I've always found that hard to believe. Do playngo run Videoslots? As, if the whole site goes down, which it has, and does on numerous battles like this, then how can it be the providers fault? PlayNGo are working fine at other casinos too, if this was bringing their network down then surely it would be down everywhere?
Even if there are 10 x 30 man and 10 x 10 man battles ongoing at any one point, then thats only 400 players, are you seriously saying PlayNGo can't handle 400 people playing a slot at any one time?

I want to request some compensation for the trouble this has caused me...

I've stayed up to 2:00 in the morning to take part in these battles... All started ok, then locked out, then battles disappear, then different battles added, then battles disappear, games not loading correctly, then promise of extra rewards which were then removed, then only ONE battle offered to everyone with NO extra reward.

So here it is... It's 4:52am here and I still don't know what's going on. So could you please add something to my account for the literal waking nightmare that this has been for me?

You have some (smaller or bigger) problems with sng battles almost every time. So why you don't have any plan B if something un expect happens? Now it has took about 160 minutes and even problems

I've tried being patient this evening but this evenings been like pulling teeth. I deposit and play a lot of money at Videoslots and its very disappointing to find that these battle issues have still not been sorted out. At least part of the reason VS has become so successful is their great free battles,but it will not be long before folk start walking away in droves unless they sort their act out. I can complete a battle in less that two minutes then I have to wait about for another eight in the hope that it does not take too long to gain entry to another. This evening I have managed to play precious few due to the multitude of issues on the site

In the online video gaming world, there are events that are good for some countries and not for others and they can posted at say the perfect time for me and not for someone else. It is what it is. I don't think you will be getting anything extra because the timing is bad for you IMO...

I haven't seen a post where you said it was your fault? Every single time this happens you blame the provider.
If your tech team can't fix load balancing issues after over a year of the same problems time and time again, you might want to look for tech guys who have a little more experience, or invest in some extra servers as back ups when this happens. Forgetting about the battles it must cost you a fortune in lost revenue. I won't deposit, and I'm sure others do the same, when you have these battles as I know for a fact the site is likely to crash at some point.

Whats the point of adding the falcon ones and only running one every 10 minutes or so?

How about opening two instances of 30 man battles ?
I remember a year or so back after the battles had been down we were able to join two instances of 30 man battles at once.
As the issues don’t seem to affect 30 man battles maybe this is an option??

You're coming across as a bit of a dick now tbh, maybe take a step back. If you've been depositing at Videoslots for years to take part in these battles, you know the times when they are on, and that they have problems most the time. Not sure what you expect them to do, use a time machine and add an hour before it started rather than on the end?

Everyone gets frustrated at this, but you could be a little more constructive at how you write your posts imo.

Videogamers may not spend a lot of money depending on the game, but they still have to plan their day and spend the time just like anyone else and there are always events that are say perfect for people from the USA, terrible for the EU, and bad for elsewhere. There will be no event where the time it starts and ends is in the perfect spot for everyone. I have a part time job and I work the next two days and I won't get to play the battles for the full amount of time. Do I ask them to change it so the time is good for me or get an "extra"? Nope... Doesn't work like that, money involved or not.

secondly, I just got a 2000x + win in falcon huntress battle..

lastly, I managed to take 3 shots, but the final one didnt snap correctly (that shows my final score), so i only have one of the big win, and one 3 spins before the end, so even if it was eligible for the comp, im not sure these pics are good enough. I also took a video , but annoyingly it cuts out before the end..

@Team.Videoslots - are these pics usable for the comp? put me out of my misery if it has to be the final bonus round score on screen.
