This will likely be the last time I deposit to play in the freerolls. It was the most brutal grind to get there this time. Ended up depositing over $200+ and even with the winnings from the battle weekend, it did terrible! Thankfully, it was offset by a big win earlier on another site so I ended up break even for the day. Even still, these battles are now giving out too little in terms of prizes. Sure, the battle weekend gives out a million+ spins, but what you get back from them is usually not much compared to the value so I can't see how that would be an issue now.

Terrible change IMO.

I can guarantee that VS will roll out 91% RTP on the slots.

The cuts they keep doing to the battles is nothing. 91% RTP will be a final nail in VS coffin for so many customers.

I play a lot more now at MrQ they keep their slots at max RTP. But also they have very few slots compared to VS and others. I wished they added more slots. But it seems they are very very picky on what slots they want for their customers. No idea why. It just means players will have to play elsewhere when they want to play a specific slot that MrQ refuse to host.

What is more is the extra bets on No Limit City slots are also disabled. Again no idea why they have it disabled. But yet I saw some slots from other providers that have the extra bets enabled so why are they so damn picky and fussy?

But they have no promotions. I have had zero bonuses since the first day, only bonus I ever had was the welcome offer. Nothing since.

I've waited patiently for 8 months to get a go on the wheel of Jackpots and today it came 50 spins 20p a spin, this is going to be big i could feel it, first 49 spins 84p last spin a massive £2.20, well worth the wait (not) oh well I still had my free spins from clash of spins, would it be 4 weeks without a single win, nearly it was a massive payout of 2p, I certainly won't miss this site when I leave after the weekend battle

Im guessing others may have not received rewards while site was down, but i did the lucky mcgee ticket battle earlier this afternoon and placed in 98th but didnt receive the ticket (think thats a 0.50 ticket) @Team.Videoslots

edit: no matter, it just randomly popped up with notification and reward. lol

Not really enjoying this new setup. Only plus side i see is im yet to be in a huge queue - get into battles straight away in both 15/30 mans.

Resisted until now having a little moan due to last weeks rather very lucky event lol....

However this set up is tough, very hard to place in prizes and simply doesn't "feel" the same anymore.

Unsure how but really hope VS revisit the battle set ups and see if anything can be done to improve things for their players whilst still covering the necessary cut backs they need to.

Can't see even the battle weekend been worthwhile or enjoyable anymore with only 20% being paid out and 12 minute waits.
 
Yeah nearly 2 hours and just 2 rewards, and the amount of great scores ive had, but still dropped out the winning places, its tough going, and frustrating really with the players and prize setup.

Its not often i complain , maybe a little jokey moan once in a while, but I can't see me perservering with the required xp to play these. You just have no hope or feeling youll get anywhere - as you say, they now 'feel' different. Just isn't the same.

I share the same opinion and I think it will just get worse.
With these changes, probably a small portion of the players will leave VS, so in 2 or 3 months probably there will be another cut, unless they come up with something to attract new players.

I already had enough, my last depo was over a week ago, so 3 more weeks and I'm done.
 
Sad times indeed from what I thought was an extremely popular casino who could have "soaked up" these cuts and maybe just taken a slightly smaller profit margin, rather that ruin all their player retention promotions.

Hard enough to get a reward but just had a 119 FS round for 220x on TTMW and still got nothing as the time ran out lol :o
 
Ive had a bunch of what i thought were really good scores, even with just 6 winning places, to still get bumped out :laugh: I had one where i sat in 6th place, one non spinner sat at bottom not spinning, i thought yep should get at least 4 spins here. They came in last minute or so and bumped me down to 7th!

Understood totally, yes they are my No.1 also and see 99% of my monthly gaming allowance and probably will continue to do so, more as I trust them and if I win, I will get paid. UK are limited and don't have too many other options apart from one or two covered by active reps on here.

I think when VS decided to make the cuts, they can confidently say, even after the cuts they do offer pretty much more still than their competitors.

I still stand by scrapping all the events throughout the week and having just the 36 hours (6am-12 midnight Sat & Sun) battle weekend but with 2 x 0,20 games, 8 minutes battles, 30% prizes paid confident this would still work out cheaper and cover their necessary cut backs.

Used to always average around 16 rewards on the free rolls by the end of the night.
So far I'm on 3 so hoping to get 5 rewards is a dream in this new format,

What a joke!

No way am I gonna sit here clicking for (4 Hours) to hope to achieve 20 free spins at the end of the night.
It was worth it at 16 rewards but 5 rewards on average is just a game over for me in terms of me trying to reach the level of xp required to play these events anymore.

Sad times.
 
I'm enjoying my Thursday evenings a lot more now I'm totally ignoring the Battles! No more frustration.

Still depositing at VS due to the game choice, and most of my favourites still being a good RTP. For me, the only reward is the Friday cashback, which is still better than most places - plus the rare wheels which can sometimes be okay. I'll generally win a handful of spins from the CoS to play on a Monday, but invariably they're crap.

IMO VS will be less annoying to their customers if they ditch the Battles entirely.

Keep getting this error after a SoW pop up form I filled in when I logged in. I goto Documents page and everything is Approved/Green, so I can not re-verify my documents.

Please fix this nonsense!

@Team.Videoslots having an issue with my account. I got a Source Of Wealth form appear on my account when trying to play a game - it's been fine all day, but it suddenly triggered:

I've no problem declaring the stuff in the form, but when I press submit, nothing seems to happen. I've filled it in a number of times now, and the "Documents" section of my account says all is "Approved". What's going on?
