use the tabs on the battle lobby to only show freerolls and upcomeing makes it so much easyer to join battles and saves you from makeing mistakes which are easily done when rushing to join a battle

Future ones could be more frequent, and have smaller time (5 min instead of 10) or double spins (60 instead of 30). That is the best way to deal with the "slow player" problem that really pisses people off.

Don't know how many spins I won. I was bored to wait for almost every battle to get to 10 min and I played all of them. Most times 5 of them pay nothing or 0.04. 2-3 times they paid 3-4 and once 7.5.

Off to Bonanza most of them, got some nice and one great bonus rounds before bust, and also this

Happened to me once a few weeks ago. Was late for a normal Free Battle and hastily tried to register, clicked too quickly on 'register' and then a different slot opens. Hmmm, what has gone wrong here? It was a $20 battle on Jack and the Beanstalk IIRC ...needless to say, that i came in nearly last!

The game would open in real play mode with the standard $1 bet when:

- click on the reward --> nothing happening for about 3-5 seconds, click again
- click on the reward --> a few times in quick succession because the game would not open

The game would still store the activated reward and on refresh would show the Free Spins

When it happened it would show only 1 message in the right hand corner instead of 2. The pic below shows how it normally is when a FS reward is activated but when the errors happened it would show only the one without the link to the game.

EDIT: you can see the difference in colinsunderland's image as it shows only one message, none have the game link!

I replied Dan. When it happened for the 2nd/3rd time that I noticed I stopped activating the spins and contacted your CS in case they could get Tech to look in on my last activities and locate the issue.
It was a much healthier glitch for you than the one that occurred in the last weekend battle where we where sometimes given double the reward clicked on

I had some people last night in the Red Riding Hood battle talking about 2000x, 6000x and 8000x bet wins.... that would be $800 with a $0.10 spin.... don't really believe it as you would need moths falling in repeatedly and on multiple lines @ 7x multiplier. All other symbols won't get you there even if you get 20x 5OAK.

My best was 281x bet or $28.14.

So we are aware of that activating many rewards that there can be a small delay on receiving the FS. We have contacted the provider about it, and it is sadly nothing on our side that is wrong. I would recommend to active them and be sure that you get the spins before you start spinning since you receive a popup. If you haven't received them refresh the game and they should then be there.

This is not the ultimate solution and I am going to a meeting with the provider as we speak so I will bring this up.

It works on rolling average wagering over the past 7 days, so you might have just dropped below the threshold.

You may have played like 4 days ago that counts towards the money, than your deposit. but as you may only have spent 300 in last two days but the prior play counted befor the deposit,

Now if you say you have not played in say 2 weeks yet made a deposit and waged enough and after two days it states that than there is something wrong.

Lets say I not deposit in weeks and I get free spins, play them and wager the required mount, I cannot joined as no deposit, But say in 6 days after I make a deposit than I would auto qualify, But say I olny managed a few £ wager than the next day I would be not allowed as its been 7 days sinse I spent the required amount

What are the chances

Many, I get 0 paying bonus round in every wild north battle. Fs usually pay 0 - 15% on any game.
Wild North is my favorite battle maybe, I win around 0.30 from each on average.
