Is there a reason for the slot Itero from Hacksaw Gaming to be "hidden"?

In different casinos it works, so I don't think there is any region issue with it, it also exists in your casino because if we type the URL to the slot we get to it, although when we try to spin it just gives an error.

Game should be working now.

I can see why they've done this and it makes perfect sense - they've scaled the frequency of awards with the amount staked, so the more you bet the more you get. It's really the only fair way of doing it - why should someone who bets 10p a spin and fills in all the achievements for a slot get the same as someone who bets £2 and therefore 20x the amount? High-rollers will see the benefit of this change and they're the players you need to retain in order to be a viable business.

Low-rollers will complain but where are they going to go? William Hill? VS is still a good site and low-rollers will still get a good game, plus there are promotions from Monday to Thursday, and Battle Weekends which let's face it, high-rollers aren't interested in anyway.

Costs are being cut everywhere - it's just more noticeable on VS because they gave away the most and therefore have the most stuff to cut back.
Good times don't last forever.
Wouldnt it be more fair to base it on wagering instead of betsize?
If two people wager €10k, why should the guy betting €10/spin get more rewards than the guy betting €1/spin?

I dont think its weird that they are cutting costs, but imo it would be better to just come out and say that instead of claiming that obvious downgrades still have the same value.
if the value was the same they would not bother making the changes in the first place.

Soon?

Yeah that's what I meant. Both players will get the same stuff on average over that same throughput of money, but it will take the low-roller longer to get them because it will probably take them longer to stake that much unless they spend 10x more time on the site...

They may well be using the same amount of promotional funds and I don't have any reason to not believe that. They're simply making changes to redistribute the money and divert more of it towards those whose average spend is higher. There has to be a point where someone's average bet is high enough for them to see Freerolls and Battle Weekends etc as not worth the time, ditto Epic Thursdays and so on, so the promotional money is always going to be skewed slightly towards low-rollers because of that. Those with a higher average stake are less likely to be interested in grinding out a few quid playing battles of an evening, so there has to be a way of dropping money into those players' laps without them having to 'earn' it by hammering freerolls and suchlike, something low-rollers are happier to do.

It's a simple strategy all businesses partake in - you want to retain and reward your best customers.

You could at least warned us about the achievement changes , so i could have cashed in 1-2 red wheels at least,

you ever done 750 wins on a 20p game with a hit rate of 1 in 5? thats a shit ton of spins, and now it's all wasted...

taking shit away which has been established for years will make me play less not more.

Could be worst.

46k spins weren't enough for the 10k wins.
In other note, they informed us that the changes were coming a couple months ago, so I still manage to finish the 10k wins in two slots and get to lvl 21, unfortunately ended at lvl 24 when the changes came in but well... Nothing we can do about it, let's just hope the new wheels are better wheels than the blue, green and red ones.

But why would high rollers play there at all then.

Reduced RTP slots where other sites have higher RTP. A wheel that awards 50 free spins, again why would someone spending a fortune bother playing 50 free spins at a low stake. Also why would any High Roller play at a site that every time there are battles on the site crashes.

So battles are mainly for low rollers. The site wants to cater more for larger depositors yet they still choose battles that are garbage and slow down or crash the site which would surely make the players they are trying to keep play elsewhere at more stable sites so they can enjoy their play.

I have many games with this kind of progress, at least 8 with 7500+ wins, stupidly I was trying to sync them up.

How about just removing the option to reset them and let us finish games which we had this kind of progress on.

Because of the wide slot selection.
I don't know if you know the youtuber "The Bandit", he records videos in the VS, and sometimes he tries other casinos but 95% of the time he plays in here, and when he returned in November, he just blew 20000£ in the first video.

Okay he blew £20k pretty stupid.

But did he then go its fine viewer's as I'm quite excited as I have won a wheel and can not wait to play 50 free spins on supertracks. Hardly think with those losses he will be caring about 50 spins from a wheel. And would imagine he would be mighty pissed off if he forgot and started playing on a battle night to find the site crashed every 10 minutes and he could not play.

Regarding the Bandit.

Watch his video based on You Tube advert revenue ;)
Yeah, I did.
He made like 20k in a month with the 2nd youtube channel.
But he also loses a lot, but sometimes get huge wins back, like the time he won 100k on Jammin Jars.

I think he just plays the wheels and ignores the free spins.
If I remember correctly he was he also said he never won a jackpot from the wheels of jackpot... and in December he was level 2920 ? So he had a fair share of wheels

It is based on wager, but the more you bet the more you wager. It will take 10 spins to do 10 eur wager on 1 eur bet, but it will only take 1 bet to get to 10 eur wager with a 10 eur bet. So that 10 eur bet equals to 10 chances on 1 spin and 1 eur bet will also give you 10 chances but on 10 spins.

Well, you will getting the chance of winning more wheels getting to level 21 now than before. But there is no wheel behind 21 anymore. Im not sure what XP you are at, but the new way is a good change for most players. If you look at the long term.
So we aren't getting wheels for levels any more? I am literally just about to hit level 50....

yes there is no!
Just doesn't seem fair, considering I have been pursuing it for four/five years.

@Team.Videoslots can you point me in the direction of your loyalty scheme info please? Or perhaps a TLDR summary of what to expect? I would be most grateful because I often choose to deposit based on the Lvl 21 reward.
