Hi @Jono777

Thanks for letting us know. Checking them and will let our games team know if there's something wrong.

Please do let us know if they working already or if you still experience issues. Haven't been able to replicate the issue, so, lets hope it was a temporary connectivity issue.

Kind regards,
Team Videoslots

In addition to earlier - I know I missed out on at least 3 sets of awards due to the 20 man battles being set to only give free spins to the top 3 instead of top 9.

I'm sure plenty of others had the same issue too.

Yeah I’m missing one set, only 4 spins though as came 8th.

I presumed they’d have been added by now.

i want my missing spins too
Hey sbr992,

Thanks for reaching out.

We're still working on having all players granted the rewards missing due to incorrect prize structure for some of the Sweet Bonanza 30m battles that ran on the 9th of October.

We're expected it to be resolved in the coming days and the missing rewards should hopefully be granted by at least the end of this week at the latest.

Kind regards.
Team Videoslots.
They said this to me on pms this morning. I guess those guys just got lucky in the thread early. :)

Running joke these queues. Company that size can't sort that out by now.
Blame issues on other games for not using them.
Mr Vegas is a good example of how well does sit n go-format works when the number of players is reasonable.

No lags, no queues. The gaming experience is satisfying from start to finish.

The situation was the same with VS years ago. There have always been various technical problems but they have never been as disturbing as these month-on-month increasing queue numbers that destroy the whole idea of the format

Wild Hop and Drop paid me 2 bonuses of £43 and £83 yesterday and I won 25 free spins. I won £2.43 from said spins and withdrawl minimum is £20. Those Leander games are absolutely atrocious alongside those slice ones. The only ones I think are ok from the regulars are Popeyte and that Shinobi game which seem to have the same game mechanic.

Good points.

I won the Shinobi one outright last week sometime, completely useless €10 battle ticket. Don't usually even do the ticket ones but was not just bored but super bored.

Always seems to be the way ive got to 10x on the big bass games 4 times. 3 of those have been inside battles
Yeah. I always think if I get an insane hit in the battle then I can pretty much forget anything decent from the resultant reward. Murphy’s law.

In 13 years of online slots I’ve never had a massive win followed up by another on the same slot.

Once in lifetime of slotting that I recall (since 2003)

Won DoA freeroll with a wild line and got a double wild line with cash later that same night.

Been paying it back ever since :p

I won a £10 ticket once too, used it and was waiting for someone to join. Didn't get a notification that the battle started and I refreshed the page to check and saw 30 seconds left of the battle.

I have just had two consecutive Bigger Bass Bonanza battle scores of 0. Zero wins from either set of spins.
Was about to say what bloody awfull games these are

I won this on the Madam Destiny Megaways freeroll but only came second. I got 75 spins but only won £12 and couldn't withdraw it due to the £20 minimum so lost that money trying to hit the threshold. That does annoy me though, the £20 minimum.
