They will fix the battle in question and the spins will automatically be added to the game account at some point. The problem is not new, sometimes these battles do this randomly but players don't need to worry

I have reported this stuff numerous times myself, each time at some point the missing spins have been paid out. I can't say the exact time, it seems to vary a bit. According to my own experience, maybe 2-4 days on average and the issue is fixed.

I am getting fed up with paying for battles only for them not to work. I have also won free spins on raw game only for them not working. I usually forget about them because it feels futile to seek out help for a few spins.
Raw games seem to have been primed to not pay anything/much in the first few spins saving them a fortune in battle payouts.
