I think this is a bit hit and miss, for me, sometimes it does add the points and sometimes it doesn't but it is definitely not consistent. I have lost count it disconnects me from the server too when I am doing ok and then when i get back into the race, the spins go dead ...in all honesty I have given up saying anything now!

So we had an old glitch before when the leaderboard said that you had 1 spin left but the fact was that the player had played all their spins and the score was added to the total amount.

This is another issue that we will dig into to see what it could be just with this game. Thank you for reporting it and I will be back to you regarding this.

Looking over those figures, you would be lucky if it averaged out at 70%.

They get double of any win right? Or is it double only if they got 1st place?


My free battle week ended. My prizes + 3 deposits + race + casback was enough for only 200 wagering, so I got 1 last jack hammer battle.

Problem with verifying account.

Have tried chat and telephone without success. The problem is that Windows mail must be used to upload the documents, and I cannot use that since I have Opera mail. It's the opposite. The battles work as intended on Jungle Spirit but the free games are the ones that are dodgy. A 100% RTP on Jungle Spirit? You have got to be joking. A gawd awful game that is.

I mostly played them for the entertainment value with the slight chance to win something for real. They dont entertain me anymore because they are just too small.

And btw, a suggestion that I would like to be taken serious. Since you guys make Canadians wager 1.5x more than anyone else for these battles, you make the spins you win pay in euro's or you increase the freespin pool so the top prizes are more than 25 freespins. Or increase the freespin denom from .10 to .20

Fair is fair and people have been asking for something to make it fair for a long time and nothing ever happens or changes.

I LOVE your idea. I am indeed getting angry playing them now, and that isn't good. I have never come in first place in any of the ones outside the 250, and I have been playing them over a year. I have said I liked it in the past but I would be grateful if it was at least fair. Then the rest of my rant is just a rant and matter of opinion. But depositing players shouldnt be treated less than others. And I get they have an issue with fixing it tech wise, hence why Im suggesting other ways to make up for it if they can do it from a software side of things.

The battles used to entice me to deposit all the time to make sure I had the freebies every day. I havent deposit in a couple weeks now for 4 reason, #1. Seemed like a cold streak was coming, two the battles have become senseless to me as I have played a huge amount and they never amounted to anything and #3. Its unfair we have to wager so much more than everyone else. and #4. an issue I spoke with Dan about privately.

Its still a great casino, that hasnt changed. And one of the reasons is because they seem to listen to the players. I just feel they are dropping the ball with Canadians a tad.

Do you not think that Gemix is too demanding for an hour of freerolls? No access for the first half hour. Then booted out half way through the first game and it takes a long time anyway to play 30 spins. It appears that the system can not cope
