Official Videoslots presents Battle of Slots!

As I said the other day they giving only 5 days notice (assuming it is annoucned tomorrow) to try to achieve a currently unknown wagering requirement, which knowing VS could change again, it is not good enough to give such short notice, you cannot adjust wagering limits without a week's notice, there needs to be a more structured procedure for the weekend battle's at least 8 days should be given before a battle starts to adjust the wagering and deposit limits.

I will not play at VS today because I do not know it any of the play I do today will count for next weekend so they are losing my deposit anyway, not that what I deposit means much anyway but you get the drift.

This is ridiculous. Layman's terms please! So the next SnG will be on the 5th of every month during a full moon on leap years? :confused:

That isn't a big deal for Canadians @nikantw . Under the old system, we had to wager 500 euros worth which is over $750+ CAD. Now with the new system, if we were to play slots that contributed 75%, it means we have to wager not much more than $625 CAD.

So in fact, Canadians overall can wager less. :D
They escalated it to the tech dept and gave me a 3 day battle ticket. It happened on a Friday the first time too. I have met all requirements each and every time.

I don't play the last 2 Weeks on VS.Only the Battles and my rewards from it.Tomorrow expire my excellent 7 Day Freeroll Ticket.Imagine,we had this last Weekend from February the SNG Battles,the 7 Day Freeroll Ticket will be absolutely great for all !But no...Expire Date push us to use it before it make sense.For what they send it even out?My Wager will be always up to be ready for any Promotion in past months.

Time to relax and wait for the next 7 Day Freeroll Ticket,valid for next Month :D

surprised this weekends battle hasnt been announced yet , seeing as its been confirmed a few times in here! be interesting to see what it is when it finally appears and whether eligibility has changed.

got 2 goes on the wheel thing this morning - both giving me booster rewards. Must say, one thing that really annoyed me (ok , maybe its just me lol) is that it slowed down and sloowwwwlly pointed on
a jackpot prize... then just pipped past onto the booster reward :laugh:

Please help me understand
As most know, my deposits have been less because I am still waiting for my ID, it takes about 6 weeks here in Canada. Had I known it was the year to renew, I would of done it sooner, but my mind was on the cancer stuff. I deposited over $200 last week and this is what I wagered.
$ 790.70

Wagered
$ 620.76

Winnings
$ -169.94

Net
I was able to join the battles for 48 hours, and then on Friday night it said I hadn't wagered enough, so I deposited another $10 dollars, after 24 hours another message came up saying I hadnt wagered enough. I received an email from the team this morning stating I hadn't wagered enough because I was playing games over 96%, and with the new point system, that was not counted, I needed to wager on games 96% or less for it to count. Keep in mind I was able to join a couple of times, before I wasn't able. So if what they are saying is true, then picking games 96% or less, I would have to deposit over $400 dollars to qualify? All for battles that there is no way in hell that we would get that back?

Hello Bebo67.

That is not correct, all games counts towards wagering but different RTP equals different contribution. Below I have posted three examples to illustrate how the different contribution works:

Gonzo's Quest has a 96% RTP so it contributes 100% to the wagering requirement. So, if you wager € 20 in Gonzo Quest, € 20 is added to the wager completion of the wagering requirement.
Starburst has a 96.1% RTP so it contributes 97.5% to the wagering requirement. So, if you wager € 20 in Starburst, € 19.5 is added to the wagering completion of the wagering requirement.
Irish Eyes 2 has a 95% RTP so it contributes 125% to the wagering requirement. So, if you wager € 20 in Irish Eyes 2, € 25 is added to the wagering completion of the wagering requirement.

So depending on what games you have played, the total wagering would be different. We are currently working on tools to improve visibility regarding this, and we hope to have an announcement soon.

Best regards,
Team Videoslots.

I'm only going by the email that was sent to me, and trying to understand. I havent heard back when I replied to the email. So with what I posted,showing what I wagered, I still didnt meet requirements?
And from your examples. The lower the rtp, the higher it meets.

i know im sometimes a bit behind on things, as much as i try to keep up :laugh: but with the change to 'xp points' in regards to meeting wagering - am i right in understanding that £1 wagered = 1xp point.. so
now meaning meeting £500 worth of wagering requirements, is actually £500 wagering? (whereas before it was 500 euros so only £440 ish in wagering) ? is there something im maybe missing with my
understanding ? :D

Hello again Bebo67.

I cannot comment on anything regarding your account or e-mail conversations here at the forum, unfortunately, but if we take the $790 you say you have wagered and convert it to euro, we are at €528. To qualify at 500 EXP, you need to play games that have 96.2% RTP top

Team Videoslots.

Hello Spoo42.

If you make a £1 bet in a game with 96.00% RTP you will receive 1.15 EXP since everything is based on Euro. Please know that the values of currencies are taken off Google now to illustrate examples.

Team Videoslots.

Ahhh right, so its still essentially calculated in euros still. Ok thanks for the reply! I just wondered if the new xp setup made it harder to complete wagering, but that answers it for me. :)

Hello Bebo67.

The requirements for depositing has not changed, you need to deposit €20 and wager €500.

Best regards,
Team Videoslots.
With all due respect, I never paid attention before, because I deposited to play and maybe withdrawal, but due to not having the ID to withdrawal at the moment, I was depositing to at least play the battles. Sorry but depositing 500 dollars just to qualify for battles that will NEVER give a return back like that is BS! And sounds like a scam. Are people that addicted to the battles that they don't even see this?

Hello again Bebo67.

There is absolutely not a deposit requirement of €500.

You need to deposit €20 and earn 500 EXP, the only difference is the contribution to the wagering as it is all based on the RTP of the games you are playing.

Best regards,
Team Videoslots.

Oh man you will make this all so difficult. Without any calculator it's totally impossible to count your xp-points from previous 14 days. Yes chat can maybe tell it but if you change things it would be super nice that player can check his / her situation without any contact to customer service. It's nice you lowered requirements but right now this all counting just sucks.

I'm just walking away from it. Not understanding is just making me angry. From what I can see is that I need to wager 300 dollars more, and that is going to take more money. I think depositing 200 dollars for the battles should be sufficient enough, but apparently its not!

And just so we are clear! Yes I can afford to deposit more, but again, its freaking battles!
