Hi again,

Don't worry if you have participated in a battle which ran with in correct prize pool and missed out on some spins.
In the coming days, we will give the rewards that should have been given with these battles to the players that would have won them.

We apologize for the inconvenience once again.

Kind regards.
Team Videoslots.

Hey all,

There is unfortunately only a limited amount of battle which can be ongoing in any given point, in order to preserve site stability, so there will be some queues when no more battles can currently be active.
Dependent on the event and the popularity of that event, the queues may be higher or lower from event to event. Despite this, even when the queues are the highest numbers, the waiting time should not be more than 4-5 minutes.

Kind Regards,
Team Videoslots

Now there is 4 min queues and battles started 30mins ago.
I guess there will be over 5min queues today but that's not anything new.

My point is that you've always had options to do something about these eternal queues.
2x 30 man, dividing the player group for different days etc.

But no. During this year I have not seen any change for the better. The queues are just there and the casino doesn't even try to solve this very annoying problem. Sit'n Go should be fast paced format.
it cannot be said that you offer the same format nowadays. Sit'n wait could be a better name

I would understand if nothing could be done about this matter. But you could. You just don't want to

Hey Anddi32,

The queues are necessary to keep the active number of battles to a manageable amount, which the systems can handle without any troubles.
A lot of data is being generated by battles, and having too many battles active and playing at one given time will lead to site instability, lag and is likely to cause the whole website, which are issues we've had in the past before the queue systems were implemented.

We're open to suggestions and appreciate any feedback of course, like for example having only 30m battles run as you mention. Such changes have been tested out previously, however had not been received too well.

The current way the battles are running, as well as their structures and schedules, is something that is always able to change, dependent on feedback, but we must preserve and cannot compromise on the site's overall stability and usability, both inside and outside of battles, with any changes that may take place.

Kind regards.

theres nothing we can do about these queues. absolutely nothing! nothing, nothing, nothing we can do about it!

That is where you are sadly wrong.

They do totally disappear once a month, at the end of the month on a Saturday and Sunday. Oddly enough the site also remains stable

The issue is that with these queues you get to play a fraction of the battles you used to be able to. even with site instability you could get through more battles than currently.

You used to be able to amass 20-25 rewards on a lucky night. Lucky to get 12-15 now.

Good point actually. The weekend battles 10 and 30 mans run without issue or queues or stability problems, that I recall?
its magic!
Hey there,

The queue system is also active during Weekend Battle Sit N Go battles, and queues may also experienced during the Battle Weekend events.

The queue sizes and waiting times, which may be experienced during any Sit N Go Battle event, is solely dependent on the amount of active battle.

Kind regards.

Or give us a real explanation instead of it depends on active battles then we'd shut up about it.

Why can't you just have more simultaneous battles? I don't get it?

A straight answer would just stop us from asking otherwise without an answer we will always assume you do it to limit the wins and your losses.

At the end of the day they're still offering more than other casinos do, where you're lucky to get 3 or 5 free spins on some crap wheel. So it's hard from my perspective to be harsh on VS.

I do wish they'd say it's due to cutbacks though if that is indeed the case. It's understandable with how harsh the gambling environment is at present (reduced margins etc). I admire honesty, no matter how blunt it is.

Hey sbr992,

I'm sorry that my explanations have not been satisfactory, but a queue is experienced because the maximum number of available battles are already currently active.

Battles generate a lot of data, which needs to be processing by the systems, put into live updating score boards, recorded in battle histories and is used to calculate and distribute prizes of the battles.

The more battles that are active simultaneously, the more data the systems will have to handle, and there is unfortunately a limit to how much data the systems can comfortably handle without slowing down or otherwise encounter issues.

I sadden to hear there is believed to be a nefarious reason behind the implementation of a queue system.

The intention is really not to prevent the players from winning too many freespins during a Sit N Go Battle Event.

Kind regards.

Fair enough. Thanks :)

Look on the bright side guys n gals. At least Mr. Wild told us no more Slice or Tracks games for a long while :p

Best solution if free spins issued are not a problem as mentioned above would be (again as previously suggested) to simply run 2x 30 man battles, one at 10p and the other as normal at 20p

Well, last Monday after nearly an hour of battles being set up incorrectly, it was posted that any rewards players were missing would be checked/sorted eventually. I know a few people in here missed out on rewards due to the prizing issue. (seem to recall it was the 20p prag game that was only paying top 3 places instead of top 9).

I thought id ask if it had been looked into or not, or whether I had to give more detail on specific battles. Isnt a big deal, but as i say, only a few spins but still worth asking :D
