Managed 10 battles in 1 hour 40 minutes. 
Whats with 12 minutes? Queues are awful too in 10 man (i guess that's fairly normal)

I find it funny.
Last week with the accidental or intentional (who knows) change in the structure, no one posted anything here, everyone went silent.
Today we get one of the worst setups, having the duration going from 8 to 10 minutes on top of the worst game selection, everyone is here.

People mentioned the extra prizes in the chat during the regular battles last week…I know for a fact chat is monitored because I’ve been warned (banned) a couple of times in the past ?So VS could have adjusted the battles accordingly.
Also, the SnG’s battles are set to 12 minutes, plus the additional 2-3 minutes for non-spinners…

Why have the battle times increased from 10 minutes to 12 minutes plus the extra 2-3 minutes for non-spinners tonight?
Also, I’m sure you were aware that running 2X 30-man battles had been repeatedly suggested from the members of this forum for the past several months? Especially when queues were getting up in 800 plus for the 10-man battles?

if they really start using 12 minutes in battle weekend as well, there is no point in playing this anymore. Prize amounts will drop radically and the average time taken to get one reward is too much

Thing is , people have had this discussion before about 10 man's and 30 man. Some like 10, some 30. Both have the same prizes essentially , so to me it makes no difference, if your gonna get a non spinner you'll get one.
My own preference is that there's 9 winning places in 30 man so I feel I kinda have a better chance of staying in that top 9. But with 10 man, even last night , the amount of times I got a great score and still ended up in 4th or 5th, in 30 mans I'd still have got something.

While I don't like the increase to 12 minutes, as long as everyone spins and you don't keep getting non spinners , you should get out quicker into a new battle. Still a bit off they would do that but I'll hold judgement until Saturday evening and how many rewards I've made

They worked for me last night when i played them (during and after the battles and credited the wins to balance fine), dunno if anythings been broken or not working since but all was fine for me last night.

Yeah i was an hour or so in, and read posts about them not working ,and i had 2 rewards on tome , so i thought, hmm ill open one for now and see what happens, so i opened a 4 spins, and paid nothing , so ended up opening the second one which paid a few pennies, but worked fine. Rest of rewards i made once battles ended worked fine too. (even if the end result of the evening was aweful. lol).

I am hoping they will be 8mins like all the recent battle weekends we had. They throttle them during peak times anyway I noticed.
But if they are 12 mins I might not even bother that means it will be less battles per hour when none spinners do not spin. Plus the added time at the end that can sometimes take a further 5-10 mins for the battle to end when it bugs out. Could mean we wait upto 20mins between battles.
I just hope that everyone spins fast so we get to join as many 10 and 30mans as possible and then we just have to hope that the system does not bug out and still make us wait until 12 mins elapsed even when all players played all their spins and everyone is on 0 spins left.

Well, they used 12 mins last thursday apparently on purpose.
If they want to cut from the players again, why bother the players when you could just shorten the duration of the battles.
Casino knows very well that the biggest annoying factor for players in the sit n go format is waiting.

Anyone else had any issues with VS customer service lately?
I had an unintentional duplicate account a few years ago that was never used, deposited on etc and my account has been deactivated two or three times because of it and told by VS that it's fine and they'd prevent it from happening again.
My account was deactivated again 2 weeks ago because my driving license expired and uploading ID again triggered them to deactivate my account for a duplicate account again.
This is fine usually as in the past they just fix the issue quickly but this time its been two weeks and even the staff on here are just ignoring me now.
Like what do you think the issue is here?

Just seen the mystery monday tournaments...i think. The only mystery is how much can be cut off going forward. Can they may them 6 x 3000 free spin in the future etc.

I had the same with tome of madness, but won 20c, but still it's scary if wins don't get credited
I got the jackpot wheel on tuesday, "won" 75 free spins on shimmering woods i believe. Played them and got a little less than 4€ but figured its better than nothing.
