OK - My apparaisal of Videoslots:
Firstly, give 'em chance! They've only been on here for 18 hours after CM made his post, and no doubt will change the things they can after our critical feedback. I know we are using GUTS as a benchmark for new sites, and that's a high bar to jump! Remember, GUTS had issues at first, you look back at their BBF thread and you'll see lots of flak - CAD currency/conversion issues, 'error 2' frozen slots, server issues with reels spinning too long and browser compatibility issues to name a few, plus they have a withdrawal fee. With an active and excellent rep they sorted most things out, and I'm sure Lucas intends the same for Videoslots. So far has been great!
Anyway, here goes:

Layout is one of the best I've seen - plus you have a large dedicated 'full screen' button which DOESN'T necessitate reloading the game like some.
Document submission all done via interface with clear colour bars to indicate status. (required/submitted/verified/not satisfactory).
Cashouts quick - states 24 hours max but then again so do
Unibet and many others which in practice pay in minutes to hours. I was paid quickly, OK the Rep may have had a hand in it before the cynics start, but a least he's there!

As said by others, freepsins bonus/win limit too restrictive and not worth taking (as I didn't).
*SUB is weird - it's like a half-baked Wintingo one, but unlike Wintingo you are STILL tied to the full WR and restricted from withdrawing anything but deposit until WHOLE WR is met, even though it is fed in to you in cash in small increments of 10% as WR is ground down. It should be like Wintingo's version - withdraw when you like, any amount but you forfeit any further incomplete 10% increments.
10k monthly w/d limit - won't affect most and is a pretty standard term nowadays, but can we assume it would be waived for high-rollers?
**Responsible gaming - great flexible deposit limit system, BUT only lasts 24 hours. I think the tool should be like the majority of sites, you can decrease as many times as you want with instant effect, but increases are only applied after 7 days. On videoslots it can only be set once every 24 hours, up or down it seems.
Couldn't see a 'game search' facility, correct me if I'm wrong?
If you deposit with any credit/debit card, you need phone verification. Doesn't bother me, but some don't like it.
Summary:
One of the best looking sites I've seen, everything and every stat you need is there on an easy-to-navigate interface. Well laid out and to be honest (for those of us who use GUTS as the benchmark) further ahead than GUTS when they arrived on CM as there are no performance issues I could see, we aren't beta-testing Videoslots. Then again GUTS were literally launched just before they arrived here, whereas Videoslots have been around a while already so have ironed problems out.
Based on the premise that they maintain the service I received for everybody..
