12 minute battles my ass. Fucking annoying. I couldn't join another battle from 19:53. Got to enter the last game only twice because of this.

Exactly the same for me mate. Its the same every battle night but they refuse to fix the issues for a decade now.


And if you say anything against the mighty videoslots then the casino defenders come out And try make you feel sorry for the casino.

i play last hour i have 3 battles 15,17 and 19min over time again : D

If you have received paid out winnings you will keep it. Any customer getting into a winning position after battle was paid out, we will pay out your winnings as well, it will however take some time to go through everything before the pay out happens.

so the reason for 0 points is because the battle thinks it has finished already?

I got a fiver which is probably more than my 2090 score would have held had it played out normally so cant really complain i guess..

The whole Videoslots & associated companies websites need an upgrade, they look out of date, they crash if two men and their dogs play at once, the battles in all forms continuely have bugs and are error prone.

Time for the owners to spend some money and bring Videoslots out of 2011 and bring it into 2026, get some better servers, upgrade the battles to a more modern look and feel and above all else make it work properly and show some respect to the people who put their hard earned money into playing with them.

I'm sure I'd have got an email by now normally. I know someone else posted a list the other day from an email they received but I haven't had it. Checked my deleted/junk but nothing there either. Would be nice to know for sure.

You seem to be misunderstanding the issue. My partner had a score of over 3500 when she completed her spins but has been assigned a score of 0. The points would have placed her somewhere in the 90’s is that now lost?
Not much point in saying any payouts already given will be honoured when she didn’t receive anything .
The query is will she be credited with the prize her points would have merited if they had been added correctly?

There is a new version of the website coming, first it will be released for app. Its available in Sweden already and UK in the next few months, later during the year it will be available in Ontario and Denmark. The new website will be built on the app.
