Hi, it’s different for customers outside UK as we don’t operate on same license as in UK.Sometime last year, I wanted a break from gambling, but I didn't know how long, so I put indefinite self-exclusion both on VS and Mr Vegas.
A few month later, I asked to lift self-exclusion on VS and it was lifted, but I never lifted the self-exclusion on Mr Vegas, since I don't play much on Mr Vegas.
After I read what you said, I went to the live chat on Mr Vegas to lift my self-exclusion simply because I don't want it to affect my VS account, but I was told by the live chat it can't be lifted.
Is it going to affect my VS account?
It will not be affected, however I’m going to look into your case next week as I don’t recognize the term indefinite self exclusion.



Just wondered if this has happened before to anyone or just a glitch.
