I'll accept the ruling - I think you can imagine that i'm very disappointed with your response in the thread as had a legitimate winning spin.

I have even confirmed the actual event ID that the winning spin took place in.

Capturing the screenshot with the combination of lag and game drop-outs was almost impossible (hence why you are upgrading your infrastructure this morning because of the problems).

Definitely not all is well with the battles and people on the chat seem to be experiencing the same issues as me - the games spin slower from time to time, connections are being lost, I got logged out of my VS account once (also reported by others) and so on. Really hoping you'll manage to sort it all out soon, hopefully at least for tomorrow's battles. Good of you to attempt to make it all go smoother but clearly it's not that easy when you're a big casino operation

These free battles are making real money play lag!
Trying to play bonanza and it’s taken upwards of 10 seconds per spin! No fun.
Also tried rhino and it keeps stopping and saying contact support.
Not happy!
I shall try some freerolls instead but not what I wanted to do.

Can only get into the 60-man battles.

Yeah, my 2nd place in a battle shows as No Win and although I saw Dan's post about the "My Battles" section not working correctly the spins did not appear on my account, is that temporary and an easy thing to fix at some point? If not I think perhaps cancelling the event for today and moving it to another date might be a better option than dealing with hundreds of players not getting their rewards. Especially since it seems the whole site, including normal play, is suffering some issues.

While I appreciate the gesture from Videoslots to give us free SNG battles the last two nights have been torture no fun at all. Like with Nikan when I try and register it logs me out. So in addition to laggy spins and getting kicked into the lobby every time a battle starts making the process of starting the battle longer I have to deal getting logged out altogether when I try and register for a battle. Didn't think it could get worse than last night. This is supposed to be entertaining not frustrating


Edit: The SNG battles seem to be stopped now so maybe they are working on fixing the issues. Maybe they should stick to Play'ngo or Thunderkick battles cause at least we could play them!
