I'm not sure if it is a good idea to implement a refund button, I can see it abused as people would wait to see highscores and then be put off by spinning if the top winners has it hit insanely good so there is no point to pursue.

I think a refund button could work if there was a 30 second time limit to refund and only eligible if no spins have been played. I myself have inadvertently registered to a tournament by mistake and this feature would be very useful.

I did exactly the same a couple of months ago... it was way more than I usually spend on battles but you have to be quick to get into 10 man battles and tend to click and click.

First, thanks for the extra freebie evening!

A small suggestion that would have a huuuge impact on the enjoyment of these battles. Operators don't seem to have problems setting Free Spins to minimum bet but on all battle slots, I have to adjust the denomination, tick Quickspin and untick (on Play'n GO) that it stops on bonuses and Free Spins.

I can't imagine that it isn't possible or rather a big problem to have providers set-up the battle slots with the the right setting for the battles. Adjusting those settings once or twice is no biggie but on a weekend we do maybe 200 battles and it is soooo annoying to change every time all the settings first.

E.g. Red Tiger does have a pop-up for Free Spins and plays them automatically once the player accepts them.

You are not alone! Took me to the 9th battle to get past 100% RTP once and of course it was just enough to be beaten to third spot in a 10-player battle.

No it inst VS fault. If you tried Play N Go at all other casinos you would find they are all offline and broken everywhere. VS battles obviously crashed their servers again like they always do.

Dan mentioned earlier on in this thread if the slot goes down they will cancel them. So that is what has happened. Seriously some people really need to stop with the complaining about freebie battles.
