When you won on Tuesday (1.Battleday) and all winners will be paid after the 3rd Battleday its clear that it takes 3 days... anyway its not VS like normally they are first class at anything like i know them about the yearrs (Support/Withdrawtime/) everything Top !!!

To be fair it's not like VS specified they're gonna pay it the same day or anything, wouldn't actually be too far off for any casino in such situation to e.g. pay after the weekend. Even looking at their website promotions usually they announce the winners and pay them a few days after, so while I'm also eagerly waiting I wouldn't think that waiting a bit longer for the winnings should have any bearing on them being first class - even though I do agree they could do it faster

As I only ever won 1 competition online (no surprises it was VS as usual on CM). Sadly i couldn't take any holidays from work on the dates the euro finals were in france and it was re-drawn, i got nothing for it so was bummed

Maybe be more flexible with dates on these non redeemable for cash prizes?

We usually try to offer a possibility to redeem a prize in cash as well, but some promotions are tied to certain events, like Sweden Rock and Candlemass in this case, and the dates are dependant on them.

We belive that a big part of the prize here, as it was with the euro finals, is the opportunity to go and experience the event itself and if a winner is unable to attend we want to offer it to someone else.

I would love to see daily bigger battles with longer registration period and reentry / rebuys .
Not the highroller battles which are 50 or 100 euros and get 10 players
Better to have daily 2/5/10 euro battles open for 12 hours with a couple of reentries allowed and a couple of rebuys also for each entry . That way people can spend from 2 to 90 euros depending on their budget and still be in with a chance . More people would play them if there were some exciting prizes to be won ( 1k euros for 1st for example would attract a lot of players to give it a shot ) Instead of guaranteeing the prizepool you can guarantee 1st 2nd 3rd prize amounts (say 500 300 200) and then let the rest of the payouts sort themselves out based on entries . That prevents you having overlay and is enough of an attraction to get players reging

Will this be all tournaments as some are limited to 1000 also there was one tournament this week which was only open 90 mins I forget which one but can all tourneys have the same limits and times of 2 hours as sometimes you cannot always join in at the exact start time.
