Ok so I'm not impressed with this. Doing 25 auto spins on Relax game (25 spins is the limit on each entry). Last spin I got a bonus but I got 'game over' and back to lobby on Bill and Coin and didn't get to even play out the bonus. I know for a fact I didn't do an extra spin because I did eactly the 25 auto spins so the bonus should have played out. Even if it would have paid 0.00 I should have been able to see it rather then get booted straight to the menu. Feel like I was robbed of a potential win on that round and instead got nothing

I see no way to go back and actually look at this, but it was Battle ID: 5828987 if you're able to look and confirm if it actually bugged out on me or not
 
That's a long standing issue with some battles if you get bonus on last spin.

If your on desktop and have chrome there's an extension I think called hide that (Or something ) that lets you hide the battle lobby popup and play bonus.

Otherwise on mobile or elsewhere it's just accepted you just leave and go to lobby.
 
It's been around for years that last spin bug , it's annoying and I'm not sure if it's ever been attempted to be fixed but I think it does it with certain providers but not others.

As I say, best option is chrome and hide that extension which lets you hide battle popup otherwise it's just accepted you lose the bonus.

If you want to do it without using extensions/add-ons, you can right click and inspect the site, then just remove the elements blocking you from clicking on the game.

Btw it's been 15 minutes since my last Shinobi battle and I still can't join a new one. I also don't see the Bill and Coin game in the lobby at all now?

Edit and just as I post that the game's back and I can join both lol
 
Still play at VS but nowhere near as much as I used to, in fact last BW had to use voucher codes at one point due to XP running out.

My point.... Wonder just how many other once loyal players have done similar to me since they continue to serve up this 99% pointless shit.

How do you mean, using voucher codes on battle weekend? If there's an alternate way to get those points that doesn't involve losing a bunch of money I'd love to hear it.



I know I seem to only post negative things here and I'm not trying to be only negative but you make it hard to be positive.

I got that email as well and as everyone else has mentioned you've put the same provider name down for every game.

I also don't understand why there has to be the same game for 27 hours. I get it you want to use a raw game always but you've got multiple to choose from, why not have a different one each day? It costs you nothing more and will make your customers far happier.

It would also have been much more preferable if you picked a less volatile game for Friday/Saturday. Big bass on 94% rtp pays nothing unless you manage to get a bonus. Zeus has to be one of the most volatile if not the most prag game that's out there. I expect to see battles where the winner has 50 points lol. Couldn't we have a megaways game like dog house, wild west gold etc. More fun to watch and actually pays a bit.
 
Oh that, I thought that said it was only valid for like first 2,000 users, surely by the time it's the last weekend of the month it's run out? Or can you redeem it but not activate it until a later date?
 
They rarely run out, even with 2000 (used to be 8000 i think). Ive gone back months later checking past dates and i usually redeem one (although i think ive totally ran out of them now lol).

if you only wanna use one for battle weekend, just wait till a day or so before and redeem the code, if it works it works. then activate it on the day you prefer (which is difficult choice these days :laugh: )

just to add, i dont recall what the time expiry is on freeroll battle tickets, but if you redeem it, i dont think its long, so dont redeem until your ready or almost ready to use it.

I've been getting this a bunch too, just happened after the first entry this time. Done in 4 minutes, can't register for a new one until 11 minutes. Frustrating to lose out all that time

Not only that I had a 352 point win that didn't count because I couldn't run the bonus because it took me to the lobby. I tried to hide element like someone said but it didn't work and the battle ended anyway.

Even if I had 6 dead spins I would have been in 8th but clearly I should have got more points from the bonus and been way higher

I want to know what you are going to do about this exact situation and what you are going to do to prevent it from happening again.

It's not just me who has this issue other people have commented on it in this thread too.

I watched a £3.52 tumble for like 10 seconds before I triggered the bonus. AFTER the bonus triggered it said I was out of spins and tried to send me back to the lobby even though you can clearly see the bonus screen on display. It didn't do it right as a pressed my 25th spin. There is clearly a literal bug on your website that when specifically RELAX games hit a bonus on the last spin for whatever reason your website doesn't register it and instead thinks it's a dead spin in tournaments.

You can literally put the battle ID in, see my finishing score of 100something and see on the screenshot my tumble win of 352 and see the finishing scores and see that 1) my points didn't add 2) I should have finished in the top 10.

You're not at a disadvantage because it's the same for everyone - sometimes when you finish 10th you would have actually finished 11th or 12th because other people will have had a bonus on their last spin, so it evens itself out in the end. The bug is probably on the game studio's end and involves work that is classed as low-priority. It's a bit annoying yes, but certainly not worth pissing your pants over like you seem to be doing.

There's around 200 different slot studios on Videoslots and to expect them to all integrate seamlessly with the site at all times is very optimistic. VS could drop Relax from the battles but then the pool of slots available to use would be a lot smaller and everyone would be moaning about variety. You need to *ahem* 'Relax' a little bit - you're quibbling over pennies for crying out loud.
 
Hide that extension for Chrome works every time in removing the battle lobby window and playing out a bonus, I've used it for some time now, so maybe try that?

The last spin issue isn't just relax it's happened with others too over the years, it's kinda just expected now as annoying as it may be.

In the end someone else may have lost out from the issue and you gain. Swings and roundabouts I guess :laugh:

I'm sorry, but to be fair at no point was I abusive to the rep. I was ranting about the website backend and rightly so.

As to the other replies. The fact you guys just accept it's part of using the website makes no sense. It's little wonder they don't fix it.

We have told you before we have all been through this and we have all complained just because you were not around at the time doesn't mean we are all halfwits who just take what is thrown at us, we have been complaining for 10 years, in the early days it worked but now VS and Mr Vegas just do as they wish and nothing we say anymore has an impact, especially since margins started to tighten and they have no wriggle room to spend money.

You will just have to accept that nowadays Casinomeister members hold little power to change things unlike in the old days when Casinos were competing for customers now it's about keeping the casino open and profitable rather than chasing new customers and dealing with what they might consider "little issues" as far as VS is concerned battles are extras that they don't have to offer and we should be grateful we have them, so spending money trying to fix an issue they have had for 10 years and they don't know how to fix is not going to be high on their list.

You could review this thread around 2018/19 and see how much complaining we did especially about battles then maybe you will understand every issue you have we have had in the past.

I have just checked Valiant Knight slot out and first spin resulted in a 3.90 win from a 20p spin so it seems to be miles away from the god awful Lucky Mcgee slot
 
Its a collect game, you need to collect all the knights on the side to unlock the bonus.
Meaning you will probably never even get to see a bonus during a battle because 25 spins is probably not even close to enough to collect all of them, and good luck collecting all of them from opening rewards. :)

Collect games are not well suited for battles, but its not the first time and wont be the last time they use those kind of games anyway.

The good thing about RAW's games is that achievements don't reset between rewards like they did with Netent and Red Tiger. I still remember how years ago they put Netent's Wish Master in sit n go battles, you can't find a worse choice than that, even in RAW's catalog.

It seems that there is also a 90% RTP version of Valiant Knight so players can once again unlock their rewards with a very low RTP.

Would have been nice for more variety. Unless by some miracle the battle weekend lineup has been altered since the original email went out
