furthermore, as I've written a few posts ago in this thread, that we will also we'll be implementing a tick box within the player's profile very shortly, where one can choose whether he/she wants to be able to receive any calls be it a welcome call, or a promotional call. Therefore players will be able to opt out of receiving any calls on their mobile phones too.

The only reason that we would need to verify a mobile phone number is just when players want to deposit via card. So if players use any of our other payment options available then they will not need to verify their phones whilst playing at our casino.

Other than that you're all set to go. ;)

not a fan of this "bonus", you get a 100% match on your first deposit but these bonus funds are not playable until you have wagered money, then it is released into your playable funds, such a shame as the wagering requirements if it was a "normal" bonus would make it very attractive.

i totally agree with you wild reels...dont like this bonus system at all..wont be depositing there anymore

Was playing though my £50 deposit won on dragon ship up to £140, was having a mooch round the machines as got down to £97 cash and £45 bonus when the bonus decided to deactivate itself and leave just £50 cash in my account. Thanks for clearing up bonus issue. Apparently when having look around I opened mr Vegas which is a jackpot slot, apparently a pop up, pops up stating u loose bonus if u play this game. As I said I did get me money back and the winnings that I was able to withdraw.

Yes, if you would like to deposit via card, then you would need to verify your mobile number. Yes, that's right.
