@Videoslots - you remained very quiet on which slot was the correct slot for this particular day - several posts asking for the answer which we never got. Can you enlighten us? Whilst I'm not to worried about the inevitable 5 free spins I've missed out on, having me play 2 versions of a slot which the clues heavily leaned towards for no reward is slightly annoying.
Simply not answering means one of two things -

1) We all had the wrong slot and it actually was ........

2) We were playing the correct slot but the reward was incorrectly set up and there's a lot of work to reimburse wheels manually which you are hoping to avoid.

Hi. I had an issue with reducing this slots bet amount and the game would not function on my laptop but I managed to adjust and play it on my mobile. I had tried various fixes to no avail.

I also won a sit n go battle yesterday, no winnings have been credited the customer service rep ended the chat before I could ask more questions about the relevant department who will be dealing with this now. I don’t think I should have to wait days for something that should be credited immediately.

I have just spent £30 at 20p per spin and got no reward and I can not be arsed to wait for 45 minutes like I did last time to get to talk to customer services. I have also let one wheel slide due to not wanting to go through the process of contacting live chat and I bet that I am not the only one. Frustrating

Same thing happened to me. No reward after the amount of wins needed.

Tried again a few hours later and it triggered as it should have done initially.
