One day in the battles...

Losing all day, you get a good 300x bet and 1st place..... just to lose half "your" spins in the finish line!
Can't wait to play your 50 spins but its kind of dead. Last spin you get fs and a retriger only to end up with just 20x bet. Usually you take your winnings and run to Bonanza, not now, and 50 dead spins later you regret it. Nothing can save you now, all spins you have left are dead no matter the game you try. :p

And of to the next battle we go! :)

TBH i don't really like the bonusoffers VS hands out for 3 reasons: A:10%increments
B:no CB
C:no race spins

I'd rather see VS sent out an offer like Deposit 300€ get 500 spins?

Wink Wink Dan

The snail mail offer was a very generous one, especially for anyone who wished to deposit the minimum £10. £15 of wager free spins. £20 to play with including a chance of a good cash out at x20 bonus play through. And all wagering contributes towards qualifying for a weeks free rolls. On top of that you could win a nice mobile phone or the cash equivalent.
It is a very generous offer.

Not only that, but I noticed you received cashback too whilst playing during the wagering. Usually you don't get cashback whilst completing wagering unless I am mistaken

I noticed that too, the DoA one was full too before that

Hopefully their generosity is being rewarded with deposits? My luck in the battles have not been good, but as they are so full its not surprising :(

Will i live long enough to see the day when such an offer is sent to players in other countries than the UK, Scandinavia and maybe Canada?????

Why on earth is my dollar and custom not worth the same??? In all this years only 32RED treated me equal to players from the above countries. For all other casinos i am not worth the hassle but i am good enough to subsidize their offers for those countries with my bonus free deposits. No offence please, i am really glad to see you getting those offers. I am just p*ssed off to experience this two-tier treatment in all these years as if my dollar is just worth half of that in the mentioned countries.

And i don't want to hear this was a campaign focussed on this country or the other. In all years it was always the same countries and magically never mine.

100% and wager free spins on top.... pfffft, can only dream of that....maybe if I lost a few K but certainly not upfront.

You're not the only one harry ,been playing there for a couple years now and never ever got a offer brought by the mailman.

Maybe we are invisible countries to them

Totally invisible when it comes to good bonus offers. Our bonus free deposits though are received with open arms and pockets.... why wouldn't they be, they are the most profitable ones for the casinos.

When it come to VS they have never been generous with this kind of things so you guys are not alone here.
I did get the bonus offer sent home but it was the first one ever. I've never recieved anything before...and I live in Sweden.

So don't give up hope yet. Maybe you'll get something too.

I am grateful for receiving the offer. My guess is that other folk will get their turn. It seems that many people received very nice gifts over the holiday period too. I am just pleased for them.

Totally agree, and never understand why certain casino's target countries like this, certain groups of customers I can understand, but not whole countries. Are you able to take part in the frog battles next weekend or is that UK only too?

FWIW though, I personally don't like the VS way of doing bonuses, releasing it in 10% increments is rubbish in my view, and it shouldn't be called a deposit bonus, you deposit and lose it quickly and theres a chance you don't get any bonus!

I'm still waiting for a freeroll ticket too, which MrWild said every depositing player gets about once a month, obviously some do, but must be if you deposit a decent amount you get nothing, as I haven't had one for around 6 months now.

IIRC this was a genuine 100% bonus with WR 25x B, added instantly with the deposit. Plus you could use the Free Spins after a bust or when the WR was completed. Maybe somebody who took the offer can confirm.

It was in 10% increments Harry. I have never came across such a system before, but towards the end of the play through the progress bar got faster.

Cheers Colin..... the WR is weighted depending on the RTP of the slot, some contribute more, some less hence why you see the progress bar at different speeds.

That goes without saying Harry. But I played the same game for at least the last half of the wagering at the same tariff throughout and it speed up remarkably towards the end

I would certainly hope that isn't right about it being weighted taking into account the RTP of a game, as theres nothing in the T&C's to say anything of the sort!

See its little things like this that I don't like about VS, like gifts through the post, as Harry said, is my money not good enough to get a gift? I don't even get a freeroll token yet others do and looking at some of the comments in chat, some of them have never made a deposit. I get that its to get customers on the site, but in doing so its telling me I shouldn't deposit as I would get more for not spending any money there, and pisses people off when they have qualified and can't get in the battle.

Theres a lot of good things about VS, but rewards for loyalty isn't one of them in my view.

I took it that Harry meant wager size and not the RTP. I simply excepted that others may get gifts in the post and that was my attitude before I received the snail mail for the dep bonus offer..

To the question of the Frog Grog Freeroll weekend being open to all depositors goes,I don't now. I read nothing in the bumpf about it being exclusive but I have binned it now

There isn't anything on there, just can't see anything on VS about it and I can't see they have made a post on here advertising it like they have the others, so wasn't sure if it was only for the people who got the flyer

I agree with the gifts, and I totally get that they can't send a gift out to every customer, and I wouldn't have even used it, but its the principle :)

I havent heard him in couple of months , but when i winned allmost 10k . There was offer in email early morning next day.;)

Of course he did. He wants you to continue playing and put the money back in.

Same happened to me last year. Way in front and VIP bonus.

Different story when I am running at a loss though.....

Look at that chap that won shed loads last year on one of the Big Time Gaming slots. He was given a free laptop. Not that he couldn't afford one of course.

Not slagging Videoslots off here, but look at it from their point of view. They don't want a winning customer to go away and leave them at a loss. They want him to continue playing and hand it all back to them.

Any sensible and business orientated casino would do the same, so I am sure this is not exclusive to Videoslots.

I see that posted quite regularly but to me they wouldn't want a losing customer to go elsewhere either, I don't see the difference between a winner loser in terms of customer retention. Would be interesting to see if a rep would actually say who is valued more :)

A winning customer is positive on their RTP so their is usually one way that it goes.

Opposite is true for a customer that loses.

Why give somebody the opportunity to recover their losses with a free chip? If he never returns the profit is made. Plenty more where that comes from.

Maybe it is something that Dan and Videoslots have planned to announce early this week? I don't know.

Yes it is weighted. Don't know exactly which RTP value gives the 100% but anything above will contribute less than 100% and anything below more than 100% to the WR.

Here from their T&C"

The wager requirement to complete a bonus is based on a specific game's RTP (return to players), a game with 96% RTP contributes 100% to the wager requirement, a game with 95% RTP contributes 125% to the wager requirement, while a game with 97% RTP contributes 75%. Every 0.01% over 96% RTP of a specific game gives 0.25% less (max 75%) contribution to the bonus wager requirement. Every 0.01% under 96% RTP of a specific game gives 0.25% extra (max 75%) to the contribution of the bonus wager requirement. You can find all games' RTPs on this page

, please select “Theoretical” view of the RTP and not “Actual” view.

Yeah that it is. The more volatile a game is, the higher it contributes towards the wagering requirement. If you're playing high RTP slots (less volatile) you will need to spin longer to clear the wagering.

Not a bad system in my opinion because you can mix and match depending on how the balance looks.

Except there's no direct connection between volatility and RTP.
They're completely separate things.

Your original statement 'If you're playing high RTP slots (less volatile)'

There's no mention of 'some' there.
You implied that if the RTP is high then the volatility is low

Whenever I play Starburst I get no play time. Shitty little wins here and there and the money goes down steadily

When I play DOA I get plenty of play time. No monster hits all of the time of course but the balance goes up and down as play progresses.

If I had the choice between playing Bloodsuckers or Raging Rhino and I am about to finish the wagering, I would go for Bloodsuckers.

That was the point I was making, but I guess you knew that already.

Hi all,

I just want to confirm that the Frog Grog weekend is for everyone that can play Frog Grog and I will come with more information later this week.

Br,

Daniel

Are some battles gone now, the rift 10 euro one wasn't there last night and Jimi Hendrix 5 euro one isn't showing this morning for me?

Hi colinsunderland,

No Battles should be removed; I will look further into this for you.

Battles could disappear if it's not enough people signed up and then getting cancelled upon start.

Have a great day.

Br,

Daniel

Only fun mode for 2000 spins, biggest win 40x. Any hit over 100x could win this as far as I can tell.

On another note, I just watched 3 people get 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in a paid battle when I was getting last. So I think the "this slot is dead" we say is wrong. What is dead for one is apparently super hot for another. We should say "this slot is killing me"!

I agree, it looks like big hits are few and far between!

I just won the 1000 euro battle simply because I looked at it, saw at the time, most were low scores and thought, stuff it, worth a go, of course as soon as I started playing so did another couple who got big scores but luckily I got a couple of decent hits on my last 15 spins or so :)
