Official Videoslots presents Battle of Slots!

hey VS
before the Jackpot wheel I think it is, I could minimize the tab and the slot would still play.
but latelety it doesnt. I would put a battle in autoplay and move to my powerpoints but now it dosent play anymore.
is it just me and my browser or this is a general thing ?
and is it permanent ?
thanks

Oh man you will make this all so difficult. Without any calculator it's totally impossible to count your xp-points from previous 14 days. Yes chat can maybe tell it but if you change things it would be super nice that player can check his / her situation without any contact to customer service. It's nice you lowered requirements but right now this all counting just sucks.

@team
If you use the wagering calculator/calender under game history i am pretty sure thats where it is you can set the date for a certain period. Then it should be 1:1 dollar/euro for 1 exp point i would say. @Team.Videoslots would that seem correct? Although if its SEK or CAD etc etc you may need to use xe.com to convert the amount. If they mean the wagering is being based on EU which also means certain country players are from or using will have to spend for example CAD$1.50 to get 1EXP. So its cosing some players more then others.

I may be wrong if anyone can clear that up

All you need to do is move the tab to a new window. But clicking and holding the tab and moving it away from the browser. That then puts that tab in a new window. That way the battle will still play in the background :) Hope this helps. I too noticed this as well. But it is the same for most casinos now, when I leave a slot on auto and switch tabs. The slots pause and when I then go back to the tab and put it back in focus it then resumes. I think it might have something to do with HTML5 to be honest. As all the old flash games that are still around at some casinos still play in a unfocused tab.

In other words, just click the tab and hold mouse button then drag it downwards by about 1 or 2 inches then just let go and it then puts it in a new window :)

Hello everyone.

Thanks to Soncits report we have made updates our Freerolls, which previously required €500 in wagering, to require 500 XP gained the last 14 days. To clarify how this works, 1 XP is earned for every 1 £/$/€ or 10 SEK/NOK you wager in a 96% RTP game. If anyone is experiencing any issues, please send us an e-mail to [email protected] and explain, and we will do what we can to help.

Best regards,
Team Videoslots.

Thanks for this update, but this is what it used to be anyway for many years. It was always 1XP per £1 wagered. :)

Does this affect what i was told yesterday about xp points and gbp etc ?

"If you make a £1 bet in a game with 96.00% RTP you will receive 1.15 EXP since everything is based on Euro. "

just asking so im clear on things :)

Ok appreciate the reply cheers! (you might want to edit your reply to me on page 749 as it still says you get 1.15 xp per £1 due to euro etc)

So that now makes it harder to meet wagering if that is now the change. (so before it was 500 euro - approx £440 ish wagering.. if xp is now 1 per £1 , it makes it £500 in wagering).

(I guess the plus is that according to live chat yesterday, im around £350 into wagering already, so at least the change only affects what i wager/play from today)

No Tuesday voucher anymore? No Monday race winnings anymore, what's next no weekend booster? And forget about clash of spins, that's just a rip off if your playing on mobile. Yes your making changes but I was looking forward to the voucher this morning, wouldn't it have been easier for you players to break it on rather than just bam screw you guys.

Hope this helps.....:p

Hello Scott1baird.

Sorry to hear that you have not enjoyed the changes. Have you seen the €15,000 Added Jackpot battle we are hosting instead of the vouchers? At €1 buy-in you can get a chance for a good win, and every buy-in goes directly into the prize-pool.

Best regards,
Team Videoslots.

Before VS gived free spins and some won little/big of them .. Now players pay 1 € to try win in battle..

So this is new style to get deposits from players.

Simple maths.
Who win this new way. VS or player..

I only just noticed the next Freeroll Weekend news article. Missed the post @Team.Videoslots made about it.

So my 2 cents. Happy it is on a 0.20p slot. But Moon Princess is an all or nothing slot pretty much. So I predict some very bad results on it in terms of how many rewards we will win and also how much dead spins we will get with the rewards lol.

But still It could still be lucrative if we just have 1 good feature from one of the rewards. So yeah kinda partially looking forward to this one this weekend.

I also see they made it 14 days to wager the 500. So that will make people happier at least.

Thanks again for the upcoming freeroll weekend VS :)

If it helps Dream, I got the bonus from a FS reward very first spin only yesterday, paid over 150x so chances are there :D

Yeah I know the chances are there lol. But still it will be difficult to win the same amount of rewards we usually win on the other lower variance slots lol. I am guessing most will be lucky to win about 60-100 rewards for the 48 hours. Whereas on a lower variance slot. You can win usually about 100-160 rewards for the 48 hours :)

But yeah we will all be hoping and wanting to get that nice 1 feature from one of the rewards lol.

@bebo67 check again today if you have qualified for battles after today's correction in WR!
They had already gave me a 3 day pass while they looked into it, that expires tomorrow, so I wont know. I was wrong, it was a 7 day pass. This was the email they sent. And it was @Sonict who figured it out?

Hello Jennifer.

I wanted to reach out to you regarding the wagering for freerolls. We have found and identified an issue with the wagering, and we have performed changes which will mean that moving forward 1$ CAD will earn you 1 XP. I have added a seven day battle ticket to your account, which you can use if you are experiencing any issues during the transition.

My calculation for the battle this time:

48 hours to play, 12 battles per hour is max. possible: 48 x 12 = 576 battles

Impossible best case: 576 x 6 x 0,2 = 691,2 € spin value

Now the "deep" calculation:

Usually, 30 % win at least 4 spins and around 10 % for 6 spins (but we ignore that with 10 %, so I can use easy math and make a case for case calculation...):

576 x 0,3 = 172 (rounded down from a logical view)

172 x 4 = 688 spins x 0,2 = 137,6 € spin value
172 x 5 = [...] 172 €
172 x 6 = [...] 206,4 €

But no one will play every battle (48 hours), therefore here the amounts per hour:

Bad: 2,87 € / hour
Realistic: 3,58 € / hour
Best: 4,30 € / hour

Example: 5 hours worth of battle per day should give you around 28,70 € - 43,00 €

(Yeah sometimes I have too much time...but often I am just interested how worth it is to wager... oh look below xD)

Worth to wager?

500 xp needed, playing only 96 % slots: 500 x 0,96 = 480 € (20 € loss)

-> Only if playing at least 3 1/2 hours of battles per day (bad case)

Pretty well the same calculations I had. The battles are going to be pretty well a thing of the past for me. I like the new Tuesdays and the wheel though :)

Well when there is a battle weekend I always do everything I need to do the day before. Shopping, chores etc etc. I also put of other things as well. So when the battles start I have the time to basically do them 14-15 hours each day Saturday/Sunday. So I average around 28-30 hours out of the 48 hours. The rest is when I am asleep. Also toilet breaks, food breaks happen during that time as well.

But sometimes I am not available for the battle weekends as I have other commitments I can not get out off etc etc. But When I find out when they are in advance I then can sometimes plan ahead and see if I can do it that weekend or not etc etc. :)

I also factor in if the chosen slot/slots will be worthwhile or not as well before I finally decide if I will commit the time needed for the battle weekends as well. :)

I have a hard time with battle weekends. I'm good for about 4 hours and then anxiety sets in.

As pointed out by many, slots pay <50% most of the time.
So, maybe choosing a slot with terrible TRTP and wait for it to be hot is the best strategy for wagering! :p

And how do you suggest we all find out when a slots TRTP is very low and then farm that slot? Yes some casinos do have some stats for slots but not all casinos do. And Even then finding the right slot is still hit or miss. As just because the TRTP might be low does not guarantee anything. The RNG still dictates if and or when the slot will pay.

You misunderstood. The TRTP is what is stated, is theoretical, and is the one determining the slots contribution in the wagering (from VS terms) :)

I know what the TRTP is and the RTP is. :D

I can confirm that I don't need to use the freeroll reward as I just joined a freeroll with no issues.

BR,

VS Player... Sonict :P

While this is true that you do have to work harder now... The best change is that now everyone in terms of wagering requirements is on a level playing field where as before, it was not fair at all for the countries like say where I am ( Canada ) where 1.5+ CAD = 1€ so it meant we had to wager over $750+ CAD to get access the same thing. The freespins we get are in CAD so for the last few years, we played more for less! Now, it is so much better. I only wagered $540+ CAD this time. Over two weeks ago, I had to wager around $760+ CAD for the same thing. :D

Since the XP rate does vary by slot, If I was on a slot that contributed 75% to the XP, it means for worse case that I need to wager $625 CAD which is still a million times better than it was before!

I think it's from sitting and doing something nonconstructive in my mind.

Ahh ok I see. Yeah sitting for long periods can be pretty bad on health. I tend to get up often and walk around :)

@Team.Videoslots - Noticed that bug is back in the Play N Go Battles. Where it doesn't show the progress of how many spins left in real time and the score shows 0 until it ends, then when it ends it doesn't pop up with the message at the end when you have used all the spins. Please note: It only appears to be happening on the Play N Go slot battles. :)

Just wanted to let you know so you can try to fix it ahead of the free roll weekend as it is on a Play N Go slot, so it will be frustrating for some people to deal with :)

Thanks in advance as always :)
