I didn't win that many today and I started playing after they were going for about 2 hours already. I won 7 rewards. Tomorrow ( Technically today since it is 4:14 AM EST at the time of this post ), I pretty much won't be able to play many battles at all. I expect I might win a couple or so. Hoping to get some lucky hits when I redeem my rewards, but I am not holding my breath
 
Looking forward to tonight's final battle evening - hoping i can do a little better than last night :laugh:

Did fairly well the day before, got my balance up to about £20 mostly from a decent Olympus bonus, and with last night up a little bit more - but then got carried away on Thunderkicks latest. bah. All gone. :laugh:

On to tonight! (and the upcoming 48hr battles end of next week - some good slots i like in there)

Thats 3 times in a week you have changed the terms of a promo, thats not on. I can hardly play on a Sunday, I'm going to get maybe half an hour if that. What about the people who's qualification runs out before then? Plus the fact you send free battle tickets out on a Saturday so there will be loads more players, diluting the rewards (even more).
What makes you think you can fix a problem that has existed for well over a year in 3 days?

Edit just seen you've addressed the qualification issue

We are aware of the issues with the site and we are right now working to fix this.

Regarding the promotion, I am sorry you cannot play on Sunday however this is the only option other than cancelling the battles completely, regarding changing the terms of the promotion, we have addressed that in the T&C's:

  • Videoslots reserves the right to change or end this promotion at any given time.

Just because you put something in the T&C's doesn't make it right. When people are paying for the chance to take part in your promos they should be honoured. Its not just the change of date, its the other things you change, usually without even bothering to tell anyone, which most certainly wouldn't sit well with your license obligations.
Using that term would be like you sending an email out saying deposit £100 today then tomorrow we will give you £1000 wager free cash, then when people complain they haven't got it, you saying, ah yeah, we changed our minds, and didn't bother telling anyone, you're getting nothing.

What was changed?
 
It's annoying for sure, but I'd rather they sort out the technical issues plaguing the site now so that the SnG at least runs well. Short of taking the whole site down for half a day I can't speak for how the rest of the games run presently.

A hearty 'On/Off' button routine is in order :D
 
Can't play battles for last one and the half hour, site crash when playing moon princess halfway, still can't can't play battles..what's up with VS???. 2 days of connection issues and unplayable freerolls & battles.Has someone hack site or something?, or just plain incompetence?.

We had some unforeseen technical issues with the recent promotion meaning we had to change it slightly, this was updated on the news and we also made it public HERE but there are improvements to be done from our side, such as posting it sooner. This has been noted and we will look over the routines we have.

Regarding the screenshot promotion and similar, we do this exclusively for Casinomeister because we believe this is a great community and we appreciate that we can be a part of it. The changes we have done has come out of necessity and we have tried to stay as true as possible to the promotion.

I believe most of us here appreciate all VS is doing with the SnG and the CM comp. And understand the efforts to be as fair as possible.
Regarding this promo, the intention was pretty obvious, two winners every night. Night got a bit extended as a good will gesture, a very nice move.
Now battles are not just cancelled but instead they are moved for Sunday, also a nice move (and I am not just saying that because I wouldn't be able to play tonight).

Would it be better without all the problems? Yes.
But I think VS and @Team.Videoslots are handling the situation best they can.

I really don't see why, if things are changing, an email can't be sent. Fair enough if games are changed mid battle, I get that, but for stuff like this they could.

They are not for here for your beck and call. as some seem to believe.

To be honest if I was the owner of VS and saw the constant crap posted against VS (by the usual candidates) and the abuse directed at my staff. being called liars ect. I would end up pulling the plug on this Forum.

Keep on and you might push them away, then you will really have something to moan about.

Who called them liars?
I pulled them on them saying it was a playngo problem, when it clearly wasn't and they quickly backtracked on that. What else has been said?
 
Is it just me or has the new version of chrome blocked flash for good, not so much of a problem seeing as nearly every game is now HTML5, but could be problematic for the freeroll battles on Wonky wabbits and Jack and the beanstalk the last two I know of that still use flash (even Rage to Riches has been updated)

Am I just missing something here on how to enable flash on the latest chrome?
(Both games can still be played on firefox, but not everybody will realize that)
