It is no technical problem, but VS would not like to start with this - once started more and more people will ask for it. And without an automatic system, it will generate much more workload for the staff.

I have such crazy ideas in my mind, I just imagine a magic cube where you can put rewards in to create new rewards. Depending on what you put into the cube, the chances vary for example put 3 Weekend Booster Rewards in and 1x 5 Free Spin rewards - the chance for getting a super weekend booster would be 75 % and getting 50 free spins 25 %. And a black market where you can exchange rewards with another player for example 2 € battle ticket for 20 free spins, and then you can use "steal", "defend", ... ok, I should go to sleep. My fantasy gets weird when I am tired...
