Yes the black Friday is Legacy of Egypt becoming Double Stacks and Secret of Stones becoming Halloween Jack, feels a bit black to me. I can't comment on Vikings as I haven't seen much of it but it is still a 25p slot becoming a 20p one I suppose.
 
I know its not quite as important, but has the max amount of players been increased per battle too? Nearly everyone today has a max of 10,000 players. (apart from, bizarrely, double stacks at 2250).

I looked back through every battle still showing under 'my battles' and they were between 2-5000. I guess the amount of players playing never gets that high, but its the first thing I noticed.

Don't like the new vikings slot, although I see its potential if your exceptionally lucky. Secret of the stones was a favourite too.

Do the changes really need to be implemented in this manner? I was really looking forward to the Legacy of Egypt battle and now it's gone, can't you change schedules and slots in advance so different battles will start popping up as they appear in the schedule? Changing something that people were looking forward to and has been already showing for several hours is not fun :/

Stop reducing and watering down the rewards is my suggestion. Yes yes I know, you are putting them somewhere else so the total value is the same, and that's evident by the abundance of posts saying 'wow thanks, just got a reward for something you didn't before' :laugh::laugh:

Since Legacy of Egypt is my favorite battle too, please keep it is the freerolls!

I would also suggest to give us here at CM the ability to decide about a part of any big change, through a CM pool.
For example, if you are going to replace 5 games from the battles with 5 new ones, you could have a pool here and let us "save" one game from getting replaced.
Or, for the next SnG weekend (next week? ;)) you can have a pool here and let us decide what one of the games of the SnG will be.

We would like to address everyone's feedback on our reduction on certain promotions. We are adjusting things at the moment and more things will be adjusted. The reason for why we need to make reductions in our offering, is due to the increases in taxes in certain jurisdictions next year, especially Sweden and UK, and also the increase of cost to run our business due to more strict requirements on compliance and regulations. It takes a lot of time to change things, that is why somethings is already being changed so things will be ready by next year.

We also want to make everyone aware that our casino races next year will be removed and exchanged to a similar concept we call "Clash of Spins". The total value of this change will be reduced from what the value is today, but there will be more chances to win rewards as there will be more competitions to take part in, so-called "Clashes".
We are also launching a new feature, which will make our Trophy rewards a bit more exciting. But more information will come about that very soon.

We do understand that this is not great news for everyone and that some of you might try other operators, but this is the reality we as a company are facing, and we need to do this to continue to offer our player a great and trusted service. Also, we are aware of you guys asking if we will run our own CM exclusive promotion and we would like to inform you guys that we will, of course, do that and we will update you on that next week.

Thanks for informing us, appreciate your openess. I don't see any reason to try other operators unless the changes will be super dramatic.

Even with a reduced race value, I think you are still offering much more than most casinos.

Does the above mean that the Booster will remain unchanged?
 
As my friend sad who is in this bussines a long time "This news is not totally unexpected, all this new bs taxes and over regulations will only harm the players. We are the ones who will pay the price with worse promos, no bonuses and lowered RTP". I will stick to VS as its my no1 casino, and agreed with Harry there Vs is offering much more then other casinos
 
When you say about the cm exclusive promo, you mean the december/festive related one , similar to last years ?

And battles are continuing as normal? As are sng freeroll specials (weekday/weekends)?

Its just the casino race winnings every week thats being replaced with this new 'clash of spins' ?

Personally the casino race and winnings wasn't a big pull for me, its really the sng freerolls. (and to a lesser degree the regular freerolls). So glad thats all the same.

And i look forward to the exclusive promo coming up! If its anywhere as good as last years, itll be a good one! Look forward to seeing what's in store.

VS I have been harsh on you lately but you guys have been my favorite casino since I've started playing slots and when changes happen I do not like it. ( mind you I coach on change management but that's another story :D )
specially when nothing is announced about it..

I would really -really appreciate if you guys can keep us updated on changes you are making :cheers:
 
The Casino Races are no great shakes, barring a wonder-session I'd usually find about £1.50 there

So much better VS consolidate and save money for more focussed events, I don't think it's the end of the world

Will there be changes to the freerolls or will they still consist of monthly weekend ones and weekday evenings and will the changes include going back to two games per weekend one or will they continue as three games?
 
I like the idea of changes to the race and achievements but please dont remove the level 21 achievement have been working on that for over 2 years now be gutted if it is removed or changed just as I'm getting close to it. and I'm sure the same applies to a lot of other players. (currently at 180866.15 / 210000 XP)

Also seeing as the battles are being updated, try to distribute the higher stake battles more evenly through the week some days are currently all 10p while others are mostly all 20-25p, how about make all 18:15 ones 10p (6000 spins) and put the 20p+ battles in the 3000/4000/4500 slots.

I believe it's 100 spins on Gonzos quest, but I'm not 100% sure. I do remember that whatever game it was on I won around $6, so it was a bit of a disappointment :)
It can have been changed too so the best is to not expect anything and you won't need to be disappointed.

Have you guys gotten Jaguar Temple fixed yet? It's been a few weeks and as of a few days ago, it was still giving a black screen. I noticed it's on the next free roll.
