I also stated earlier in the week I had fulfilled the wagering when talking to supababe about it. Its a few pages back.

Don't know why your having a go at my earlier post about working my ass off to wager £500 and what's wrong about asking for a freebie you don't get if you don't ask. Like everyone you get good runs and bad runs last week or just over I have a had a good run without having to deposit too much money. And it was hard work wagering £500 low rolling you won't believe the amount of times I was below a pound and got a lucky win mainly due to donuts 5p spin bonus. But the point I was making was I didn't know vs done these special battles 10 man 30 man and so on and only found out due to this thread and wanted to be able to take part. Wagering £500 over a month is easyily done but when you find something out new and needs to be accomplished in a week is a bit harder. So sorry if you think I'm wrong for asking but isn't that why the thread is here? And the whole thing about free spins was meant to be a joke.
 
Suprise suprise again some massive problems with battles. Yesterday one was missing and few days back whole beanstalk was stuck from start to end.
Okay you want to cut prizes and remove best battles like legacy and sots but please try to even keep those battles working as scheduled

It is getting really tiring reading all these whining and crying posts about battles changed/canceled/rescheduled, SnG coming or not, battles closing early. Do you all think that the freerolls are a "GET RICH" program? :rolleyes: Battles are there to give you a few spins on the reels where you might win a few FS, basically to pass time. And no, wagering $500 within two weeks isn't really that much for VS. At normal RTPs that is $20 bucks in revenue from which they have to cover all the extras, overheads, salaries, fees, taxes etc.

To be honest, I admire the patience of the Team Videoslots people as I would have told you to take a hike a very long time ago. :rolleyes:

Do a simple calculation. Once you qualify for the freerolls, you can play two weeks long 12 battles per day. That is 14x12 = 168 battles. Yet, you are here blasting around the soon one gets changed, less or more free spins prizes, etc etc. And you expect TeamVideoslots to answer them in your favour within less than 1 minute. The soon it doesn't go your way, I can read posts a la "will play elsewhere", "will deposit less", etc etc.

Please feel free to list all casinos here who are giving you more than Videoslots! There won't be a list because you will have a hard time finding something even closely matching the complete package that is available to regulars at VS.

I would really appreciate it if you would think twice before posting another "whining" post. ;)

Okay so why are you reading this thread? This thread is just and only for battle of slots-discussion. Do you understand there is a lot of people who play in VS just because freerolls and sit'n gos. They are not completely free. You need to deposit and wager to get access.
Freerolls are not "get rich" programs. Sit'n Go's are not "get rich" programs. But you can get some seriously boost to your balance when playing them actively.

I understand that and would have no issue about some major problems. But as I said, once you qualify, you have access to 168 battles within two weeks. From many of them you walk away with nothing, so what is the big deal that warrants pages of whining posts when one or the other gets canceled or altered?

The SnG's require only EUR200 in wagering over an entire month. So please, do the maths and you will see that it hardly pays for the SnG's.

But at the same time it's feedback for VS, which is the reason this thread exist.

Most of the time they get the information a lot faster in here, so we can't completly stop telling them, but maybe not get angry.

I think whining is justified if freeroll prizes will be cut 30-50% and that will be permanently. Also whining is justified if whole sit'n go-weekend is cancelled. There you can earn over 200 rewards and value of these is over 100 euros. And whining is also justified if some freeroll is cancelled. There is system new freeroll will be in every two hour.

What do you do if casino sends to you an email with 10 free spins offer without deposit. You go to casino and open slot but there is no freespins. a) You go to live chat and ask them to add spins manually b) you think "whatever, it was just 10 freespins". I pick option A. What do you do?

But these replace bonus offers that other casinos give you, so its just a form of retention. There are other casinos that give as much, if not more, it just depends what you want from a casino. I've had numerous 100% deposit matches from SkyVegas over the summer, up to £200 with 5xB wagering, I made about £4k from them in a 3 month period, thats much more than I have made from freerolls etc at Videoslots in the past 2 years.
It's not the fact that they are cancelled, its the fact they are rarely replaced, people have deposited there to take part in them, and customer service is pretty much 'talk to the hand'. The failures are NEVER in the customers favour. If you deposited somewhere for say £100 100% deposit bonus, and when you made the deposit they only gave you 50% and said, ah yeah, we decided to change it, would you be happy? Tech problems happen, and I do think they get too much shit when it happens, but then the same things were happening for over a year with S&G weekends going down all the time, on the same provider over and over, you would think they would learn after a few times, not just keep blindly doing the same thing.
I don't see a problem with people complaining as long as its kept civil, companies learn from customer feedback, good or bad.

I don't mind complaining, been doing it myself once in a while but to everything there has to be reason and measure.

You said it yourself, 100 Euro over an SNG weekend. To be able to take part you have to deposit EUR20 and wager EUR200 in 30 days. From that wagering VS is making about EUR8.

The 100 EUR is then like a 500% cash bonus for those managing to wager the EUR200 with just a EUR20 deposit. And I am sure there are plenty of players who do just that, which is their right since VS issued the terms like that. But to whine then over multiple pages is just overboard, even if they get reduced by 30 - 50% it is still good value for 200EUR in wagering, isn't it?

At the end of the day, VS like any other casino is in the business to make money, not to donate it. If they have to reduce their cost due to outside factors then it is their prerogative to do as they see best for them. Although, from what I have seen, they are trying to keep the negative impact on players to the minimum possible.

And I would take option B because I am not desperate for 10FS. The money I spent every month in casinos makes those 10 FS totally negligible.

Not everyone is getting 100% bonuses with 5XWR, you are one of the few in millions of players getting such favourable deals.

The overall package at VS is all cash, and that is a big difference. I had over 5K in cashback alone this year, plus all the other stuff. E.g. I haven't deposited in exactly 2 weeks and I played slots every day since. Where on earth do you find another casino that lets you do that?

I know Sara, the forum presence is a two-way street. The question is only at what point it changes from source of information to plain nuisance. And how much can somebody take before he says: "sod it, I'll just stop". The stuff that we get exclusive from VS is unmatched by a mile compared to other casinos, so I think a measured approach to complaints is the better road to keep those goodies coming our way.

This is not just VS problem. Every time when casino is worsening things but players still have to "pay" as much as before it is no good and no acceptable.

You still need to deposit 20e wager 500e in two weeks period to get an access to play free rolls. Now problem is there is much less prizes available. Same thing with rewards. Archievement requirements are still same as before when reward-prizes were 30%-50% higher.
I think I can speak maybe 100e losses next year when I count free spin-values. Before and now.

Next year we don't get race money anymore. For me it means 150-250 euros less next year. And I'm not a high roller so that is big money for me. I just can't even imagine this new "clash of spins"- concept could be repair it.

If there will be weekend battles every second months when it earlier was every month, it takes about 600 euros less next year.
But I don't want to count this below because nobody knows what's future of sit'n go weekends next year.

And here is some maths:

It's hard to say how much less I get free spins from free rolls next year but lets say there will be 4360 free rolls next year. Every fifth battle is winning battle. So I win some reward in 800 battles.

Let's say average reward is 7 free spins and average bet size is 0.15e.

800 x 7 = 5600 freespins
5600 x 0.15 = Value of free spins is 840 euros

But because now prize pools are 30%- 50% lower (Lets say average % is 40%):

840 x 0.6 = Value of free spins in year 2019 is 504 euros
====
So my profit from free rolls is 330 euros less than year 2018

TOTAL

- Casino races minus 200 euros
- Free rolls minus 300 euros
- Lowered rewards minus 100 euros
===
Minus 600 euros

It's impossible to say how much that new "clash of spins"-concept compensate losses but truth is I will lose hundreds of euros from goodies and rewards next year if I wager and deposit same amounts as this year. And play free rolls as actively as now. And that is big money for me and that is why all this whining is justified.

This is not because just one free roll or one battle weekend. This is because big picture

And there lies the problem. You are calculating how much you will lose. You seem to be seeing VS as your bank. You deposit so much and will make so much from SNG'S etc.

The big picture is VS are a lot bigger than they used to be. So many players with same idea as you. Deposit so much play it through and it qualifies for everything then you are guaranteed to win so much.

Bottom line is too many players are probably doing the same. Depositing so much meeting playthrough then ending up in profit at end of month after all the SNG's from weekend , middle of week one and all the daily freerolls . Not counting Race money etc.

They are a business not a charity. Bigger picture as you like to say is if they do not change things they will not be around much longer.

Yes but casino has decided to make rewards program like this. It's not players fault. It has been casinos decision. I deposit to VS thousands every year. Rewards and free rolls are just spin-off product. But when I choose the place where I want actively play it's usually reward-program or offer presentation what decides.

About year ago VS actually raised casino race prize pool. Under year ago they raised prize pools in free rolls. And now everything needs to cut. Sorry but this sounds very strange.

If they have done wrong decisions when planning this kind of rewards-system it is not players fault. It is not acceptable that if they need to save money, all saving money will be taken from players when worsening goodies with a hard hand

Can't you please stop speculating now. You don't know how it will be next year. It will change but we don't know what will happen really.

Speculate what?
All I wrote was based in facts. Free roll prize pools lowered and archievement rewards lowered. Casino race will be removed.
VS has announced they need to save because increased costs, taxes etc.

So where is speculation?

If you really think next year in VS will be better to players than this year you should maybe wake up. When they are doing a lot of changes there has'nt been any single thing yet what is now better than before changes
