Is anyone else having trouble with the RaW battles? The slot gets stuck in the middle of the spins and when I try to reload the battle, it won’t load. I’ve cleared cache and cookies still having issues. I’m in the UK.

Battles seems to be working fine.

When you fail to load the game, after it get stuck does an error message of any sort?
If so could you kindly send us a screenshot of the message to [email protected] or via DMs?

It sounds like it could be a stuck round, in which case we will need the game provider to finalize it.

No messages or anything, simply refuses to load at all.
Tested in two computers + laptop on two browsers and big fat nope.
Change to game that works, thank you.

ok thats now happened to me for the first time. Got half way through my spins, and the reels just stopped spinning. Tried refreshing the battle and nothing - just the 3 raw loading 'dots' in the centre of screen.

will leave it and try a new battle when i can and see if it works fine.

edit: next battle worked fine. shall report back though if it happens to me again.

Heads up for @Team.Videoslots - "Barber Shop Uncut" is broken.

It's not uncommon for the game to hang when you hit a bonus round, but this has always been solved with a refresh. From yesterday, when refreshing a frozen bonus round, the game no longer loads. The loading screen comes up, the "Loading" bar goes all the way to the end, and then nothing - just stays on that screen and the game no longer loads.

I've reported this on VS, but it's also just happened on Mr Vegas, so I'm guessing it's an update to the game from Thunderkick, and it's just broken.

Thought it was 300 people? Either way, first that, now missing cashback and all on top of battles being on the worst paying slots possible. Still getting paid to Skrill near instant, but I am starting to have a bad feeling about where this is heading.
 
Just for info - the cashback issue wasn't everyone. Got mine at the usual time, so was surprised to see there were problems.

However, I did notice the results for the Tuesday madness were pushed through in the middle of the day Weds. But I finished way out of the top 600. Annoying for those who won something!

Just some friendly advice, ignore it totally if you so desire.....

If I see a post written in ALL CAPITALS then I tend to skip it, or if I did one day read it, do the opposite of what it is asking.

I could be wrong but I feel many others would act similarly

Moral, Lose the caps and the rage and you may actually get somewhere.

apologies for the caps I forget that once in a awhile. No rage here point is total lack of communication from a casino the size of videoslots.
