Ah right. Well, mine is set at £120 for day/week/month - although before these changes i dont recall what it was, but i think it was £120 over some period of time

So i cant play with deposited money (should i wish), and as you know, i cant play rewards, because they now count towards your loss limit. I did speak to live chat twice and
had an email from them (which was intended for someone else ) , but its still being looked into apparently. (i also disputed me hitting my loss limit regardless of the free
spins issue, as i just cant see me having hit that loss limit) but thats just my calculation against their system so i could be wrong.

All i can do at moment, is keep playing and collecting rewards, and play them after midnight tommorow night, as thats apparently when the limit is removed.

My first attempt at chat today asking why the free winnings were counting against a loss limit were met with a reply of “i don’t know, I didn’t design it - I prefer a deposit limit to be honest” Had to explain I wasn’t blaming him and just asking it to be raised
