Yeah it's been broken a few months on mobile for me. I only play on PC now because of it.

Edit: PC lobby has issue where registering for a new battle, the popup is broken and it can't be closed so you have to refresh the page to remove it. Really annoying and has been like that for months as well.

I used to think that it was a big conspiracy that one sit out every tournament happens with a non spinner and it was programmed in. I played vegas tonight and their battle night...its unbelieveable . 1 every tournament. Shocking. On top of all the comical cuts.

I seem to run into this issue quite a bit, but refresh of the page gets it working again.

We monitor our websites constantly for any issues that might arise. There are issues which are isolated, however, and we get hold of these if they are reported to us on separate occasions. We try our best to get these issues resolved as quickly as possible.

For us it seems though that your monitoring dude is not monitoring and fixer dude is not fixing.
Yesterday popup for Lobby after battle was working fine, now it mostly doesn't show up.
As for real games, Playboy has been claiming Insufficient Funds after first press for a loooong time so it's unplayable.
Would be nice to get it fixed.
 
This is embarrassing. Got two rewards in four hours yesterday. Tonight im at three with wins in total of €0.4.

Zero bonuses in battles on either of the four slots. This format is not working, it's a grind for your players with close to zero chance of winning anything.

If the Battle Weekend is going to stay like this, i'd rather Videoslots just takes it away, it's pointless to play.

Do you know why it wont let me redeem rewards all in one go like it always has done with no issues for YEARS!!!

After I have redeemed around 5- 6 rewards the next time I click on any reward in my profile the page just loads for ever and no spins activate.

When I refresh the page my rewards are still in my account though, so its not activating any rewards for me after a certain amount.

I found last night when I came back an hour later it would let me redeem the rewards.
This has never happened before with rewards and redeeming them.

What are you guys doing with the back end that's now causing this?

I've gone back now 10 minutes later,
and its now letting me redeem rewards again.

But after redeeming 5 or 6 it will just do the same thing again,
And then I have to wait 5 mins and come back to redeem them when it actually activates them properly.

Why is this now happening?

I don't want any cookies and I haven't changed any browser setting or anything.

So its definitely on your end and not mine.

Its just done it again now after redeeming 6 rewards?

Page just freezes.

Is this due to me having to many VideoSlots tabs open in my browser, at the same time maybe?
Because I'm playing the battles whilst trying to redeem?


Edit: Cant play the game now that's has all my redeems on, Page just loads for ever stuck same issue.

Not happening. They've only recently DRASTICALLY reduced the amount you can win.

A once enjoyable and something to look forward to event, simply destroyed beyond recognition :(

I know it's not too difficult, but that wild bunch game just about takes the crown for worst raw game going. I thought scatters matter wasnt great, but this one is another level of crap.

But then they bring out that new wild bass game that's a bit of a mash up of ave ceaser etc and it's not so bad. So I dunno. I keep wanting to like raw , but then something horrific again like wild bunch comes along :laugh:

Scatters Matter is actually a very good game, just a bit ‘scriptish’ and very volatile.

The bonus is excellent and 1000x results on it aren’t that uncommon.

Yeah if i really had to choose one of the raw games to play that i generally hate or dislike some degree - it would probably be scatters matter, as I haven't seen a poor bonus on it yet (in battles at least).

The rest, wild bunch and any slice games, bluerrgh. lol

Drmugg/Jenns & Anonymous/garry13 were "chip-dumping" a bunch last night. Jenns did 11x€10 2-player sit & go's, garry13 did 3x€50. What I mean by this is that one of the players deliberately lose every tournament in order to transfer money from one account to another. For instance, Drmugg completed 11 tournaments in quick succession without doing one single spin. Just thought I'd let @Team.Videoslots know, just in case this isn't allowed, because I know chip-dumping is disallowed in poker for instance. If chip-dumping is allowed, you can totally disregard this comment altogether. Attaching some scrn shots of a few examples:
