I think its a clone of Mount Olympus.

I think Nifty29 is a clone of Nifty28...slightly nicer than the last model which just spooned players who didn't read Ts and Cs :D

I should have read the thread before signing up. I have made the first deposit and took welcome bonus,
the terms said the bonus is released in 10% increments.
Now I`ve hit zero on my real balance, I am done.
No bonus. Thanks a lot, we all join casinos for welcome bonuses, and this is the first time I feel fooled.
Definitely closing my account, when the live chat is available.

I'm not sure what you mean here - you said you read the terms and knew it would be fed in 10% increments, which it was until you bust out. So you never got the whole amount and because you bust, not because it wasn't there, so why do you feel 'fooled'?

Don't forget if you deposit again, you can 'kill' the bonus BEFORE depositing or keep it live and re-deposit and with a better run you'll fully earn the rest of it.

Sounds like you read the terms AFTER busting out...

Post-wager bonuses are horrible if you hit a bad run though, I suppose if you were betting maybe £1 per spin on a HV slot, on a £100 bankroll, it's entirely possible that you'll bust out before unlocking the first 10% of the SUB, and not even make any headway on the casino race leaderboard and/or earn any decent amount of cashback either.

You're then in the position of do you deposit again to try and unlock more of the bonus, knowing that you need to get the full 100% unlocked before you can ever withdraw more than the sum total of your deposits, or just forfeit the bonus before depositing again, and thus never receive any actual bonus?

If there's one common theme running through this thread I'd say it's that no one likes the SUB at Videoslots, even those of us who really rate the casino overall (me included!) think it's a pretty crappy and confusing SUB.

If I were Lucas it's certainly one aspect of the casino that I'd be thinking about reviewing.

I killed the bonus straight away. Dunover, I thought I would wager 10 % of my deposit and get 10 % of bonus released.

See, this type of bonus is not unusual, I`ve had it before, but elsewhere (I think it was at some UK bookies) it was clear,
for example, deposit 100, and for every 50 you wager, get 10 credited to your balance (up to a 100).

This explanation is missing at Videoslots website.

(On the other hand, I can see why this casino could be a great place for straight deposit players.)

How would that work though?

You're saying that if you deposited £100 you were expecting to get 10% (i.e. a tenner) of the bonus released for every £10 you wagered?

That would effectively put the bonus on a 1xB WR which means the casino may as well start giving free money away to anyone who asks for it.

Yes, the place seems about perfect barring the SUB system. It's a sort of half-assed Wintingo-style one, who have the same system but instead feed it in in £2 units as you play and you can w/d unrestricted at any time whether you've earned 1 or all of the £2 units your deposit entitled you to.
In my case I was lucky enough to cash the whole amount in in one go, but it seems as you say that the system is unpopular with the huge majority on here so I must concur that reviewing it would turn Videoslots from a very good site into an excellent one.

No Chopley, obviously I wasn`t expecting the bonus to be released into real funds, I was expecting it to be playable, with WR.

No, the explanation is there, take another look. Your bonus is released as cash each time you churn through 10% of your total WR. I.E. you deposit 100, this has a 3500 WR. Once you've turned-over 350 you get the first 10 added to your balance and so-on. Once you've hit the 3500 WR you've then converted all the 100 SUB and are free from any restrictions on withdrawing only your deposit 1x.
IF in between your first spin and making the whole 3500 WR you choose to forfeit the SUB, you can only withdraw a proportion of your CASH balance equal to or less than your 100 deposit.

Ok, so now it makes sense. But I maintain that it is not clear in the terms.
I don`t need to paste the terms here, as it has been discussed, but I am not the only one who got confused.

Still, thanks a lot for explaining

Made another withdrawal today, I was waiting for the casino race leaderboard prize to be added into my remaining balance, and then made the withdrawal.

My last extended session peaked at £320 but then BDBA went on a bit of a rampage and took that to under £100 at mere 27p plays, got it back up to £120 and figured I was on-course for a reasonable prize from the leaderboard so I called it there. (Didn't play at all yesterday, and did slip down a couple of places overnight, but still won £55 off the race.)

Withdrawal was paid in 25 minutes to my Neteller account :)

Withdrawal fees are a big thumbs down!!!

I like the fact that this casino offers games from different software, and the verification process was pretty quick and smooth. Still waiting to see how long a bank transfer will take to hit my account (was sent yesterday apparently).

However, I'm actually quite shocked at the following:

"You have one fee free withdrawal per 30 days, but you can of course withdraw more frequent if you´d like. Those withdrawals come with a 3,9% fee though."

3.9%? So even if you beat the house odds to come out ahead, they're still going to get you on the withdrawal. Not sure how this figure can be justified when so many other casinos withdraw for free.

Withdrawal fees update

OK so I went onto chat with customer services regarding the 3.9% withdrawal fee for your second withdrawal in a month. Apparently you're allowed one free withdrawal per week - the website hasn't been changed to reflect this apparently. Additionally, bank transfers according to the customer rep are always free. Hope this clarifies the situation for anyone else intending to play there.

I've made several withdrawals from Videoslots now (although never more than one per week), and I haven't been charged a fee for any of them so that sounds about right. (All paid in under an hour too, just for the record :))

Think I will give this a go tonight, recommend any games from providers other than micro gaming? Maybe some high variance games, I know very little of the other providers.

300 Shields by NextGen is reckoned to be very high variance. (300x multiplier is possible!) Oonga Boonga certainly played like a HV slot when I tussled with it and the pay structure in free spins suggests that's the case, but I could be wrong.

TBH I've tended to stick to the lower/medium variance slots at Videoslots, apart from when playing MG slots such as IR and BDBA, because even the lower variance slots seem to be able to kick out some pretty decent wins.

I'm also a little bit reluctant to go too far off piste until the master RTP list goes live on the site, which Lucas has said should be by the end of January.

Personally I really like Ninja Fruits and Supernova, Energoonz is a pleasant little game too, and Wild Blood is a poor and yet somehow appealing IR knock-off.

I too am going to give them a go... tho I will not take the SUB.

But a hiccup already... tried to use Poli but it came up with an error. Not that I blame videoslots for it as I also had probs with poli at 32red a couple of weeks ago.
Any other Aussies had issues with Poli lately?

And when registering I put in my home phone number by mistake. When completing registration it asked me to verify the sms code so realising I should have put in my mobile I went to my profile and changed it. Got the sms but when entering it it says the number I entered doesn't match?

I've been playing the Play N Go games as I stopped playing MG, Netent, NextGen, and basically any other platform that never pays out anything (at lest to me anyway). I've been enjoying Play N Go games recently like Ninja Fruits, Energoonz, Jewel Box, and those two golf games. I'm very tight with my deposits these days so I'm only betting small amounts.

Stupid me... should read these things closely. :o Hopefully will be resolved after sending a msg to support. Tried live chat but no one answered after 10 mins. Not surprising tho as it's late round the other side of the world.

Am trying live chat again but after yet another 10 mins it seems no one is home? Is live chat 24 hour? Some casinos tell you that chat is offline.

Am looking forward to playing!

Ok that's it. Am glad my deposit didn't go thru in the end... chat support is non-existent after 2 attempts waiting for more than 10 minutes... no reply to my mail after more than an hour.

I shouldn't have to try so hard.

It seems everything is geared toward UK and European players.

If you ask Lucas he'll sort it so that you don't need to supply a mobile number at all.

I'm absolutely adamant that I don't give my mobile number to casinos, and it's a deal-breaker for me if they insist on one.

I gave Videoslots a try over the weekend. Its early days, but here's my experience so far-

First the good- The layout of the site is good and navigation simple. CS was good, although I only contacted them once over a minor issue, quickly resolved.

Now the not so good- I deposited and lost £450.00 in a fairly short time, in wagering £1800.00 over 1200 spins I hit the bonus feature only 3 times of which payouts were poor. I stuck to MG games which may be part of the problem, but to hit a feature on average once every 400 spins isn't good compared to the experience I've had with other casinos, but things, I hope, will improve.

What was particularly concerning was that the reels were very "laggy" resulting in the dreaded "Error code 2" on a few occasions. I haven't had this at a casino for ages. Very frustrating, particularly whilst going through a lean spell.

I took the welcome bonus and whilst it works ok, in my opinion it's not as good as having the bonus up front to play with then if you lose up front you have it cleared. However, I believe there is an option to cancel the bonus if you win big and want to withdraw.

As I say, early days.

Edit- Just seen Dunover's post saying that if you cancel the bonus you can only withdraw up to your first deposit which isn't good

Same crap. The other day was a toss up between tropezia and videoslots.

Videoslots was the first I was going to try. Went to deposit, it said it sent text to my phone with verification code.... Waited 10-15 mins.... No text.

Tried a second time, 10-15 mins wait... no text. I checked my account details and noticed 1 digit of my mobile number was missing. I corrected it and it said it sent verification code to confirm this change...

10-15 mins wait... The code arrived, entered it but got an error saying the codes do not match. I made sure 100% the code was correct and tried a few times... same error.

Went to contact live support.... offline.

Waited another 10 mins just to see if a second code would arrive with the correct code... nope.

Gave in, closed my account. Just couldnt be bothered any more

Hi Dan,

I've PM'd you with regards to your enquiries posted earlier on here.

Let me know if you'll need anything else. ;)

Kind Regards,
Lucas

Hi ChopleyIOM,

re; the master RTP list - I will keep you posted as soon as it is about to go live. We're working on it as we speak, and we are also in the final stages of the integration of the NetEnt games, which we're very excited about :) So NetEnt is next up to be added to our grand collection of games ;)

Best Regards,
Lucas

Hi chris87,

Thanks alot for your feedback. Glad you were satisfied with our CS team in resolving your minor issue quickly.

re; "Error 2" - in the unfortunate and rare event that Error 2 occurs, you simply need to close your web browser, clear cache and cookies, give a couple of minutes, and re-open the browser, log in and continue playing.

Thanks again, and do let me know in case you'll need any further assistance and I'll gladly help out.

Kind Regards,
Lucas

Hi Sparkz,

What is most likely to have happened, is that the code received was not entered right away.
As when depositing via credit card and the verification code is sent on you mobile phone, the code will be valid for two minutes, therefore you'll need to enter it straight after it is received, as otherwise it will not work.

re; Live Chat - we will be covering between 1am - 8am CET by mid-February in order to have support 24 hrs too. ;)

Thank you, and let me know if you have any further questions.

Kind Regards,
Lucas

Thanks Lucas, I appreciate your reply. Yes, I know how to restart after "error 2" but I think it's maybe less about my cache and cookies as I don't get this from other providers I play at, but maybe more to do with the casino temporarily losing connection with the server?

Anyway, I had another visit today with a £50 stake and am pleased to report there was no reel lagging or "error 2"
I did get another feature bonus which unfortunately paid only 5x my stake and my first "Wild Desire" on Immortal Romance which paid a little. Unfortunately though I lost in the end, but I'll stick with you for now and hopefully will have some better luck to report!

I also noticed today the automatic % cashback share out at the end of the week following the weeks play which I thought was good.

Thanks- Chris

Hi Chris,

You're welcome anytime. :)

I understand, and yes you're correct, it could be either or.

Cool, yes the cashback loyalty program is surely a great attribute to our casino which I also think is fantastic. :)

Good luck then mate. keep in touch, and we wish you all the best!

Lucas

Responsible Gaming - Self-Setting Limits @ VideoSlots.com Online Casino

u7t5.webp

We at Videoslots.com see online casino games as a positive form of entertainment for adults. Most players share this opinion, but there is a small percentage that let gambling become a too big part of their lives which may result in losing one’s self control leading on to the path towards becoming a compulsive gambler. Therefore we strongly recommend players to seek assistance from the various support groups available if they feel that their gambling activity is interfering with their work routine, social or family life and see that it is becoming a serious problem.

So in order to truly help out our players, apart from the standard “Lock account x days” where our esteemed customers are able to lock their account for a specific amount of days with the change taking immediate effect, VideoSlots.com has now brought yet even more options that players can take advantage of in regarding to responsible gaming.

First new option is the – “Set Loss limit”. Here players are able to set how much they can lose in a 24 hour period. When the limit has been reached players will get a message which informs them that their loss limit has been reached and that they will not be able to place any further bets. Players can adjust their loss limit, and the change will automatically take effect after a period of seven days. If a player would want to decrease his/her limit, the change will then take place with immediate effect.

Second new option is the – “Set Wager Limit”. With this option players are able to set how much they can wager in a 24 hour period. When the limit has been reached they will get a message which informs them that their wager limit has been reached and they will not be able to place any further bets. It is good to keep in mind that wagering money does not necessarily mean losing them. ie; A player could easily have wagered €100 while their balance only changed with €5. In the majority of the cases, players would most likely prefer to use the Loss Limit, although we feel that it is also a viable option to be able to offer the Wager Limit should any players wish to use it. Players can change or remove their wager limit, and the change will automatically take effect after a period of seven days. If a player would want to decrease his/her limit, the change will then take place with immediate effect.

Third new option is the – “Set Time-out limit”. With this option players are able to set a time limit on how many minutes they actually want to be able to play before their game play is completely interrupted. This is yet another viable option for players’ responsible gaming.

We want all players to have the best possible time whilst playing at VideoSlots.com. Therefore this is why we always ensure that players will have options to be able to play with what they can afford to lose and minimize the risk of exceeding their limits. All these self-setting limits can easily be accessed once a players logs in to his/her account by simply going to “My Profile” and clicking on the “Responsible Gaming” button which is found on the left hand side menu.

Enjoy our Grand Collection of games responsibly.

Best Wishes!

Wow...I fired off an email to Support with a query on 19th Jan, only today have I got a read receipt ...blimey

I got one today about changing my phone number... the original sent 5 days ago. I did get a response on the day but the person was asking me for the same information that I had already told them about. I got 2 emails by different people asking to clarify what I thought was a straight forward request... can you please change the number I entered when registering to xxxxx number.

Credit though to Lucas who has been doing well responding to my pm's.

Well I just deposited... via skrill though.... cause poli and debit card were a headache.

So my deposit went up by $10 so I figure this is the freebie that only has to be turned over twice right?

But why oh why does it show the British flag next to my name? I'm an Australian. Small detail I admit but hey....

Hi stoney,

Good morning.

Yesterday evening we found out that we had a minor technical issue with the support email system, where emails that had been sent from players to us in this short period of time where being delayed.

This "issue" has been taken care of and is now all good to go. We do apologize for any inconvenience that may have caused though.

As always, if anyone needs anything or has any questions that needs to be answered, please feel free to PM me in inbox here at CM or on my email or skype. ;)

@dandan -Thank you, it's my pleasure to assist you in any possible way I can mate.

Re; your deposit - Yes, you're correct - the $10 Free Cash on first deposit only needs to be wagered two times.

Re; the flag next to your name, I'll check this with our tech team and get back to you on that.

@homerbert - Thank you very much! I honestly really appreciate it :)

New account: problems after problems

I wanted to try videoslots.com . The first problem: You have to put in a mobile phone number  Ok, did it. A verification code should be sent. But no code arrived...
Ok, saw that my account was registered and open though. Because i wanted to use the first 10,- deposit bonus, i used a paysafecard. But...although this methode is offered by videoslots, i got an error message that
the card is not accepted  Never had this kind of problems with any of the casinos i registered. Bye bye videoslots

Update: ok, verification code now arrived, but i have no idea where to put it in. And if i have success there is still the problem with non acception paysafecard.
Update: put in the code, but still not possible to deposit, 32red took my deposit.

I deposited via skrill this time so no hassles at all.

Really enjoyed the play today... tho I busted out on Medusa. That will teach me for losing all my balance on a game I know nothing about :D

The rtp lists as Dunover? mentioned tho will come in handy I think.

Thanks again Lucas for being a top rep!

Hi hausse222,

Good morning.

In relation to your post here above - I've checked if there was any problems with the paysafe card payment method from our side within the last 3 months which resulted in no problems with the specific payment method in question, and have not received any complaints either. Therefore, if you've got any screenshot of the error that occurd for you, then you may contact paysafe card directly and let them know about it, in order to for them to fix it, as it is nothing from our side which incurred the error for you.

Moreover, we've got quite a vast range of payment methods for you to deposit from other than paysafe card, if you would like to try out our casino.

Thank you, and do let me know should you need anything else, and if you have any further questions.

Kind Regards,
Lucas

Hi Dan,

Glad you enjoyed your play. :) I will keep you posted as to when the master rtp list is about to go live.

Thanks alot for your nice words, I honestly really appreciate that mate!

Adjustments - Match Bonus Increased & WB Wagering Requirements Lowered

Hi All,

After taking into consideration the feedback we've got from here with regards to the welcome bonus, we've now increased the match bonus to 100% up to 200 in the respective currency, and on top of that we've also lowered the wagering requirements to just 20x bonus.

So if a player receives a $100 bonus, 10% will be released everytime they wager $200. This way it is easier for players to wager through the bonus.

Moreover, we've lowered the Free Spins upon registration with no deposit needed to 11 to the respective eligible countries.

Thanks again so much for your loyalty and support to our brand, we greatly appreciate it.

Kind Regards,
Lucas
