I really wish they would plan promos better for events like Xmas wheel, Halloween wheel, Easter wheel, just take some out the budget and give us a real promo like 25 spins min on these wheels, it’s not like they free you have to spend money getting them, and how about a new birthday wheel awarded automatically on your birthday if XP requirement is met previous 30 days ( to stop freeloaders) that could have 50 spins min up to 500 or something that would be fun, @Mr Wild

This would be a far better retention tool than say those 500 added roulette battles, they would easily pay for it would it not?

Hellreign battles not working on Mr Vegas I assume they have used too many Raw games at once, they should know by now not to overuse one provider at once. One of the reason they expanded the providers a few years ago.

Yeah so much for RAW "being able to handle the capacity" which at one time was cited as the reason for using RAW as it could handle battle traffic better than other providers..... LOL ooops
 
Sort of working now, each spin is taking like 10 seconds though. Half the people in my battle haven't used any spins and the time ran out.

You can be sure we won't get those 12 minutes back

Edit: You've got to be shitting me it's not loading for me again and doesn't seem like it is other most other people in my battle either.
 
Sort of working again, taking ages to spin still. Only got 1 point though so might as well have used no spins!

Is this some sort of joke? What is going on. VS rep have you got any updates? This is extremely frustrating to try to take part not knowing when this will be fixed.

Raw is clearly broken this evening you need to change the game.

It's the new tactic to ensure every battle goes the full 12 minutes and people enter as few times as possible.

The fact no one has come in to say they're aware of the problem or they're working on it etc is really disappointing.

Once again I can't the game. It's been 40 minutes of this shitshow now. Crazy
 
I've got that bug where all the battles are done yet I can't join any of them (all 3 0 spins for everyone). *sigh*

Edit: Now I can join, but another 4 minutes wasted. It would be ok if these ran all day but when they're only 2 hours every minute counts and these kind of bugs really hurt.
 
Looks like I'm finally going to have to give up on Videoslots. Last week's 10 year battles didn't bring any wins. Free spin winnings are empty no matter how many spins I win or those don't work at all. Just a waste of time. No winnings with own money for months now so XP points are dropped massively. What a shame.

All of my games are now greyed out and I cannot register for anything because the previous games still say in progress. Even thought it has been 15+ minutes.

Guess the battle is done for me. :(

I just played today's game (99.9% certainty) and I didn't receive the Halloween jackpot wheel pop-up. I'm Canadian so I played it at $0.50 CAD.

The thing is when you have a game for a battle night most people get maybe 15-20 spins on it. I'm sure 99.9% of people won't hit the jackpot but everyone immediately feels the way worse payouts. It's night and day even though it's only 4.5% or something like that. Just look at your game payouts page the smash pots versions are just always below the regular version.

Look here's a bunch of stats from your game payout page. Yes a couple of games not included are doing better but the overall trend is clear. Despite the same RTP smash pots are about 5% worse on average which pretty much lines up with the RTP that is 'lost' to the jackpot.

If you want to offer smash pots as a game variation to people then sure that doesn't bother people but when you're giving out the free spins from battles you shouldn't be forcing people onto the way more volatile and ultimately noticeably worse versions of a game. At the very least make the spins work on both versions of a game if they're supposed to be identical anyway?

Its hard just too look at that to come to a conclusion. Here is another screenshot where RTP is much higher on Smashpot than on normal game version.
