Still not resolved and basically told by CS that she was an idiot.
But they did pass to “relevant department “ on 2nd May to get a resolution ????
Thankfully she has only made a single £20 deposit over the last two weeks instead of her normal daily/every other day deposit as she has finally woken up to how awful VS treats customers.
She’s on to Pub and ABC now with her regular deposits and hasn’t had any issues at either.

Thanks for the response and replacement. However after playing through those replacement spins, the value won was not credited to my account. 0.04 cents was. Which after 50 spins seems almost impossible, even for Reactoonz.

I can't be bothered to open another ticket, and go through the motions again. This is just exhausting.

And let me guess you will pick RAW slots again? Can I get a £10,000 cash bonus without wagering if I am right? I guess it will be a prag 0.10 and raw 0.20 I am guessing it will be that new RAW slot that launched the other day, the one that the 5K battle ticket battle was on. (Mighty Viking).

Or will you go back to the worst RAW slot ever (Scatters Matter) lol. To try recoup money lost in the last extended battle weekend?

We all know it will be 1 RAW slot, that is 100% guaranteed lol, I wonder if they would be that brave to put 2 RAW slots in the battle weekend, that would probably be suicide xD
 
RAW are not actually that bad and steadily improving.

Yes they are the "new boys" and started off awful with those dreadful slice games, however have improved well since.

Games which can pay well for small stakes, Shinobi, Popeye, Ali Baba, Ave Caesar, Scatters Matter, Forge of Heph, even that 10p one from last BW.

Of course I'd prefer a 20p Prag and maybe a 10p Play'n GO but I'd also like a 10K no wagering bonus too :p

From 164 rewards last BW, I struggled to make £40 which was VERY disheartening.
 
Let's guess:

New Viking or Daimyo as 0.2
Both games are familiar RAW quality with exaggerated volatility and low hit rate.
The casino has liked to put newer RAW games on the battle weekend, so it would be strange if this time one of them was not another game

0.1 game could be one of the old pragmatics. Haven't seen a floating dragon for a while, so let's choose it
 
Maybe we are all wrong in how we approach it. Maybe we should all say we love RAW slots so much and please use them all the time because they are so fantastic. (reverse psychology) xD

I mean it is no secret that they watch and read every post we all make in this thread :P

Not a fan of RAW either but there is no denying that most of them can deliver massive wins, but like Hacksaw there is very little in the base on most of them. They are very much an all or nothing game and way too high variance for my taste, I will put the odd 100 spins in them if feeling flush.

I hated scatters matter to start with but after the battles I quite liked the concept just needs more smaller wins in the base, as if you don't bonus it you're screwed. But of course annoyingly like all HV games even if you do you still could get a low paying bonus, which is always the price to pay for a game that can deliver 10000x +

Like all monster variance games, they suffer from hard to get bonuses that do have very low pays as well, which is why most low rollers won't even give them chance.

I definitely think they should put a bit of RTP% back into the base game. Aztec Ascension suffers badly in this regard, and it's exacerbated by the occasional massive base wins you can get. If you're going to put 40% or less into the base game you want to be doing everything you can to make it play nicely, so the player at least bothers to stick around to get the bonus. Some RAW slots don't do this, and SM and AA are prime examples.

Forge of Hephaestus is on another fucking planet however. The average bet is never going to be much more than 20p with a profile like that, surely. They did a great job with Ave Caesar Dynamic Ways by making the maths a bit tougher, and it worked because the original game was as flat as a witch's tit. With FOH it feels like they've taken a game mechanic that will naturally give the player a lumpy game, and then turned the lumpiness up to 11 on top of that, completely unnecessarily. The number of FOH battles I've played where 100 spins returns me less than 10x (and sometimes even 0x) just makes me not want to ever go near it with real money. You'll never get extended play with a profile like that, even at low stakes.

Some of the RAW slots, especially the most recent ones like SM and AA have excellent presentation; great graphics and sounds, really highly-polished visuals, very nicely produced overall. But we all know the key ingredient to any slot is the maths. I think a few RAW games fall down here unfortunately. But then maybe I'm an old-school player who likes entertainment and value for money - rather than the slim chance of unicorn wins - and the core player base has moved on and left me behind...

Forge of Hepatitis? (Newly named by other CM members) surely you’re joking? You would actually play that slot for real money or enjoy it during battle weekend? It’s absolutely dreadful ? thanks for giving VS the suggestion though ?

Didn't say I liked it lol, just that it can (albeit rare) pay well from small bets.

Unlikely I would play any RAW given my tiny playing budget and deposit sizes, not due to them all being crap, just that I prefer other games.

Probably slightly bias as once had 5FS in it from somewhere and fluked the bonus for 200x of "free money" :p

Not sure if Hephaestus would be too bad for the battle weekend. Player will get alot of rewards and the game doesn't reset itself after the free spins. So big amount of rewards + collecting game is not the worst option to my ear. For four-hour battles, an absolute no no :D

Why don't we just scrap them all, Mystery Mondays, Epic Thursdays and Clash of Spins whilst we're here.

THEN,

Run a 72hour event at the end of each month Fri/Sat/Sun 1 x 0.10 and 1 x 0.20 games (10/30 man) and change the games every 24h.

If Tome freespins isn't crediting winnings, then its time to remove and replace with a different game. Maybe put it to 5 minute battles instead of 12 as well. Holy heck what a gongshow.

Additionally, support told me last night they were aware of Play'n'Go freespins not crediting winnings to accounts, and STILL went ahead. What the hell is going on over there???
