@Mr Wild - Totally understand everything that has happened recently and the explanations and discussions you've had with us on here.

However would you PLEASE see if something can be done to improve things, even if it is just once a month with the battle weekend, same structure Fri/Sat/Sun but maybe with the old 30% prizes and 8 minutes battles.

This new format Battle Weekend is just beyond awful.

If nothing else, thanks for reading.

So annoyed with battles ending before being able to play a bonus if it happens on last spin. Happened on 5€ re-buy on Mr Vegas just now. The slot was The Wild Bunch by Raw and I got a bonus on the last spin, but it started the countdown for a re-buy and didn't let me finish the bonus. I was stupid enough to play it normally and not use the super spin function for once. And you can't join the battle again without buying in another 5€. Frustrating enough when playing a free battle but it's worse after you either bought in for 5€ or used a 5€ ticket.

Not the first time this has happened on Mr Vegas and it shouldn't be able to happen on paid battles.


Edit: Found a work-around if others have the same issue. I switched to my mobile and copied the url for the battle but added /mobile/ to it and was able to finish the bonus.

And when you think it couldn't get any worse. I really miss the old Videoslots.This only leads to you losing more and more players, the selection of slots is just a joke every week.

But does the player loss v money saved by freeroll savings make it worth while for VS? I used to enjoy the freerolls but now if I fancy slotting for real during a freeroll event I choose slotting over gaining a few quid over 4 hours of constant hold ups and malfuctions.

Of course. What I meant was that instead of having generous battles, they make it much worse for existing players to continue playing on this site. I myself have chosen to stop depositing here because this site no longer attracts me. They make it worse with all the stingy battles, bad choices of slots that no one wins anything from and they have ruined the battle weekend, etc. We'll see when they realize that what they're doing no longer works.

I've heard on the "grapevine" its 100% with 40x D+B wagering?

If this is correct, in this day and age, I would say that is quite fair to be honest.

Wager requirement is 35x deposit.
Site is not 100% ready. But will probably be tomorrow. We are having some issues with the wheel not being awarded at each 5 xp levels. If you dont get your wheel pls let CS know and it will be credited.

At this point we are not making any changes. However, there might be months we run some extra added winnings.

I know I'm in very early to the site, but the XP to get to Level 1 is 10000 which seems to equal £10,000 being wagered judging by what I've got so far. That can't be right?

Also lots of games missing, no Thunderkick for a start.

But none of that is a complaint. There's also a bug in Bonanza as it gave me a D - that's definitely wrong! :D

That seems to be the same as VS was 50k wagering per loyalty wheel 10k x 5 levels that paid £100 min for my level at the time so a 0.2% cashback, but in real terms its nearer to 4% Cashback which is probably why they scrapped it :( Even tho to the casino it probably felt very generous but in reality for the player it still felt brutal if you had a bad run for several weeks.

Just want clarification on what this term means with the WB on Megariches:

"The Welcome Bonus offer is only available to those who have made their first deposit up to maximum of $ 100. Any amount over $ 100 will not form part of the player’s first deposit."

So does this mean I can't deposit $400 for the $100 bonus for a total of $500 to play with?

I signed up but its telling me i need to deposit to activate my account? Wont even let me upload any documents until i have deposited yet funnily enough when i try to deposit it tells me i am being prevented from making any deposits.

is this a glitch or is my account somehow restricted?

We have a glitch at the moment and it affects all customers that just signed up. Even at MRV and VS in UK.
We have to run cross checks with all other brands and it has a delay at the moment. We are working on it.
If you wait 5 - 10 mins for the check to complete it will work. We are working on a fix so check is instant.

Yes 400 of your own funds and 100 bonus funds, total playable funds is 500.. All bonus balances are playable at MegaRiches. Not like the bonuses we have at VS & MRV.

You just rolling out the fix now? I signed up over 16hrs ago and still having the same issue.

Basically it is same as VS had. But the first level at VS is easier to complete and level 21 is super hard. At MR all levels are on the same level 10k XP per level.
If you play a 96% game it would require you to wager 10k to get 1xp level. But if you play 94% game it contributes 150% to the XP which makes it faster. If you however play 98% RTP game it will only contribute 50%.

All our 3 brands gives about the same back inform of promotions, but in different ways. On MRV most focus is on the wheels, then Rainbow fridays and last Encores.
VS gives more on Weekend booster than MRV and more at Battles than MRV, but less at the wheel.
MR is focus around the welcome offer, as well as the WinBooster is much higher compared to VS & MRV. The wheel is between VS and MRV. We are also introducing other stuff at MR next few weeks.
But as mention first, all brands give about the same, just question about what fits your play style best.

I'm waiting patiently to deposit. I've had a great run in VS and MRV recently so it would be good to give them and Paddy Power a break. Looking forward to it
 
Is this glitch to do with verification code text messages?

But basically I have still not had the verification code sent via text and I have now pressed resend text multiple times and still not had the text with the code yet?

I just tried signing up only for the welcome bonus. I still do not play at the other 2 brands anymore but I want to try your new brand out only for the welcome bonus because it is different.

Mr Wild did say yesterday that they were still ironing out several bugs and site issues and that the best time to join would be when they went officially live sometime next week.

Ah okay, my confusion was just because the early levels at VS were easy to get to - that all makes sense!

It could be, this number you also can get from livc chat or contact @Team.Videoslots
I flagged the issue internally to see if there is a bug on it.

I tried getting a verification code from live chat they said they can not give me a code. They was useless to be frank.
 
Have they transferred my docs from the videoslots/mrvegas account? because when I went to documents to upload them at Mega Riches it said my Proof of identity and proof of address is approved? I only had to upload PayPal verification screenshot which that has now been approved. @Mr Wild

I still get the same message when I log i get the first screenshot won't allow me to browse games or look at my account just comes up every time I click something then when I try to deposit I get the 2nd screenshot message.

All our brands our under the same license in UK and we have a single account view. That mean if you verified on one brand you are verifed on all brands. All data, history and documents are not copied over between brands. But the system is aware that you have an account with another brand and already verified so you dont need to re-verify anything.

Battle pages keep crashing for me if I try to play on iOS Safari. Started happening around 2 months ago. I have to keep reloading the pages until they finally load without crashing. Only seems to happen on the battle pages as there are no issues accessing the main pages or any slots. I don't have any of these issues on other sites.

Edit: Forgot to mention it happens on both Mr Vegas and Videoslots.

There is a fix for this issue being worked at.
One thing that can help is to clear cache and cookies then use this link

Just a bit confused at the "any amount above $100 won't form part of the first deposit" bit. Seems to imply a $200 deposit wouldn't trigger the $100 bonus if that makes sense.

Sometime last year, I wanted a break from gambling, but I didn't know how long, so I put indefinite self-exclusion both on VS and Mr Vegas.
A few month later, I asked to lift self-exclusion on VS and it was lifted, but I never lifted the self-exclusion on Mr Vegas, since I don't play much on Mr Vegas.
After I read what you said, I went to the live chat on Mr Vegas to lift my self-exclusion simply because I don't want it to affect my VS account, but I was told by the live chat it can't be lifted.
Is it going to affect my VS account?
