I will send you a message but the idea is to inform you about issues with your promotions so that you can fix them and not to quibble about what usually amounts to .50p or £1.00 worth of spins.

I won 50 spins on Christmas Carol Megaways from a wheel about a week or so back, went to redeem and got the ‘network error’ message and the whole lot disappearing.

Couldn’t be bothered chasing it up but thought that bug may have been resolved by now.

Whilst I’m here is there anything you can do about it @Team.Videoslots ?

I think that they made a mistake in printing the wrong clue for todays slot as none of the slots fit the clue so they have corrected it in here.The slot to look for is a 20p slot and not a 10p. Winning x20 times could be costly as it doesn't give many wins

Anyone else had issues with there rewards not redeeming properly?

I loaded up one or two different games with at least like 15 prizes. And after say 8-9 prizes roughly being played out. The game would have no more free spins left, even after refreshing the game. I've already contacted the rep in here, So we will see what happens, But be careful if your going to redeem your rewards in bulk like I did.

Strange one mate, as you say sure the rep will sort it out.

Mine were ok but I am 'wary' when I redeem them. Pragmatic, PnG and Relax I will click about 10 same time (bulk) the RAW ones as much as it is a ball ache I do individually and this seems to be ok.
