the one where the lobby changes which you posted above, i saw it happen a lot yesterday.
 
@Team.Videoslots Please remove the Thunderkick slots from the scheduled battles.
Once again, the battle is broken.
I did my first spin, hit a bonus, in the end of the bonus, in the last spin, it just breaks.
Noticed that when the bonus ended, I had a 2.04 payout, but when I restore the game only 10 points are added

Each time there is a winning spin, the game just crashes, it happens only in the battles, the real play works fine.
While writing this, I just hit another bonus, so I decided to record it.

I got 10 free spins which gave around £1. They need to remove Thunderkick when they don't work the result is just a bad reputation for Videoslots if they don't solve problems that occur !!! I know you have explained the problem to them several times.

It was the frenzy I believe.

The Tuesday 15k battle is the madness.

Though after playing 100 rounds through that buffalo game I can see how some people could descend into an actual state of madness. Clunky and slow doesn’t even begin to describe it. The concept isn’t bad though to be fair.

I guess you or an admin felt your original reply was a tad harsh and edited it.. "Moaning Twat" I will take but I have to disagree with "Thick" ?
I corrected my post anyway and would like to thank you for the edit if indeed it was you and for revoking my "Thick moaning twat" status!

I will try harder to be happy and not moan but with VS ths is sometimes an impossible task. Happy Monday all :thumbsup:

Great to see 3-4 crap events several Mondays running :(

Something tells me the "crap list" will be added to a week today, can't see a decent event happening straight after the battle weekend.

Try my best to remain positive but nigh on impossible when we are "rewarded" with this continual rubbish.
 
TBF VS are probably thinking: with most casino's now offering the same RTP's and only a handful offering any sort of perks, something is better than nothing and still leaves us X furlongs ahead of the likes of Coral with their 3 FS a day, so why spend money we don't need to - the players are coming here anyhow etc.

Right now they hardly have any competition, UK wise at least, in terms of the gamification, so they can still use a relatively large knife - if there was, and you could see players gravitating towards other sites who offering something semi decent in terms of 'perks', then you might not see as much/any julienne carrot cutting going on.

Hurts the older players much obviously - there was a day of 500xp offering IMO far better value (the 2500xp requirement for tatty rewards wasn't for me). If the 1500 spins turn into 250 spins on a regular basis (which there are on one on their sites), you might get some bailing out. The general trajectory of them is that i wouldn't say that's outwith the realms.

People are allowed to moan/comment on it as well - not sure why some on here take it as a personal slight - end of the day, it's a product - though, if you don't like it, i guess the point of buy elsewhere is valid.

We actually increased our bonus spend overall with 15% this year compared to last. But it decreased in Battles. (When I mean increase it is based on amount of bets vs paid out bonuses)
But we also shut down a lot of markets due new regulation, this affected battles as we have less players which gives less bets and less budget for fixed events. For example, we are not active in Austria and Germany any more which was within our top 5 countries and we shut down many other countries as well due to the uncertainty in regulation.
We have applied for new licenses in several countries. We just went live in Ontario/Canada and if that market grows and others it will give space for us to run bigger promotions in Battles.

Are these bonuses the ones from the newsletters?
Is there any possibility to add a notification bell to the website so people that don't receive your news email have access to the bonus offers?

I didn't really care about the newsletter until last week when someone mention you guys give deposit bonuses in your newsletters, I have been missing them for like 2 years now.

I don't think that's related, in my case I don't receive any email from their news email, not even regarding the battles.
I think their email or IP is in the Microsoft blacklist so it gets filtered out before it reaches me

You decreased winning positions in battles and and slipped in lots of useless 0.50 battle tickets.
Where did you increase your bonus spend?
When you go through 25+ non winning regular battles in a row you realize how pointless your "loyalty system" has become.

We re-launched our old weekend booster, which only a few customer had. We have improved the value of the wheel of jackpot.

Also curious about this.
Since the re-launch, which I believe it was around January, it has been nerfed already, right?
At least I think that in January the weekend booster was accumulating a lot and after a month or two it looked like it was reduced significantly

We have a budget of what we can offer in promotions based on wager. That budget is 15% higher this year compared to last year. So we are offering more than before to the complete player base. But a few customers that already have the old weekend booster, they had reduced offering.

Appreciate the response - from a layman's POV and not a VS Shill or overly zealous critic, it's been a bit confusing for some players reading this thread - on one hand it's said the budgets either stayed the same (re rewards) or increased where, to be fair, in your post you've caveated it with the battles having decreased (which they have, by quite a bit i think).

Eg, in Mr V on Monday, for ones than ran from 2pm: it was 2500 at 20p, now it's 1500 at 10p. Mr V was a genuine attraction to play but not at all now.

Why then if less budget have you dropped the XP requirement? That's surely just inviting more players for a reduced level of rewards?
