Again having issues with Mariachi rewards. Had 1 fs left to play and got an error. When I launch the game again it says I have 1fs left to play and I click OK and nothing happens. Worried that I can't activate any other rewards now.

If i load the battle and use superspins and it gets through them ok then no problem. if you do super spins and it comes up with the 'bonus triggered' message (though not sure why as it doesnt really have a bonus?), that triggers it to end the battle when you click continue. After that every time you try loading the battle , after you do one or two spins it brings up the lobby again and again.

Bod battles working fine though.

yeah thats essentially what happens to me. i do one spin, manage to press a second and the lobby window pops up. then you have to reload the battle again to go through the same process.

but it only seems to do this in certain circumstances, the 'bonus play/continue' button being one of them.

very annoying either way. lol

That is the problem, notification says 150 spins and 20 bonus, however rewards not got the 150 token and balance £0.06 lol

Imagined it was an old notification as this happens now and then, however as best I recall, NEVER had 150 FS token and NEVER had a bonus of any description since their welcome bonus years back.

Someone has obviously just activated the offer from email today which was 100% bonus and 150 free spins on book of fallen which was the slot that showed on the notification

There's been a notification error for a long while, you click the button once and what pops up is usually someone else's notifications, close it and open it again and it's yours.

We manage to reproduce the issue and are working on a fix.

Most of the cases when a payment is delayed, its mostly due to the payment provider and not us. Our average payment time is 5 min, bigger or withdrawals that require manual handling takes on average 4h for us to handle.
But we can only approve from ourside, then its up to the payment provider to transfer the funds. Mostly they are automatic, but I guess in some cases they have issues as well.

hi mr wild sorry if maybe i came across as curt, i have never had virus,a blue screen of death,been scammed in some 30yrs of computing,its not luck its because im very very good on computers,

so i wouldn't install another browser just to try to see if it works and risk my perfect record

hi i just use firefox i know its rubbish like most of the major browsers but my old laptop,

is heavily tweaked to suit me so sometimes i just run into things i cant use or run

We have seen few similar cases and quite often the issue is due to cache issue on the browser. You can try incognito mode ("private window" in Firefox) but trying out Chrome wouldn't hurt to try to find a solution to the issue.

If you know what spin sets did not work then why are we always the ones doing all the work to Inform you of our missing rewards? Surely you can just recalculate the affected battles?

this game was a 10,000 spins battle yesterday. As you can see, some connection error because the balance is not showing. So I guess the players haven't been able to play off their prizes? I only had 5 spins so it doesn't matter if they were lost. But please fix the bug.

VS still runs Midas' 1500 spins battle on tuesdays. I don't understand why it hasn't been changed to a .2 game? There's no point in paying for the battle if there are over 150 players

EDIT: Dog-game works now, not sure if it was some sort of browser / cookies issue, changed from chrome to firefox and that was the key

We have notice a lot of issues lately with Firefox when playing games on desktop. Seem they have done some update recently which had bad affect on these type of games.
