You gotta ramp up your support, email says answer usually 1-2hours ALWAYS within 24hours.
Its now day 2 o3 and I havent heard anything back...
Had the same problem with mr.vegas a while ago and after days of waiting it took a week and numerous mails just to get some lost spins back.

This time at VS i had a 25spin reward get the old network error try again, not so easy when the reward dissapears and theres no spins in the game.

And btw has mr.vegas dropped ALL spins battles now?
Wasnt it just sat/sun before and atleast 1 spins battle on weekdays, havent been anyone this week.
