the "battles not closing"-issue is back and at this point seems only show the first 10 minutes of the hour. In Vegas we see this quite often, not necessarily every hour, but it can happen sometimes. The rest of the hour passes without problems. Weird stuff

Been opening rewards when i hit 5 of one kind, i hate to admit it but i actually got something decent from both games.

A bit disappointed with the SM bonus tho, the triggering spin paid 110x.
A 5 scatter bonus costs 360x to buy so 'only' getting a little over 100x from it was a bit disappointing, not that i was expecting 1000x+ but getting the actual buy cost back would have been cool.

yep gone are the days when they picked low volatility slots that gave us a nice bankroll after redeeming the rewards now they pick all the new slots and now mostly all RAW gaming slots that are all high volatility with 10-20 or even 30 dead spins in a row. So 4/5/6 spin rewards means you will go through 4 or 5 rewards before you get a single win of like 4p lmao it is insanely bad and VS know this too.

I remember the glory days when they first introduced the battles and I was actually on the phone to my VIP manager at the time and they said they will launch a new system in the next hour called Battle Of Slots. They started them by testing 10 man battles and I bet you do not remember the first slot they tested them with?

I will give you a clue.... You find these in the sky and they are suns the full name is actually a sweet.

Then I remember the fact they was not capped either so all the sit n gos you could enter as many as you could handle lmao so it was utter mayhem. But you could end up getting a very very nice amount of rewards from them. I detest that slot they first launched them with though I never ever play it unless I have a reward with free spins on it. I think they capped them a few weeks or few months after they launched but then they had issues so they kept undoing the cap and sometimes they enabled it so we could enter multiple again it was kinda hilarious the mess ups they did back then too.

But yeah gone are those days
 
Seen that on mobile, but moved to desktop and it still doing it on there too. Battles not closing, not always starting, having to hit refresh when youv done your last spin as it just sits there doing nothing.

Only minor issues and know how to get round them.

Seen a few big bonuses on scatters matter - maybe 4 all day? Base game is the problem though, definitely needs changing or tweaking like they did with some of their other games.
 
Without incurring the wraith of Lemon, who seems to have a very weird personal slight over VS criticism :p (though, to balance,Dream is a bit OTT),my playing of the battles has substantially declined over the last 6 months. ; 110 rewards to an average of 50, for example: it is shite that VS, despite knowing PNG couldn't be played on auto play, went and picked it and then the whole vertical integration of VS's RAW games(yes, RAW are VS: people have called Popeye etc good, they're ok at best) has been terrible the last few years.

But no one forces people to play here, don't like it: don't play and use the VS tickets for the weekend :p

Since I was a bit bored, I decided to play around with Play N Go settings and I found out how you can reactivate the auto play using chrome.

Here is a guide, I don't think there will be any issue if you use it during the battles but maybe wait for @Team.Videoslots or @Mr Wild to approve it.

The guide:

  1. Using google chrome (sorry, just doing a single browser guide), press F12 before you open the battle, it will prompt a new window
  2. In the new window, go to Network, filter by "v2?", right click on the request and select "Override Content"

  3. It will open a new tab with the configuration file in there, press Ctrl + F to search for the following variables and change their value to false:
    1. hideFastplay
    2. disableAutoplay
    3. autoplayLimits
    4. disableFastplay

  4. Now, press Ctrl + S to save the changes and select "Enable Local Overrides".

  5. Finally, just reload the page and the auto play should be enabled, I'm not sure if the fast play will work properly since there were settings regarding the minimum time a spin should take.

A couple of notes:
  • For the override to work in every battle, you need to keep the DevTools window open.
  • Ask VS for permission to edit the content, although it's only client-side and you should be able to do whatever you want with your computer, but either way, better be safe than sorry.

Yes, I'm pretty sure it's possible.
I initially tested with one of the newest releases in the Play N Go website and they seem to follow the same format, you just need to filter by v2? to get the configuration json and then search for the keys you want to replace.
 
@Team.Videoslots aside from missing autospinss the entire battle system has been completely busted this weekend, battle popups not appearing, scoreboards not updating, battles not ending when you run out of spins etc. maybe get some of your website coders to just play some battles and see how broken it all is so they can attempt to fix things.

edit: also seeing this error a lot more than usual cos it shows the battte is open when it is not.

That error happens when you register while your battle isn't closed yet.
Sometimes it shows you the register button because it assumes you are someone else.

It's an old bug, and proof of this is when you open one of your "My Battles" and your name isn't there and you just see someone else's placements.
 
yeah i know but it seems to be happening a lot more than usual this weekend, have even seen a page saying 'this is not your battle entry' as its tried to load somebody else battle on my page.

Are you saying that a multi million dollar company cant fix this bug in weeks or they did hide this on purpose? Which one is it?

Even contacted support that i hate doing and wasnt a fun reply,

"This means that it has been randomly selected by our system. Unfortunately, this means that the department needs to review it manually"

Well how long is this process going to take?

You probably have the right idea… I’m listening to an audiobook while I’m playing, now there’s queues starting for BoD.

Also there are so many non-spinners, probably the people in Canada having trouble with RaW…

I mutter to myself each and every BW without fail, there is a huge noticeable difference between how the battles play out and what happens when opening rewards.

Scatters game is maybe an exception where it is totally dead no matter (no pun) whether battle or reward.

Reassures my initial confidence that despite our pleading, this game was never going to be changed.

BoD = 0.5x win or dead spin when redeeming.

I hope you will have more luck on SM than I did, 217 spins in total and I got the grand total of £10.03, and most of this was made up from a bonus of £6 that I got. The game is a pure piss take.

Roughly just under 25% RTP, I'd call that a result on that game :laugh:

Slotting in general of late has been a total piss take.
 
I had a 1200x on scatters matter yesterday in battle.. played rewards a couple hours ago as couldnt take it any more lol lets just say i had almost equal rewards between both games, and return was approximately 80% bod, 20% sm.

was just dead reward after dead reward.. few pennies here and there.. i had one single win of around £4. never want to see the game again. lol
