Day 6 and my partner has finally given up. 5 times she has sent the what’s my browser link to CS, 5 times they sent the same request.

Exactly the same happened to me, I now don't even bother with chat, they ask you what game you tell them then they ask for a screenshot (WHY) last time I was on chat after the bot had got through there questions they connect you to the best agent but 8 hours later they still haven't found one

But when live chat is contacted its the same copy and paste answer... something as simple as replacing missing rewards from a jackpot wheel shouldnt be this difficult to resolve and her patience has finally run out.
 
I had the fun 'we've frozen you account and need to have a chat with you about your gambling' email last week. This was probably off the back of a 4hr session where I deposited more than usual but well within my comfort zone a disposable income limits. Emailed my free time for them to give me a call back on Thursday last week - they scheduled me in for last Saturday - never rang. Emailed them again and they rescheduled me for Monday and never rang again. Total battle weekend missed.
If i treated my customers like this I'd soon be out of a job.

Well, it crashed already, no new battles in the last 3 minutes and the ongoing battles aren't closing

So they can change this format to 2x 10 man but for some reason they couldn't at any point change to 2x30 man, which is a format proven to work

There is no logic to this other than even longer queues and less rewards

2x 10 man is great format if there is no queues. As with Vegas, this format works great but with VS the situation is different.

But let's see how this evening goes.

3 hours of waiting. One hour was better than normal because in the last hour the queues had almost disappeared. The size of the queue is just one problem, another problem is how much the queues affect the duration of the battles.

When the queues were on, the battles took the full time almost every time so in terms of the duration of the battles. Changing 30 to 10 did not bring any advantage to the player and that's because the queues. The normal format has 2x 10 mins, but just 1x minutes long queues. Now we have 2x 10mins (nothing changed) and 2x minutes long queues.

if this was the casino's ingenious way of trying to reduce the amount of prizes, then maybe they succeeded. On the other hand, it's not very nice to the players if the casino strikes where the players have been complaining for ages. Due to gaming experience, queues should decrease, but the casino deliberately increases them. I don't know if this is very consumer friendly strategy.
 
Double 10 mans actually worked out better than 10/30 yesterday, maybe I was just lucky but once the queues died down we were steamrolling through the battles. results were poor though £7.50 from 23 rewards.

I got 4 rewards so far, 3 for the first raw slot, for a total of 15 spins (paid 11p) and 1 reward for startlight, 4 spins and on the very first spin paid £9.35, so not too bad.

Yeah, I had a nice base game hit in a battle earlier today, 450x base game with the wilds and multis.

Edit: had a delayed 6 fs reward for the mcgee, got 10p from there and one reward from daimyo that hit a bonus in the first spin, paid £11.75, so, not too bad.

I remember one Friday, I think it was in May 2021 where medlee was like 12 hours, I didn't played that much but with a few rewards got around £20, went to Jammin Jars, spun into a 14500x and withdrew almost 3k... Thosoe were the days ?

I`m sitting in quene for 8mins like 3rd time in a row. When diffrent slots start if you dont manage to register right away you end up in quene 400-600 and you need to wait 10minutes for others that started to finish and then you can start.

Great job again, well done.

The very first medlee (can't recall when it was) was 24h

It had games like Reel Rush, Buffalo King, Wolf Gold and very few 0.10c games. Both 10 & 30 man ran for an hour.

Think I managed 100 rewards + sleep and about £120 cash once redeemed, which kind of explains why we never saw that format ever again! :p
