Unfortunately, cannot comment on what kind of system we use. Of course, we do have logs for auditing purposes and can track every email sent.
But we have escalated to our developers the recent issue that was experienced by few people here. It will be looked into. I think your account was already raised to the developers, so, we will get back to you once we know more about the issue (or if there's an issue).

I tick it once, the little thing spins around, then the box empties, and i have to tick the box again. im going round in circles. Ive tried loading up vs on my mobile under data and its doing the exact same thing.

I'm not able to reproduce the issue.
You are not using VPN or anything similar?
You can try the normal troubleshooting process. Most importantly clearing browser cache as it can cause some issue time to time.
Edit: The screenshot suggest that it's more related to Cloudflare.

Well, ive cleared my cache etc, ive tried different browsers, ive even used my mobile, turned wifi off so im just on data, and tried opening VS and that screen is still all i get! i tick the box, and nothing happens until the box empties again. and no i don't use a vpn or anything else, i never have.
Tonights battles, appeared in my lobby, i registered for both battles, then the screen went white and that screen is all i get. 20 minutes now. grrrr.

Yeah it wasnt like i was even hammering the page or refreshing things or something.lol I just logged in, opened the lobby, waited, battles appeared, i registered for both games then i got a white screen. Doesnt work for me on desktop on home wifi, and ive tried to open vs up on my mobile which is on data (different network) and i get the same page.
Yes, the issue was been raised on the 26th of January, but there wasn't been any update.
If you have any kind of information that you can share regarding the issue, please just let me know.

Yeah almost 40 minutes in, and im still going around in circles with the cloudflare tickbox, though appears im not the only one by sounds of it. lol hopefully its fixed soon.

cloudfare protection has kicked in here as well, it's not disrupting gameplay though, it auto ticks the box.

Before the battles used to refresh every X seconds, now it looks like it just has an open stream.
Now we can see the enrolled players increase like crazy.

Absolutely absurd to give rounds to a game whose potential is purely based on collecting things.
it's a different matter if the game doesn't reset itself after the free spins but as we know netent resets everything when free spins finished.
This has been discussed for years when these games have been seen in sit'n go's. But despite that they don't want to change the line even though they know very well where's the problem.

Since the change, got one wheel with 50 spins on Rhino, but then then had a good session and got two wheels. One with 75 spins on Steam tower that paid 3 euro. But hit cash on the second one, not sure how frequent that's going to be, but at least know it's possible...

As the site cannot always handle 4 games, it was changed to 2 decent games for 2 hours.
@Team.Videoslots - Can you speak with management please to see if this can be extended as we players are only just getting settled after one hour!

Either way, if last Thursday I manage to get 0 rewards in 1 hour and 30 minutes, I'm pretty sure I can do the same with only one hour today! ?

Mr V's wheels were generous at the start - said before, wasn't uncommon within the first months of their launch to see 2/3 within 200 quids of deposits and a few gave cash rewards.
